Excellent staff in the service department always willing to take the time to explain anything you might have a question about. Always great service and pleasant experience overall.
However, I took one star off as the service techs, despite my numerous reminders on my visits, continue to place the sticker where I ask them not to (even after removing the old one from where I want it) as well as not putting the driver's seat back at least close to where it should be for the owner. I have a cut on my shin where I cracked it on the dash area because a short mechanic couldn't take a second to put the seat back to even approximately where it should have been.
We had a great experience purchasing a 2025 Toyota Sienna. We went in to simply explore on a Friday evening and drove a new car home the following Saturday afternoon. The process was very clear and smooth. Izzy was our main sales associate but we interacted with many others in sales and finance and they were all friendly and helpful.

Our first buying experience at Bennett Toyota. Our sales rep was Juni, and other than the time it took for the car to come in, we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the transaction went. Juni was very informative and found out answers when he did not know. After agreeing on the car and price, he kept us updated as to the status of the car (as we waited for it to arrive). Purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from Israel (Izzy) Acevedo and could not have been happier! Izzy made the whole buying process a breeze (actually the BEST car buying experience I’ve had) and was patient due to my financial institution being slow. First off I live in Lancaster and this dealership is an hr drive and it’s completely worth it!! They made me feel comfortable and stress free I had no worries. I’ve been trying to give me wrong. Arrived to check the car I wanted to see and was pleasantly received at the front door of the dealership and they directed me to Juni my sales rep. He was very welcoming and took me to the 2014 Prius V that I was interested in seeing.
The car was in beautiful shape and more beautiful than the pics online. After a test drive and a little subsequent haggling over my price I bought the car and I am very happy. Everybody at the dealership especially Juni was courteous and professional which I very much appreciated. Definitely recommend this dealership and if ever in need of another vehicle I will not hesitate to contact them again.
