Dennis is excellent. He did a good job getting our heavy trailer picked up and onto the job-site quickly and safely. He far exceeded my expectations. He was quick to arrive, and worked fast. I Would highly recommend and use him again, if the need arises . It is hard to find trust worthy people anymore, but I appreciated him and his knowledge!!!
When calling, you are connected to a person for assistance immediately. The tow truck took less than 20 minutes to get there. Dennis was the tow truck driver and he was very great at sending ETA updates. Once Dennis arrived he was very friendly and helpful. The car was loaded up immediately and payment was super quick and easy. Very good experience all around and will refer to friends/family if they need a tow company! Thanks again Dennis :)
From the initial phone call to completion I was treated as a valued customer. This was my first experience with Golden Hook Towing. Dennis kept me updated with text messages throughout the process. When he arrived he was able to correct the problem temporarily, which allowed me to drive my car to the garage. He only charged me for a service call and not the quoted tow price.
