Had to use their service and I can say it was a great experience. They had very good communication during the service as to when I could expect them to arrive. It was a lifesaver since other places had already closed.
Event hey are honest I called with my situation but they wete hones0t about taking a long time and found dye to my location they could not do it for the price th0at I could a0fford but were very respectful caring and understanding they may not be the fastest or che0apest but they are honest you know what your fea0ling with nothing is hidden from you thank you for the honesty and respect
The two guys that came and towed my car were amazing. They look at some of the lights that came on and made some great suggestions on what I needed to do…. Would recommend

LAMAR (Big Head) was fantastic. I was having a rough morning with my car (cried a parking lot) and needed a tow. He completely changed my day around. He fast, a great driver, and a kind man. He even told me exactly where to go to fix my problem bc the first location I chose was not it ( he was not trying to sell me it actually was bad). I recently was in an accident in a very dangerous area with cars all around in a blind spot. By chance , Dennis was there with his tow truck, and he got right out and towed my SUV to his business .He was so kind , professional, and helpful. He even dropped me off at my house and spoke to my husband for me because I was a bit shook up. He kept in contact with me the whole time , letting me know each step of the way. I got my car stuck on a gravely hill. Golden Hook came within 10 minutes and assessed the situation and began to arrange to pull me up the hill. Then a neighbor moved their car which allowed me to drive my car up a less steep and less slippery part of the hill. I wanted to pay the driver his normal fee but he said he believed in KARMA and that I did not need to pay him ANYthing! So kind! He made my day!!!!

From the initial phone call to completion I was treated as a valued customer. This was my first experience with Golden Hook Towing. Dennis kept me updated with text messages throughout the process. When he arrived he was able to correct the problem temporarily, which allowed me to drive my car to the garage. He only charged me for a service call and not the quoted tow price. Had my first break down on the freeway and consequently had no clue what to do. Dennis had a nice lighthearted attitude and helped me figure it all out which helped the "break down" feel more like a hitch in the road. Great communication and everything was exactly in the estimated time frame.
When calling, you are connected to a person for assistance immediately. The tow truck took less than 20 minutes to get there. Dennis was the tow truck driver and he was very great at sending ETA updates. Once Dennis arrived he was very friendly and helpful. The car was loaded up immediately and payment was super quick and easy. Very good experience all around and will refer to friends/family if they need a tow company! Thanks again Dennis :)
I believe the man that towed my car was named Dennis. Let me just say he was AMAZING and so so nice. He arrived in 30 minutes and the next day he drove out the stuff from my car (about an hour drive). He did not have to do this at all. 20/10 service so nice.
Wonderful Experience. Person who took my call was great and the driver was very professional and helped us with a sort of tricky job. Came promptly and could handle payment by card. Will be using again!
Called around for a few different companies for a tow maybe a half mile away. Was getting a lot of very high quotes. I called and it was a great price. He was also in the area already. From the time I called until the time it was dropped off at the mechanic was maybe 30 minutes. Great service. Will call again. And would recommend.
Dispatch was very polite but when I needed my car towed they gave me the run-around for a full day. My car wasn't picked up until 25 hours after my initial call when they said it would be about 2 hours and one of their "contracted" tow guys tried to raise the price on me by $100 from the quoted rate. They expressed remorse about the poor job they did but still has no problem charging $175 for a 7.5 mile tow
2 hours away from home got a flat tire on a AMG 63 Mercedes, Mercedes roadside is a joke and useless ! I decided to contact a local company with a flatbed to haul this high line car back home. The service was excellent, the driver was extremely responsive and was very careful with loading the car. The experience of being stuck was not pleasant but this company could not have been more attentive and professional.
Great customer service!!!! Dispatch was very helpful and very polite. The truck showed up quick and loaded our jeep and got us off the highway safely. The driver was very professional and friendly. Price was more than reasonable! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
