I've been here multiple times. They're very helpful and efficient. Just be polite and realize these are busy, working people and you'll receive the same courtesy. Fair prices and efficient service. As others have said if you want a fancy place with nice decor and such, then you probably shouldn't be trying to scrap metal!
This has been one of the worst places where I have visited to sell my aluminum, they scam you with the prices, very bad experience, I would never return to this place
Attentive and fast service...easy to pull up and unload. Try to stay away from busy hours (usually 30-40mins before close) and you will be fine! Paying top prices! Employees are great and very helpful!
