At 1st I Was A Little Skeptical If This Tow Company Would Be Able To Help Me w/ A Tow After The Dispatch Had Told My That They Have Never Towed Anything Like My E-Scooter. & Honestly The Driver Had To Put His Thinking Cap On, When It Came To How To Secure My Light Weighted 150 lbs Soak n Wet Moped. He Took Very Good Care Of My Bike. Steve The Driver Is Very Professional, Kind, & Great At What He Does. I’ve Had A Great 1st Experience & Would Recommend That The Driver Gets A Pay Raise. Steve is the BEST EVER! broke down on the side of the highway and he was there so fast, handled my car with so much care and was so tentative with checking in with me every step along the way! My experience with Redline was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. The dispatch gentlemen and technician were very polite. The technician arrived very quickly and got right to work getting my vehicle jumped. I would strongly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

24-hours except Sunday. Called the day before to arrange a tow. They gave me a quote. I called the next day to no avail. Left voicemails, called multiple times and they never returned my call.
These guys were great! I wasn't sure who towed bikes (a cruiser) and I didn't have roadside assistance on my insurance policy so Googled motorcycle towing and I didn't see Redline Roadside but I saw a listing for the 30 best motorcycle towing companies in PGH so I hit that and they were listed in there and they just happened to be located not too far from where my bike was. So I called them. They're open 24 hrs so THAT was a huge plus, but it was only about 8pm. I only needed towed about a mile. When I called they told me it would be an $80 hook-up and I asked them to come. Within 5 minutes the driver called me, told me who he was and that he'd be there in 10 minutes or so. His name was Devin. He was there in no time flat with a flatbed and had me hooked up in minutes. While he was doing so I asked him what time he worked until and I think he said 7 o'clock and it had to be close to 8:30 and I thought that was pretty cool that he was working late and still had a fantastic attitude. He said that was his second bike that day. He had my bike home and off the truck before I knew it. He asked me if I wanted the bike in the driveway and I said I'd LIKE to have it in the garage. (My driveway is steep uphill) he said "I'll give it my best" and that dude helped me push that dang bike up my driveway!!! I thought that was awesome. These guys get and A+ from me. He charged me $80. I had to tip that dude, he totally didn't have to help me push that 800 lbs bike up my driveway. CALL REDLINE ROADSIDE and HOPE you get Devin!
Called Redline after another company ghosted me and they were here in less than an hour. The driver was very careful with my car and made sure the chain wasn't rubbing the underside of the front lip, going as far as to take the chain off to readjust after he saw it might. I was truly impressed. They also charged me less than the original company. I will not hesitate to contact Redline if I need another tow.
Very nice honest people. Their prices are very reasonable. I got my car towed for UNDER $100!!! I will use their services again in the future if I have another problem with my car. Thanks guys again. You guys are THE VERY BEST!!!
After breaking down on the parkway at 630 in the morning, I called another company for a tow. Said 60 minutes and never came. Two hours later I called Redline. Great customer service on the phone. They said 30 minutes, came in 20. Driver was very nice and friendly and knowledgable. Dont make the same mistake i did. For any tow needs, call redline first. 5 stars. Very well priced too.
The driver was very polite and professional! He arrived and safely got my car on the flatbed and got me to my destination safely along with pleasant conversation that helped take my mind off having a car that left me stranded. Give him my uttmost thanks!
