At check in I requested to have the check tire pressure light cause assessed. After car pick up and on the road observed tire pressure light indicator still on. No documentation on receipt that this was done. Battery replacement work time documented as 30 some minutes. Really ? Half an hour to pop a new battery in?
Amazing is all I have to say! Janielle was amazing to work with and was very personable. We were looking at a 2023 and brand new 2025 Rav4 XLE with about 10k price and 12k mileage difference. Instead of trying to sell us the newer car they provided us with both features on the vehicle which had all the bells and whistle we needed. Not once did we feel pressured into anything. They helped us from financing to getting the best rates for us. 10/10 would recommend this place!
Dodge Ram 3500 diesel pickup needed brake work and inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy, service department personnel were professional and courteous, and maintenance technicians were thorough. I trust that my vehicle is properly maintained. I have been working with these people for more than 10 years, even before it was Bennett Toyota, and I appreciate their military discount as well!

Everyone was FANTASTIC! Janielle Beishline was awesome! She worked with me and she helped me find a vehicle for my family. She was very knowledgeable about the Sienna van and answered all my questions and also went into detail to explain things to my wife. Run don’t walk to Bennett Toyota for your next vehicle. Also Noe Perales the manger was helpful and I really liked working with him. Ian got us out the door and explained everything financially and also answered any questions we had. I drove an hour away because I couldn’t get a deal locally. Friends who live near me suggested going to Bennett Toyota and we are glad we did!

As always, professional and friendly service. Completed the work faster than scheduled. The service reminder sticker was actually placed where I prefer (instead of on my window) this time...and I was so happy this time that my seat wasn't so close to the dash that I got in and did not crack my leg on the dash this time! Sometimes, it is the little things and attention to detail that really earn that fifth star!

Just bought a 25 Toyota RAV 4. Janielle was an excellent salesperson. She listened to our needs and wants and took the time to show us many options. It was also really nice dealing with someone who really knew what she was selling. Very knowledgeable and she made us feel welcomed like family. I had my oil changed here on my Sienna under the Toyota care plan since it was fairly new. Did a good job as far as I could tell. I did not schedule an appointment and they were able to fit me in and get it done in a reasonable amount of time. They were friendly and had a nice waiting area. I would recommend them.
I love working with Maura in service! She's so kind, caring, and always is looking out for the customers best interest. This past visit was the first time my vehicle actually needed a repair, and not just basic services in my 5 years of ownership. She made sure to check all my extended warranties, and saved me SO much money in repairs. Then when I went to pickup my vehicle, Maura was handling a rude and inpatient customer, and she handled the situation with perfect poise and professionalism. The past few visits, the same technician has also worked on my vehicle, and he fully respects the cleanliness and organization of my belongings. I am so grateful that the entire team at Bennet truly takes care of me and my Toyota (that I love so much!!) I even called Maura a day after I picked up my vehicle with a unrelated question to my previous services, and she went out of her way to assist me and help me find the answers! Beyond thankful!
