every week I depend on the Waste Management team and they exceed my expectations with superb service and professionalism.

Christmas tree not picked up. Cut into under 4’ sections per new guidelines. Ask me for a tip again.

WM has been a wonderful service provider for our trash collection.

Not good, bad communication. Lies about follow up with a supervisory call back. Missed pick ups/ trash left on ground, trash left in can. Would not recommend.

WM does great at helping its employees not have to have a lifetime of back pain by getting out & lifting trash cans anymore. But what about people like me who have 8 people in household, renting, where I cannot buy another trash can because then I would have to leave it. $90 borough trash can is not on my list of important things to buy. I’ll have to leave it without getting reimbursed. So, then the garbage men won’t pick up my extra trash cans, appropriate for their vehicles to pick up. So my trash PILES UP!! All year long, bringing stink and bugs. I hate WM.

New automated pickup of containers leaves them dented/damaged and rarely in correct position, half the time with lids open (allowing rain to accumulate throughout the day).

Wm charges you a lot of money to take garbage. Supposed to be every week, we only get 2x a month. At $77 and it's not even every week, is ridiculous. I have never seen anything like it.. I have called about this at least 6 times.. yet you better pay on time.. the worst garbage removal company I have ever seen!!

I miss the old trash system. New trucks are nice, but seem expensive, and our service is worse.

Waste Management is very unreliable, difficult to reach, and not good at communicating. You never know when your trash will be picked up and their lack of interest in resolving issues is concerning.

Living in the Finleyville area since 2008 waste management has always been the garbage disposal and pick up company for my residential area and I have been blessed because of it and for that I am very grateful. They definitely meet a persons service needs and their employees are gracious, respectful and go above and beyond many a time at the curbside, such as: - when I have needed help to get something out there when I had failed to get it there in time and they have arrived they will wait for me to run and get it. - Also, when asked they’re helpful and will take the time to give advice when it comes to how to prepare something for special disposal giving additional instruction on how to use the phone system or what department you need for that special scheduling pick up. - Then when you would normally have to call ahead for a large piece of furniture pick up if I already have it out in the driveway many times I have been so blessed that they will accommodate and take it right then; however I ask if you all to please read carefully why I believe they bless me this way. May everyone here this: For them to do that, they have always shared with me, Mis Grata you never abuse the system, we are and will be glad to help you where we can and if it is possible at the time they will say there is no need to to call we can take it today. So I hope everyone that will read this hears what I just said there is a mutual genuine respect from them to myself and ask yourself why, well here are a few reasons I believe is why they say I don’t abuse the system, but know their employees even before I start doing these things always went above and beyond, and were polite and kind and respectful, always respectful!: I highly respect their hard work and especially facts that it is filthy and disgusting work at times that they have to do and in so I do my part to make it the most pleasant experience for them through simple things such as: - double wrapping cat feces, - the washing of my garbage can especially in the summertime when it could be prone to maggots and stuff - Tightly wrap and tie things up in four foot measurements and - break down boxes so they fold and stand up inside another box for quick lift up and disposal. I believe by doing my due diligence in showing them respect that waste management is a company that respects when somebody gives and they acknowledge that in giving back in return. Note please, though even before I did said, above nice items, this is a company that already went above and beyond in their services; it’s just their motto. A grateful client. Helen K. Grata

You guys seem to find every way to not do your job. Between picking up bulk items to regular trash collection. My recycling was not taken this week. A note was left on my trash can saying it was too close to my recycling can even though these cans are put in the same location every week. And your workers left the trash can in my driveway, so you can get out and put a note on a can, and move it, and still say we couldn’t take your other can??? For how much people pay in taxes in the south hills the least you can make your workers do is TAKE THE TRASH/RECYCLING!!

Selective on what they want to pick up. If it doesn't fit in the can, No matter what. Can't reach a human with issues. Leaves what ever falls on the ground. Good for only small pick ups if it fits and don't fill the can. They will be choose what is taken even if it is what they should take.

My personal experience with the Waste Management organization and their front line employees has been professional and they have exceeded my expectations. The website and brochures are informative explaining exactly what I need to know.

