  called the day before i needed to be towed from beaver falls to a dealership in pittsburgh asking if they could do it at 8am and was told they could do it. called the next morning at 8 asking eta and was told driver would be leaving soon. called at 9 and was told give them another hour and they’d be there. 11:30am came and no one called or showed. i called again and was told he could not contact the driver. id been waiting for hours so i decided to go with another company. i did not get to my destination until 3:30pm which was too late to fix my car and ended up having to leave it overnight, leaving me with no transportation. i had to miss work due to not having transportation because of this. worst experience ever.

  Awful service. Was dispatched by State Farm to me. Gave a 20 minute eta to State Farm. Never showed up. I attempted to call them, as well as State Farm and they never responded to either of us.

  Used them today to assist with putting air in my flat tire - they arrived very quickly and went above and beyond just putting air in. Made sure the snow was cleared off my car and everything. Will definitely use them again!

  stranded for 4 hours ...2:41 a.m. finally try the next number after calling about 15 and not getting any answers, and it is ITC that finally answers. I'm stuck in Aliquippa needing to be towed to Beaver Falls (where their address is)....and I am told ... I quote " that is too far for me.". 24 hour towing service and Aliquippa is too far from Beaver Falls. what a joke.

  Great fast service. They came and towed my car on the side of the highway after my alternator gave out. Also replaced my alternator a day later for a good fair price. Would recommend!

  Superb experience and that can't be said for most towing companies. He was professional, promt, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my truck and went way above and beyond helping out. He is very fast and came within 15 minutes of me calling. Super affordable and at least 100 dollars cheaper then the other 4 towing company ( Tow Tegrity wanted 225 just to show up and I.T.C. only charged 75 dollars for almost an hour of work). Highly recommend and wouldn't go with anyone else
