The driver was very professional and efficient. The dispatcher was helpful, friendly and reassuring to someone caught in a bad situation out of town. I would definitely recommend this towing service.
I called and told the tow driver I was having trouble with AAA He told He will be able to help me as soon as he was done with his other two pick ups. He gave me an estimate time and arrived before the actual estimate time they communicated with me back-and-forth. I prefer to work with Pro tow instead of AAA
