I live in Sheffield. My 20 year old son had a flat tire causing him to run off the road (666). We were in Florida at the time. This company charged 3 x going rate to tow 13 miles. $740. On invoice charged for travel both ways at $8.50 per mile plus $124 towing 10,000 pounds (Grand Cherokee 5000 lb). The only damage was a flat tire. The vehicle could have been driven back to pavement or gravel and the tire changed. Their invoice claims that it was an Impound despite the fact that I was in contact with their office within 1 hour. I feel that they took advantage of my son. I would avoid using this tow company and also advise law enforcement not to call them.
This company is second to none! I was traveling through Warren PA and lost my transmission while hauling a trailer. They showed up in a half hour and also hauled my trailer to the dealership for me. Even offered to stop and get me food on the way to the garage. You don't find customer service like this much anymore. Highly recommended!
So we got a flat tire and flat spare on a Sunday in Tidioute. He was out there in twenty minutes after calling. Filled our flat tire and followed me up to Warren just in case. Excellent service..bar none. Friendly guy and can't get any better than this company..A+++
Very professional I highly recommend this business in addition to quality service they also assist in helping fire departments train utilizing totaled vehicles as well as helping them with fireman's battle. Thanks for taking time to assist firefighters and EMTs
I am so grateful for Julie & Tim Koebley of Koebley Towing who helped me out on a late evening call two weeks ago when I was stranded at Buckaloons Recreation Area. My car would not start. I was 2 1/2 hours from home and my AAA membership, while I was told a tow ways coming, no one was coming. I called Koebley as a last resort & Tim arrived at my car within 20 minutes of my call. He helped me understand what could be wrong with my car & gave me comfort to move forward with my next steps, having a car which could not be serviced locally. He made sure my car was safe even as I travelled back to my home away. Thank you Julie & Tim for taking care of me, and going the extra mile.
The Mrs. and I where in Youngsville, Pa for a work related meeting, which is almost an hour away from home. As we pulled out of the parking lot, our car started making a horrid noise in the left rear wheel. We did not feel it was safe to drive, so we ended up calling Koebley Towing Service. They showed up with-in 20 minutes. They loaded the car up on the flatbed and then gave us a ride to the Subaru dealership in Warren, Pa so we could get the car looked at. Turns out a piece inside the new wheel bearing we had installed got jarred loose and was scraping inside the wheel. Koebly's Towing took care us for sure. Friendly, professional, and was willing to help anyway they could. Highly recommended!
These people were amazing!!! We were stranded 2 1/2 hours from home when our motorcycle hit debris in the road and punctured our oil filter. They took us to a store in the nearest town to buy a phone charger and on to a motel until my son could come up the next morning and get us. They were life savers and I can't say enough good things. They took the bike home and put it exactly where we asked him too. He treated our property as if it were his own. I owe these people a huge thank you!!!
Fast and friendly service! They showed up in about 15 minutes when I called from impound they told me to a garage in town then again to a garage in Jamestown, when a dealership had to perform the repairs needed, they obliged with only a phone call.
Called to have my pickup truck towed and they said it would cost 150 dollars an hour to tow me from Warren to Sheffield so I called another local towing company and they only charged me 165 dollars for the entire tow. 150 dollars an hour is outrageous to tow a car or pickup truck. Need to come down to reality.
The woman behind the phone is the most unprofessional person I've tried talking to in a long time. Called them trying to find quotes to compare towing companys and after trying to make arrangements with them. I've been waiting since monday for a phone call back in regards to one of my vehicles needing moved out of a bank from poor weather conditions. And it became a matter where local law enforcement got involved because Koebley had yet to call and establish a time where the vehicle could be moved and I so at that point I called another competing towing company and they moved in WITHIN THE SAME HOUR. I will Never use koebley for there lack of PROPER Customer Service.

Had an accident vehicle was towed here before the car was taken for being totaled out the very excellent service that they provided saved me my E-ZPass when I forgot it just before the insurance company came to take it

Want someone to quote a price of 150 then charge you 350. This is the place to go. Or maybe if you call an alternate tow truck and this guy will hook up and take your car anyways... .Then hold it until you pay his over inflated prices. This is the guy. Garbage business. Won't discuss anything just hangs up on you like a child.
