Was told to stop here as these men are very helpful. My son and I went in after desperately needing a car for him as his was totalled. Joe was willing to sit and go through his inventory to see what we would be able to get and was successful in finding a fit at last minute. He even included some cosmetic repairs, as well as an up-to-date inspection, and repairs that I was concerned about. these repair requests were included in the low price. They did not charge me more. I bought my truck there Aug 3rd LOVE IT! Had a few issues that I took right back he next day had a few communication issues no fault of the owners doing after talking with him things are taking care of. Very very friendly to deal with and Jamie is very understanding.

I regretfully recount my harrowing experience with Pine Grove Auto, and I caution anyone in search of a reliable vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. My ordeal began in November of 2022 when I purchased a vehicle from them, which, in less than three months, turned into a nightmarish debacle. On February 8th of this year, a mere three months after the purchase, my newly acquired vehicle unexpectedly stopped running. To my dismay, the cause of the breakdown was traced back to a sealant placed in the head gasket by Pine Grove Auto, which ultimately led to a blown engine. The consequences were dire, and despite their warranty, the damages were only partially covered. I was left with a staggering repair bill of over $6,000, while the warranty company merely contributed $4,000, leaving me with the burden of shouldering more than $10,000 in total damages. When I initially purchased the vehicle, I explicitly expressed to Jamie and Joe that I was pregnant and needed a safe and dependable car for myself and my daughter. Regrettably, their promises fell flat, and the vehicle's failure not only left us stranded but also posed a significant risk to our safety. Since February 8th, I have been without transportation, relying on others to get us where we need to go, while still being burdened with the loan for the now-defunct car. My story is not unique, as I found out when I stumbled upon a review from Edward Taylor ten months ago. His unfortunate encounter mirrored mine, describing Pine Grove Auto as a complete rip-off with shady practices. Despite the valid warning, the dealership's response was dismissive and unprofessional, further highlighting their lack of accountability and concern for customers. The root of the problem lies in Pine Grove Auto's willingness to sell vehicles unfit for the road. According to a credible source at a real dealership, these cars are sent to auction because legitimate dealerships deem them unsafe for public use. This negligence not only reflects poorly on the integrity of Pine Grove Auto but also endangers the lives of unsuspecting buyers. In conclusion, my experience with Pine Grove Auto has been a devastating and costly one. I implore all potential customers to avoid this dealership at all costs. Their lack of accountability, subpar vehicles, and disregard for customer safety make them a grave risk. Instead, opt for reputable dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable, safe vehicles.

We bought a car from them with a 90 warranty. The car died the next day. The warranty wouldn't cover it because we hadn't driven it 250 miles. When I spoke with the dealership the owner said I bought it as is and it wasn't his problem. He asked what I wanted him to do and I said give us our money back or fix it. He said he couldn't do that. We took it to have it looked at by several places and it needs a new transmission. It still sits in our driveway. We are out $6000. Do not buy a car there!

Bought a car from them. Was given a power terrain warranty signed the papers for it and all. They didn't give us the papers for it. Took the car back for a possible oil leak... looked at it and said to keep an eye on it and call or bring it back in if I found any oil again. Called and said that there was definitely an oil leak on a Friday. They were supposed to call back on Monday... hadn't heard from them so called back today. And what do you know they played me... said that there was no warranty and that it was sold as is! So now I gotta pay out of my pocket to get it looked at by chevrolet and repaired. Let's not forget that when I bought the car there was absolutely no heat in it. Called and the mechanic had to google what it could be... well it could of been for a few things. Never received a call back and with children I needed heat in the car... only reimbursed for part of the cost. Will never buy from this place again!!
