They gave me the best price out of 15 people which was everything in the area. The only one that was any bit more affordable and they were out to me within the hour rather than the 3 hours with everyone else. I would give zero stars if I could. My husband filled out a questionnaire online regarding getting our 1999 jeep towed. He stated at the time that there were no wheels/tires on the vehicle. We were contact by Clunker Junker, and they dispatched this company. They made an appointment to come out on Thursday 11/14 between 11-3, never showed up, I tried to call, and it went straight to voicemail. I then contacted Jim at Clunker Junker, he contacted them and then the time was 3-8, then they said they couldn't come out because it was dark, and there were no tires on the vehicle, which they already knew, they rescheduled for Friday. At some point Friday evening, their best guy came out, didn't knock, didn't let us know he was here. Opened the hatch and searched the vehicle, left the hatch open in the rain, and never contacted us. When I text the number, they said oh he was there, sorry he didn't knock and let you know. Then they said we're coming out on Monday (11/18) with the wrecker. Here we are Monday at almost 4pm, I text again and said can you please let me know if you're coming today. Their response was we are trying to cancel and have been all morning, and it keeps coming back up, whatever that means. They have had my cell number the entire time, and could have told me Friday, or at any point today, I received no notification that it was cancelled or at all from anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. This company has been absolutely horrible to deal with. DO NOT recommend!
Contrell picked up a car from my driveway that has been sitting and the back wheels were seized. They were responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend using them .

These people are a joke....schedule 3 appts. through peddle to pick up my salvage car, driver called said he was on his way, waited 3 hours, found out he was reassigned for another pickup driver never showed, with no courtesy call on why. The 2nd pickup up because a death in the family which is understandable, received a phone call out of the blue at 7:45pm. that you were willing to pickup my vehicle at 9pm, when i was scheduled for a flight next day out of town, pickups are 11-3 according to your schedule. The 3rd time was today had to call peddle they gave me your reason for not picking up, because there was no title which you already knew and there was no problem when the other 2 pickups were scheduled. make all the excuses you want, I guess they think your time is worth nothing, give your business to someone else.
Son was stranded after driving to an appointment. Called Contrell from afar and they got right on it. Within 30 minutes of the call, they diagnosed the issue and the car was running. Not the battery or alternator, but a blown fuse. Well done in a professional and courteous manner.

My mother's apartment was resurfacing the lot and needed her car moved out by today. I got notice Tuesday evening. It did not run. I called the vets donation I heard on wish radio and they connected me to contrell auto salvage. She came out this morning. Was very nice and pleasant and knew what she was doing. It was impressive. This company actually cares. Contrell Auto Salvage did not have the part I needed, so the customer service person who helped me, named Shy, referred me to someone who does. It is refreshing to be treated like this.
On two different occasions needed a vehicle moved. Contacted Never Rest Towing on their website and got a prompt reply she would contact me the next day. Gave Shyra the details and the moves went very smoothly. She is very professional, competent and personable. When you need a tow this is the place to go. Best company in the city. Highly recommend her service. They've got a salvage yard also where used parts can be purchased. You can shop around but Never Rest Towing is the best in town.

What I love the most about this business is the way they do business ! Extremely professional, fair pricing with pleasant employees that aren’t beneath recommending other companies to their customers when they can’t accommodate the services requested due to filled schedules or even if the price would be cheaper due to distance and that’s what we need more of in this city.
