The owner Carl can at times be crass, curt, and intense. But when you get past that veneer, you will see a man who has the love and respect of every single person around him. I can tell you how great their work is, or how amazing the secretary is, or any number of incredible things. What YOU should do is call them or stop on by and see why most of the employees have worked there over a decade, and why the rest of us won't let anyone else touch our cars.
So easy. I called, they came the next morning, handed me cash and took the car that hasn't run in a year. I truly never thought it would be that easy, o lr I would have done it earlier. No BS, just cash for your car.
Recently contacted this establishment because I had a vehicle that wouldn't pass inspection and I needed to unload it. It couldn't have been an easier process - quick response times and answered all of my questions. We did the title transfer at the office and they retrieved the car the very next day. called to ask for a quote and they gave no time or thought to it just said “nope” and hang up the phone. terrible customer service. for reference i asked for a seatbelt replacement…make it make sense

I had to get rid of a car and they did a fantastic job. Communication was very simple and easy, and they made it happen so quickly. It just needed ~10 texts and a 2-3 min phone conversation, and it’s done. I’m happy I didn’t have to spend 30 min talking over the phone for nothing like I did with another company. Also the guys came to get the car were very nice.
