Horrible service. I called 4 times to ensure id only have to make the drive once because I’m 8 months pregnant. I also wanted to confirm the bumper was in good shape but owner “doesn’t have phones or an email” to send a picture but he claimed it was a good bumper. (After it was broken he discovered what texting was so not sure why he couldn’t before) Drove a couple hours 8 months pregnant to get said bumper. Said it was $65 on the phone then charged me $85 when I got there. Between 5-6 workers and the owner they didn’t notice it was broken so when I eventually took it to my shop they couldn’t put it on. Called back and he hung up on me the 3-4 times I called and refused to send me another bracket even when I offered to pay shipping and said to drive back so we could “look together”. He claimed to have 50+ of my model of car. If him and all of his grown men workers can’t do it he’s got to hire some new sets of eyes or retire. If he didn’t do it right the first time between 6+ guys why would he expect me to waste the time and more gas and energy this far pregnant. That’s why I initially called him 4 times in the first place. Horrible expirience.
Really cool employees. I had a flat tire and they gave me a great price and even gave me a ride home this is the second time like over ten years from my last time there. Same great experience both tomes!
Place is okay but my goodness the customer service sucks. Chubby old dude with the white hair can't communicate, then when he tried to he just got mad and tried to avert the blame on said customer. My man needs a date or something. Maybe a good burger. Cheer up boi.
Les is either a guru or an angel! He didn't have what I needed right away, but had something comparable almost immediately. Thanks to the Brown's Auto Salvage family for helping me out in such short notice. I see why my buddy gets parts from ya when we're in town.
