Got me in same day for an oil change and inspection. Let me know where everything was at on my car so I know what to plan for the future. Also didn’t mind my baby babbling her head off as she ran around their waiting room.
The staff were so nice and helped me out. Patrick helped me check in - was great to talk to. Even was there when I came to pick up my vehicle. It wasn’t just him that was great but the other staff members were as well. They chimed in recommendations, and advice. I had selected certain things I thought my car needed and they were awesome in breaking things down for me. Telling me why it didn’t need this or why it did need that. Helped me not pay for things my car didn’t need. I learned a lot with my vehicle and even after finding what was wrong with it, they contacted me and answered all my questions. No hesitation.
Steve called me after few hours after my car was dropped off - explained everything - cost, etc. which was very helpful in knowing how much everything was going to cost. He was super friendly and knowledgeable over the phone.
After picking up my car, I noticed the two tires I requested weren’t in my trunk - one of the staff members, Ken, was quick to grab them and bring them out to my car. Even apologized even tho I didn’t feel an apology was needed. He was quick to help, no hesitation.
They said multiple times they were going to help me out or look into this or that. Not many places actually show they care but also show they are not only good at what they do, but they love what they do, especially taking care of their customers. My experience all around was great and I would go back anytime or recommend anyone to go to this location.

It take far too long to get 4 tires mounted. They have a entire shop designed to do this. And it takes over an hour to mount and balance 4 tires. I've done this for a living and know it shouldn't take more that 30 or 40 minutes. Then all 4 tires had a different air pressure in them. I had to stop at Sheetz and correct all 4 tires. You charged me $149 to do this and still couldn't put the correct air pressure in them.
SHOUTOUT TO STEVE AND CREW !! They went above and beyond in order to fix our over heating problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Texas here we come! SAFE THANKS LEBANON PA!!!
if you need an alignment, i highly recommend these guys. they corrected my alignment to perfection after another shop was un-able to do so. i’m a very picky person with my cars, especially with alignments. these guys understand and made sure it was 100%. informed me when it was done and assured me of everything. this is my new spot to get work done.
The guys at Firestone were extremely personable. I was at the store at 11:4 3 Quenton Rd., Lebanon, PA. Steve and Patrick did everything in their power to get me out of there as quickly as possible. I was under a time crunch and they expedited the service on my vehicle. I believe KUDOS to the team at this location!
I made an appoint to have a OLF change and a tire replaced on my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander AWD the tire had a nail in it. I told them I had an identical used spare, with 7/32" tread depth that matched my other tires. These tires must be within 1/32" tread depth by Mitsubishi Motors recommendations or it cause differential damage. I made the appointment and when I arrived, they refused the mount my good replacement tire and wanted me to buy a new tire that would have not matched the tread depth of my other tires and would have damaged my differential. I would have had to buy 4 new tires in order for them to match the tire depth. Beware of these dishonest people if they knew they were not going to change this tire for me they should have told me before making my appointment. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND TRYING TO SELL ME 4 VERY EXPENSIVE TIRES I DID NOT NEED!
Steve was super fun to deal with, we made jokes and talked like we were family or known each other since high school. Super friendly and detail oriented giving you all the information you seek!!
I received outstanding service from Mike and the team at Lebanon Firestone. Mike was honest and transparent about what my vehicle required. After multiple costly visits to Toyota without resolution, Firestone accurately diagnosed that my car needed a new axle and completed the repair efficiently. The staff demonstrated professionalism and integrity throughout the process. I highly recommend Lebanon Firestone for their exceptional service and expertise.
Every one there was fantastic. Very helpful employees who all knew what they were doing and are willing to go over why you need tire rotation done to your vehicle.
Steve and Mike were extremely helpful, and friendly during my visit. They set me up on the spot with a good deal to get my tires changed and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. The service was fast and stress free overall.
Went in for an oil change and was told I need new tires (I do not) and was told about a tire sale that was upcoming. I told them then that I wasn't interested, they called me a week later to tell me again about the sale, I again told them that I wasn't interested - as of today, they have called me 4 more times regarding the tire sale. And during one of the calls, I was called "Mr." so not only do they not listen when you say 'no', they don't even care enough to pay attention to who they're calling. I won't be returning purely based on the pressuring and lack of customer service shown in the last 4 weeks.
