The battery service from Mike was good. When I went to close my trunk it wouldn’t so I stopped Tanner for help which turned out as a very unacceptable experience. He goes to pull down my trunk door and I told him mot to because I heard it messes up your hydraulics. He stomps off says he needs to look it up. Comes back says there is a handle on the inside for this purpose. Once he pulls it shut I try to open it and it won’t. He’s walking off and I say wait I have questions. He’s like it’s working but I state it won’t open back up and my door won’t lock. I tell him he’s being rude and he says no you’re being rude and walks away. Well I’m looking around and Mike comes out and he explains to me that the computer needs to basically reboot. I can understand that and it was a very helpful and simple explanation that Tanner could’ve given me instead of being rude and disrespectful. If I’m spending my money I have the right to ask questions. I called the office to express my dissatisfaction with Tanner.
Needed a battery for my Volkswagen Passat and was told to come here. The service was simple and quick, pricing was super affordable, and the workers were friendly! Definitely recommend!
i needed a car battery - i called them up - they had the one i needed in stock - for $5 they even installed it for me - was their price better than other places - no it was about the same - was the battery "newer" or "fresher" yes - they get them in fresh from the factory then send them out to other part stores and mechanic shops - so i didnt get some battery that has been sitting on a shelf for 3 months
I have used Interstate Battery for a long time. Their Penn Hills PA location is convenient. They have affordable batteries, new and used. Their prices are fantastic as well as the staff. I HIGHLY Recommend them 👌
Such a great experience! Tanner and Dave were amazing!! After having my car die and jumped in the target parking lot with my young son, I knew I need a new battery ASAP. I called and was told to bring it in and they could take care of it. I was there for about 10 to 15 minutes, which was amazing because I had my son with me. Great service and great price. Will definitely be back 😊

Interstate battery company located on Sandy Creek Boulevard is one of the many battery companies around Pittsburgh but nonetheless the probably the best of all of them they rebuilt batteries they sell used battery they sell new batteries to companies with group vehicles and they sell to single individual at a decent price and good services
