I called Pat on a Friday. I thought my car needs to be towed to the dealer because the whole electrical system is dead. I tried my own jump starter and it didn’t work. Pat arrived on time, and was able to jump starter my car with a more professional jumper starter and I was able to drive to the dealer. Pat only charged me for the jump starter instead of the tow away service. I couldn’t be happier for the results

Experienced a high need for towing from an auto shop to a dealership of a large cargo van. Patrick answered immediately, gave him the run down and scheduled me when I needed. Price is fair and accurate, he was professional in all aspects and even let the owner of the van ride with him to the dealership. I have a heavily modified BMW that broke down in a tight spot where access was an issue. After Triple A called 15 different companies that all claimed they were unable to complete the tow (the car could not be put into neutral) I gave Pat a call. He worked with me to get the car on skates and positioned so that he could get it onto the flatbed without any issues or damage. 10/10 care and customer service. Highly recommend him and his company for any type of towing or recovery!
I was searching for a tow to get my car from the City to the Mon Valley. Pat was super responsive and one of the only ones who answered after about 10 calls to different yards on a rainy Sunday. This tow yard was reputable and had the lowest price so I decided it was a great deal. Easy, no frills tow by an experienced driver, who doesn’t mess my car up like the ones the insurance company sends out. Definitely going to keep this yard in mind if I ever need a tow in the future.
I needed a tow a couple of times and I didn't know who to call . I ended up calling this company and getting Pat on the phone . He towed my vehicle in decent time . He was a super nice person and gave me a ride home . He also changed my tire once on short notice and picked up some lug nuts for me . I would recommend this company to anyone , and I would definitely use them again.
few weeks back i blew my tire and bent my rim pretty bad on a pothole and not only did Pat help me out with the price, he was super personable and all around really helpfully. made a pretty bad situation a lot better. would definitely recommend.
Had a repair gone wrong on my car and needed to secure towing for a mechanic I couldn't book on Memorial Day. Talked to these folks and they were incredibly accommodating, followed up on the phone call by text and made sure I was taken care of.
I ended up having to get a mobile mechanic since no one else could see the car as soon, but this is 100% the place I'll call next time given how they handled everything.
I never write reviews, but huge thank you to Pat! My wife had a flat tire downtown at 11pm. Pat was the only tow driver that answered the phone and he came downtown ASAP to help. Would highly recommend him!

I forgot to put my jeep in park and it rolled down the driveway and ended up with its rear end up about 3 feet on the wall. I called pat randomly and sure glad I picked the right guy. I'm not sure someone else would have even tried. After arriving in a very reasonable time he was able to maneuver the jeep to where it could be driven off.