This company refuses to take all trash because they would rather be cheap and save money than hire additional workers on the truck to pick up all of my waste. They would rather have one guy in a truck who won't do anything aside from work the mechanical arm to dump the can. This company is so pathetic that they won't get out of their truck to pick up additional bags that don't fit in your can, and their solution to this is have you buy another can, or rent one!

We receive good, consistent reliable service almost always. We get good notification about changes of days of service, like when there is a holiday. They have been easy to reach about a missed pick up. Thank you.

I could NOT be more disappointed with a company that is so apathetic to their customer base. It's the way things are anymore sadly so it's not just WM, but they're so big now they've become indifferent and insensitive to US. Great golf tourney, lousy service!!!

Did not pick up recyclables. Said it would be picked up 24-48 hours,after i called , never happened. What to do. Dig a hole and bury? Not very happy for the amount of money it costs for garbage pick up services.

Driver is aware of the children at the school bus stop. My area is very clean after he drive up to the next house.

I have had no issues at all with my garbage. At times when I have been cleaning out things and had a lot to get picked up, the workers have always removed everything.

How terrible cam a trash company really get? Use WM and roll the dice. Some days my trash is worth collection. Some days only some is. Other days its all left. No rhyme or reason. Calling is moot. Nobody gets back and nobody seems to care at all. A "trash" trash company. What a Terrible company this has turned into. My city has already agreed to leave them behind on next years trash contract. I advise the same for all. *Update* seems they replied quickly to this post. but still no apparent concerns for customers. one might have a great day if trash pickup wasnt such a fiasco every week

I live in Lindenbrooke Apartments. The driver who empties the dumpsters here intentionally slams them down repeatedly, it is extremely loud at 6:45 am. There are multiple buildings and multiple dumpsters and hearing this 8 to 10 times is not saying much for community relations. Maybe that's why I am seeing more and more Bigs containers locally. Find out who this driver is and have a word with him. I think if enough residents talk to the apartment management you may lose this contract .

$180 min plus hard hat and safety vest is a scam. I have gone to landfills since a kid and near heard of such policies. And if you don’t bring this safety gear you can buy it for $20 at the office. If you don’t want the public at the landfill then just say commercial vehicles only.

My trash for my company is never picked up on time. I pay and I still have trash in my can after trash day. My billing keeps changing and my service has not changed. I don't like that the phone system recognize your phone so you can only talk to one person. My rep left for whatever reason and no one told me it took months (plural with a captial S) go rectify why my account was tampered with. I will never refer them.

There is one crew that is outstanding. They alternate. We have baked for them and have shown our appreciation. They are always very grateful & pleasant. In my opinion, it had to have been the other crew that did not feel like being bothered to pick up our recycling. They picked up everyone's except ours. So, unfortunately I had to call. When the garbage men came, I assume they were upset they had to collect both the garbage & the recycling. As I'm watching from my Ring & talking to my daughter on the phone the guy placed my newly garbage can behind the garbage truck. The rest were to the side. I had no clue what his intent was until I saw him pick up my garbage can w/lid & throw it into the truck & crush it as he hurried, got onto the truck, & sped off. Of course, I couldn't make it to the door in time and since I was on my phone talking & watching... it did NOT record. I was just horrified! That was sooooo messed up & soooooo uncalled for!!!! I pay every month for their services!!!!

On the website it states “ One large item including all furniture items, appliances, household goods and disassembled children’s swing sets will be accepted at curbside per week”, week after week my one large item was left behind, i had to call multiple times and open ticket requests and finally it was picked up after few weeks. Either change your guidelines on the website or follow them.

Garbage pickup excellent. Recycle pick up terrible. Don't show up half the time...had to contact the Mayor...these guys don't either know where Stuart Street is or don't care. WE ARE RIGHT ACCROSS FROM THE MAYOR'S DAIRY QUEEN, just off of Route 88. Come on guys, we pay our bills on time, how about delivering the service!!!!

Just an fyi. This is a commercial dumping location. It's flat rated at $130 per ton. Not a good place to come if you just wanna get rid of some brake rotors. The woman at the main gate was very friendly and helpful!
