I had bad experiences with the Firestone in Kingston and Wilkes Barre, but the one in Lebanon provided me with the awesome service I expect from Firestone. I got a bolt in my tire that unfortunately required the tire to be replaced. I called at ten o’clock on 07/30/2025. The great gentleman (whose name I should’ve paid more attention to) said bring it over but they are very busy. Expect to wait basically. I brought it there a little before 10:30 AM. I went over to Chick-Fil-A for lunch and was out of there by a little after 11:30. With how busy they were, and you could tell they were very busy, that was phenomenal service. Thank you very much guys! Awesome job! Thanks for restoring my faith in Firestone too!!!
The whole team are five stars. They’ve helped us when we called them at the last minute. They’ve been honest knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone. my whole family has gone to them and they’ve serviced their vehicles along with ours. They are truly professional
This company is a joke I needed to have a tire plugged and they couldn't do it because it was old according to there policy it was a liability definitely don't recommend this place for anything they seem to try and find ways to make excuses for there work and also will try to take advantage of customers
After a horrendous experience at Walmart auto center where I was told their compressor was broken and they were unable to complete my appointment, I stopped in to try and salvage the day. I needed new tires, and Steve supplied with a smile and a joke. Thanks for saving the day.
Steve was fabulous. I was stranded on the interstate for 3 hours with a flat and no one to help change it. We ended up changing it ourselves and limped with a donut 20 or 30 miles to find a Firestone. It was closing time and Steve and RJ stayed to help give us a new tire so we could finish our 4 hour journey home. Steve was awesome and went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful!
Where do I start with this abysmal place? I went in on (5/14/2025) for a tire rotation and oil change, later did I find out that these crooks come and say I need this and that, like for example spark plugs? I mean what the heck we JUST put some in not to long ago and the RIDICULOUS price of 48$ EACH?????? Then there was a motor mount that somehow got “broken”.
I’ve heard these guys on the phone there (as they have it on speaker) and they manipulate people saying tons of stuff need to be fixed. This is fraud at its finest. And then when you see the LARGE bill keep rising because they up charge you massively for things.
The company should investigate this area because people are being taken advantage of.
I would run, RUN fast and as far from here and avoid at all costs.
Would NOT recommend, and they lost 2 customers. Won’t be returning to Firestone anywhere.
Don't go here if you have a discount you can use because they won't accept it. They lied to your face and when you get your invoice it's still the same price. Never will I go there again
Brought my vehicle in for repairs; customer service was outstanding. Mechanics will ask before doing any further work to your vehicle.

Went to Firestone for an oil change and an inspection and they saw me first thing in the morning like I needed. My car needed some additional work done and Ken was the one that worked on my car. I am very impressed and greatful that they did all the work on my car the same day. Ken explained to me everything he did to my car in detail and was very paintient with all the questions i had. I really liked that. Steven is the one that took care of the register and since it was the end of the day he got busy but he did a great job multitasking between customer to help us get on with our day fast. I truly recommend this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful as well. Really willing to help with your car needs. Thanx guys.
VERY disappointed. Felt like they took advantage of my wife in a tough situation where she was out of town. She had a nail in a tire. Cost $400 for 1 tire on a mid-size Mazada SUV for her to get back to our daughter and drive home the next day. They even put a $40 road hazard charge on there when she told them she did not want it.
I trust their advice with service. I understand it's a selling organization but I feel they give signs advice when it comes to service for your vehicle.
These guys are ALWAYS there for me! Plus they always fit me in on a timely manner without having wait weeks to have my car serviced. Tommy is especially wonderful and goes the extra mile. VERY happy they are still here after 7 years of bringing my cars here. My only complaint is the channel the TV is on.
The team is knowledgable and helpful. The sitting area was clean and had hot coffee available as it was a cold morning. They were busy and kept conversations professional. My vehicle was repaired and ready for me to drive, even a past issue that happens on cold mornings was finally fixed. YAH!
Great experience. Professional and friendly. I’ve gone to them a couple times now for my car needs. I won’t be going any where else. They fix what needs done. They let me know if there is anything for future repairs or replacements due to mileage; so I can budget for them. All without trying to upsell me with unnecessary expenses.
Everyone here has always been friendly and helpful. They give you the full picture of repairs needed and work with you to prioritize and afford the needed work. I have never had a problem.
Although my bill was corrected, the mgr got an attitude because I mentioned twice that I was being charged more than my quoted price. The first time, he tried to charge me $53 over quoted cost and then was going to just deduct $20 and told me that would be my quoted price plus tax, which was not even accurate. Eventually I did get the cost quoted , as he asked me very sarcastically, " Is that ok with you, now? " This experience really makes me want to.look around for someplace else to do my auto work.
I purchased their lifetime warranty for when I had new shocks and struts put on. I was told that they only have two technicians for doing alignments and so it's going to be over half a month to schedule me if I can drop off the truck. If I can't it's going to be close to a month for them to schedule me. I have not yet had an alignment done but they refused to refund so I can have one done elsewhere this means I can't drive my truck for between two weeks and a month while I wait for them to fit me in. I would never buy one of these again. Complete rip-off totally unacceptable
They were fast, actually took me early. Had a very nice pleasant attitude. In for an oil change and the only thing they tried to sell me extra was a cabin filter which I said no and they didn't try to sell me anything after that. I used to go to the Firestone on 501 but had an issue with them the last time so now I will travel an extra 20 minutes to go to this store in Lebanon
People were great and very helpful, but it took 2 hours to complete my oil change and they wouldn't use my filter I brought in. They also charged $100. For that price, I could've went to the VW dealership and they would have put a halfway decent filter on my car.
Highly recommend! As a woman going to get my car serviced can lbs so intimidating, but these guys were so nice and only did what I was there for without and hassling! They were extremely friendly and quick with my oil change, I will be back!!
It was a pretty good experience I had called and made an appointment and then had to call that day and change it to a later one which they were very accommodating of. It did take a little bit of time but that is partially because I had to get a drain plug replaced and also got two filters replaced which they did offer me the option of. It is a little expensive but overall I am satisfied with it I wouldn't say it's exceptional best experience of my life but it's definitely more than just good and I will probably be going here again I have gone here for several years to get most of my Automotive needs taken care of
