I would give zero stars if I could. My husband filled out a questionnaire online regarding getting our 1999 jeep towed. He stated at the time that there were no wheels/tires on the vehicle. We were contact by Clunker Junker, and they dispatched this company. They made an appointment to come out on Thursday 11/14 between 11-3, never showed up, I tried to call, and it went straight to voicemail. I then contacted Jim at Clunker Junker, he contacted them and then the time was 3-8, then they said they couldn't come out because it was dark, and there were no tires on the vehicle, which they already knew, they rescheduled for Friday. At some point Friday evening, their best guy came out, didn't knock, didn't let us know he was here. Opened the hatch and searched the vehicle, left the hatch open in the rain, and never contacted us. When I text the number, they said oh he was there, sorry he didn't knock and let you know. Then they said we're coming out on Monday (11/18) with the wrecker. Here we are Monday at almost 4pm, I text again and said can you please let me know if you're coming today. Their response was we are trying to cancel and have been all morning, and it keeps coming back up, whatever that means. They have had my cell number the entire time, and could have told me Friday, or at any point today, I received no notification that it was cancelled or at all from anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. This company has been absolutely horrible to deal with. DO NOT recommend!
My mother's apartment was resurfacing the lot and needed her car moved out by today. I got notice Tuesday evening. It did not run. I called the vets donation I heard on wish radio and they connected me to contrell auto salvage. She came out this morning. Was very nice and pleasant and knew what she was doing. It was impressive. Thank you for making a stressful situation much better. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone
Super awesome! She and I say “she” proudly, backed up my dead end street and come hell or high water was taken my junk vehicle. Amazing company and she will do whatever it takes to get the job done! Highly recommend, give them a try if you want the job done and done right!
