I called yesterday for a quote on junking our van. They gave a lowball price so opted not to use them. Now over the past 2 days they keep calling me from thier number or texting me from some company named Wheelzy. They are the only ones who quoted the number they did, so that's how I know it's them. I never contacted Wheelzy or gave them my info so I'm not sure how they would have gotten it without this place being the same place as them.
I have told them over the phone and through text numerous times now that I don't want to use their service but they continue to pester me. Save yourselves the aggravation and don't even call them.
I've sold 2 cars to them. Each time they came to me, no issues. The tow companies they contract with locally have always been nice. And the best part is that it's no frills, hassle free, and honest. It almost seems too good to be true, like it's a scam or they will end up offering you less once they get there, but that wasn't the case at all. As long as you're honest about the condition of the car, they show up with cash in hand and it's so easy. And I got way more than I would have got at the junk yard.
The driver was polite and helpful..didn't have a problem with the payment..the service was fast and positive. if had anything more to scrap definitely would call them again. God Bless 🙌
From the initial call to Josh to the pickup of my vehicle with Rick, the entire process was flawless. Although I may been able to obtain a higher return through other avenues, the efficiency of their operation eliminated the burden and the aggravation of selling my truck that had seen better days. The experience I had with this company was extremely Satisfying. I worked with a lady named Valerie who helped me through the whole process very friendly very attentive they were very patient with me because I had to wait for my title . When I got the title I call them right away and they were here the next day to get my car. I gave them the title and they gave me the check it was very very easy and I recommend these people to anybody.

From beginning to end this was by far the easiest process I seen. Employees were friendly and super helpful; keeping in touch with me as time neared for pickup making sure all was in order. Tow truck operator was friendly, on time once appointment was set and I received my money as promised. Won’t hesitate to use again!!!

Friendly staff, good communication and was an easy transaction. I, along with the tow truck driver, could not get the license plate off, so they contacted the dispatcher and will be mailing it to me, which is extremely helpful.
Bad experience. They offered to buy my car for 25% higher than the other quotes I was getting. But once we set an appointment, they dropped the price by 25% then disappeared when I objected. Seemed shady. I don't recommend using them.
