Our garbage and recycling pickup is on Wednesday and nobody collected our recycling even though we placed our bins out the night before. We contacted Vogel and they apologized and said they would send someone. Nobody came on Thursday so I called and the lady basically called me a liar and sent me a low quality picture with no time stamp as “evidence” that our bin was not out. First of all, if you are looking for evidence on your customers for a simple request, this is already a sign of bad management. Secondly, our bin was clearly out so the picture is clearly not from when she says it was. I am not looking for free recycling or trying to cheat them. Very disappointing company who clearly doesn’t value their customers.
Have to give a shout out to the pick up drivers. Our trash cans can often get plowed in overnight and it happened this week of course. I set my alarm early to go down our long drive and make sure they were accessible for pick up. By the time I got my coat on I saw they were not really in the street, I saw them coming to collect. I didn’t get down in time to pull them out and to my surprise they made sure to get them and went the extra mile. I so appreciate the kindness! Kudos!

Had service for over two years, and then one day notice half of our neighborhood's trash did not get taken, including ours. When I called to ask what was going on they said because our lid was not completely closed they would not pick up. Same hour then they send out new guidelines via text. $99 quarterly payments- will be switching services
Missed garbage pickup. Called Vogel and received easy, friendly and responsive service. They had a truck out the next morning (Saturday) to pick up our garbage. We appreciate your service.
My customer service rep was great! However my service hasn’t been lately. I understand short staffed, I understand weather but it’s tough when you live in the country and have to leave your can at the road. I hate complaining. I’m not a Karen but ya all charge a 10.00 late fee on bills if we are late yet in the past two months, ya all have been late ( or this week not coming at all ) 4 times. Here’s a suggestion. Why don’t you wave late fees in the winter months?
I reached out via txt message for a problem that was my own fault. Alicia stayed after closing time to help me resolve it, and was very courteous and professional.
Always a pleasure dealing with Vogel. I've been a customer for 20 years and have no complaints. I am moving out of state, and had a great online experience making the required service updates. Alicia is very helpful!!

Vogel actually has a way to switch to text when waiting to talk to customer service, for those of us who don't like to talk on the phone! Audrey was super helpful, quick to respond, and a real person.
Vogel has the best phone customers service of any utility company I have ever dealt with. Real person picks up every time. Always kind, always knowledgeable and always on point. I chat up almost every rep just because it’s always a nice conversation. I often need bulk pick ups for old furniture and they never miss a pick up, no matter how big or unusual. I would choose Vogel anywhere I lived . I mean that.
I spoke with a customer service rep at Vogel disposal today she could not have been more kind. I needed the names of my trash truck driver & my recycler truck driver. She helps me & was very accommodating.

We’ve been with Vogel Disposal Service for 18 years and we’re very satisfied. Every customer wants a quality service, delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. With Vogel we get these things plus a caveat of friendly and professional customer care every time. Recently I had some problems accessing my account, so I began an online chat with Audrey. She quickly realized that it was more efficient to call me to work through the situation rather than attempt it through a chat. Within minutes she resolved my issue and did it with the utmost friendliness and concern. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved, but then again I treat the office staff and employees with respect and they have always treated me well. I've lived a few places and all they all follow the same reasonable guidelines for pick up. I appreciate people who do difficult and often thankless jobs. I guess it's perspective.
A note for new people signing up. This is a subscription service. Even if they suspend your pickup, they will still charge you. I tried to work it out with customer service but they insisted I owed money when they would not take trash. I agree that I would need to pay before they would take anything but they suspended my service and continued to charge me for no services rendered.
Vogel Disposal text support Megan was very helpful arranging for my cart lids to be replaced. They had cracks allowing them to fill with rain water. Fast support and much more efficient than waiting on the phone! Thank you!
I needed to dispose of a large item, so I texted Vogel and spoke with Alicia. She was informative and helpful, and schedule a free pick up of my large item for pick up tomorrow. She gave information for other large items we may have to dispose of in the future, and encouraged me to text if I had any more questions. Great customer service - so appreciated!