I came in extremely stressed out due to a personal mistake which caused my vehicle to be damaged, Steve was able to efficiently get me checked in and reassured while handling a building full of other customers. Steve wonderfully solved my vehicle issue within hours, I’m able to rest peacefully tonight due to Steve’s awesome customer service and mechanical experience.
Called about getting a new ATV tire swapped out with a flat after two other local mechanic shops couldn't do it. Tommy and Steve were very helpful. They helped me out in about 10mins and didn't charge me for the quick service. Definitely would come back again.
Prompt, friendly, and communicative staff! They helped my significant other out of a bind with a flat tire for free in the middle of a busy day, as well. That alone stood out to me tremendously. They were also not pushy at all when it came to any form of upselling, which only made me want to come back in the nearby future to address some of the recommendations they had.
I walked up because my car shut off on me twice when I was driving and I was scared to drive home. I asked them what I should do and they helped me immensely. Someone even came out and looked under my hood and drove my car around the lot to make sure I was safe. I then was able to schedule an appointment easily! These guys helped me out a lot and saved my anxiety for driving home. Heavily recommend !!
Steve was courteous, kind and informative from my phone call, to checking in and checking out. In addition, I was sent emails to keep me informed of the service required. I highly recommend these folks..I also received a call from Mike upon completion of the work.

Went above and beyond what was needed. Mike and Steve were especially helpful when I, someone who knows nothing about cars, came to them with a car catastrophe an hour before they closed. Go here if you want good, friendly and dependable service.
My girlfriend said her tire pressure was low and the red light was on. The tire air compressor was temporarily down at Sheetz so I went to the Firestone service shop in front of Pet Smart on route 72. The mechanics left for the night and it was 7 pm on a Mon when they were about to close.
Luckily for me the attendant at the cash register checked to see if the air compressor was drained of air and to his surprise it was still full. He got me into bay 2 and topped off the tires with an electronic air gauge that was calibrated perfectly. The gauges in the Jeep were spot on so my girlfriend was safe going to school to teach at Manheim Central.
Thank you Firestone for going the extra mile to take care of a loved ones vehicle so it is safe to drive on the roads and tackle inclimate weather. You also kept a teacher safe on the roads so she can be in a classroom teaching students about Biology in high school.
Thanks for treating your little customers like family and going the distance to keep everyone safe on the roads. I had some concerns with my vehicle, so I decided to schedule an appointment. I was unable to honor my appointment time, so I called them up and they said they'd do their best to try to get it looked at the same day, if not the next day. They are very accommodating. Steve and Mike were very helpful and friendly. They were able to change the cabin air filter, engine filter, do a brake fluid exchange, and a fuel system clean all within 2 hours of having my vehicle dropped off. Thanks for your amazing service.
We needed a new set of tires and some work done on my son’s car before he went to college. Tommy Weiser and Steve Narine went above and beyond- staying late to finish the car so it would be ready for him the day he left. We were beyond impressed with the service we received at the Firestone in Lebanon, PA. Will definitely return again!
I had a great experience at this Firestone location. They called me right away after checking my tire to let me know they couldn’t repair the hole because it was on the side wall (great communication!). They clearly explained my options for a new tire and even gave me an “out-the-door” price - which means that’s the total price including the tire, labor, taxes, and fees. The price was very reasonable, especially for a last-minute fix.
The whole process took about an hour, which gave me time to grab something to eat nearby, and checkout was quick and simple. Friendly service, fair pricing, and fast turnaround. I'm planning to come back again for their tire sale next month!
It was a pretty good experience I had called and made an appointment and then had to call that day and change it to a later one which they were very accommodating of. It did take a little bit of time but that is partially because I had to get a drain plug replaced and also got two filters replaced which they did offer me the option of. It is a little expensive but overall I am satisfied with it I wouldn't say it's exceptional best experience of my life but it's definitely more than just good and I will probably be going here again I have gone here for several years to get most of my Automotive needs taken care of
