Ask them to perform maintenance on my car. They did not perform the maintenance that they were told to do. Then when speaking to the customer service department, they did not fix the problem. HORRIBLE maintenance department and HORRIBLE Customer service will not ever go back.
I bought a part they said it was right but it was the wrong part now they won't return it to that is absolutely ridiculous if you sell parts and sell the wrong you should have to return it I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them.
Great service and I have traded 3 vehicles over the last couple of years. Supervisor Bill and his staff in sales will do everything they can to please the customer. My last trade was for a used truck and they did everything they could to get the price right and make the truck look brand new. I highly recommend this dealer and I really liked purchasing local.
They refuse to honor GM warranty from another dealership! I moved back to PA from South Carolina and had a issue with something done in SC, this place basically said I have to pay to fix something that wasn't fixed right in SC at a Chevy Dealer! All they had to do was call the other dealership and arrange to bill them! You can be sure what never take anything here or Buy a Truck from them!!! There not the only GM Dealership around!!! And there rates are insane! Almost double what the SC dealership charged for what I needed Fixed! And SC had a higher cost of living than PA! It makes no sense!
