Horrible! Hauler refused to return my vehicle when I found him hooking it up to the truck, despite offering him cash for the violation. He refused to return my vehicle upon request at the location of recovery at the time it was taken and forced payment for 3 additional days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it had a flat tire and a screw in the tire. He also only accepted cash for payment which he could have accepted at the location he towed it from.

Through AAA, very kind and got there quick.

The absolute the worst towing company ever, towed my Jeep and wanted crazy money to release it, they also damaged the front , got the referral from the Swickley cops, beware if you have an accident on 65

Elite Towing has towed 2 cars for me through AAA both times the driver’s were professional and extremely helpful to get my vehicles towed. One had a bad transmission and the other had a broken strut ( A run of bad luck for me) I would definitely recommend them for all your towing needs.

Guy with the gauges was nice. I think he expected me to be argumentative. I made a mistake, went to get my car, and he offered to help me out when I didn’t have the right tools to do it on my own. Car problems are costly and stressful, assume you’re going to get the energy you put out into the world and be kind to people who are just doing their jobs.

Rude, arrogant, and looking for an argument. Hours posted on the website are not really the hours they are available and the payment options listed to release your vehicle are incorrect as well. Hard to believe that AAA would use this place as a service provider; had to give this business one star because I couldn't leave a zero star review.

They were very helpful and kind to my sister and I in what was a very stressful situation.

Today, right as I was switching lanes, I see a VERY LARGE (pot)hole in the road. Some would call it a pothole but it was too large to be a “pothole”(I could have fit 3 regular potholes inside this one). I was in Leetsdale & my roadside had expired that came with my vehicle so I called Elite Towing & explained what happened & where I was located. He explained to me that they could only tow me back to the yard then fix my tire. I mentioned that their website where I found the business number said they did tire changes & he said “it must be worded wrong or something.” One screenshot is from google & one from the website, it’s also mentioned numerous other places on the website that they offer roadside assistance & or tire changes. I’d also like to note I had all supplies for the tire change, just not the skill/strength.

I recommend staying far away from this company, Unprofessional, Rude, All they want to do is argue. It was an appointment to pick up the car at 1 o’clock The man left when I was there at 12:55 had a partner there. They made us wait an hour for the man to return. Even though the other guy could’ve handled it and The guy was extremely rude, it’s the guy with the hoops in his ears

Very poor customer service. Attentive to answering the phone.

$375 for a day and a half and then he was grumpy cuz it was after 3. :00 and I wanted to come down and give him almost $400. They really have you by the short hairs. It was 3:20 and he was going to make me wait two more days. Thank goodness he agreed to let me get it today. Be careful out there

Bad for business. How do you own towing company but don’t answer your customers phone calls. These people don’t want to make money at all they will never pick up your phone call so if your car is there and the weekends come and they don’t answer your call when you called before the weekends then just know they will charge you for it being there on the weekend it’s a scam. These people should not own a business if you can’t answer you customers phone call. Take the business phone number off of Google no customer are need to call the business if the business owner never existed. So this business is non existent because there is no communication between the works/ owner and the customer there for it’s not an existed business

under the circumstances they where very professional and made and unpleasant situation bearable

Had my car towed last Friday. Completely my fault I can own up to that. But the boss or whoever that guy was that answers the phone seems like a scammer. He tried to tell me that I wouldn't be able to put my registration in my name for 90 days. He said I could put it in someone else's name and switch it back to mine later. He was doing everything he could to get as much money from me as he could. He seemed upset that I got everything taken care of so quickly. I had to spend 475 to get my car back. It was in there from Friday to Tuesday. They would definitely never get my business.

Got charged 225 for them towing my car and 150 bec it was parked there while they were closed for the weekend. 375 total and they only take cash. Scummiest business out there. Place absolutely sucks. Just no way it should have costed me that much money in straight cash. So shady.

Works well with each situation.

Elite towing treated me like I was their only customer. They were friendly and considerate to my situation. They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between.
I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. No one is happy about being in an accident but if it's gonna happen at least I had an amazing body shop and mechanic on my side. Thanks Elite. You deserve more than 5 stars.

I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.

My Battery died in my car. Elite was dispatched as a AAA Emergency service shop, and Tianna came and replaced the battery for me in the driveway. She was impressive in her knowledge. She did not have the battery with her, but called her boss Mike who drove one all the way to her so that she could replace it. I would recommend her to anyone. She was knowledgeable, professional, and really knew her stuff! The Battery in an Infiniti is not the easiest thing to access, and she immediately knew how to get to it to change it. Overall service 10 out of 10!

My car was towed because I did park in a spot where I shouldn't have (no argument there) however the customer service experience was terrible trying to get location and arrangements to pick up and pay for my car. The charge was $150.00 and it had to be cash. No other payment accepted and of course I was not issued a receipt for the transaction. I picked up my car and headed out of their lot. I noticed the next day that my hood had a dent on it that was new. In addition, I was driving my car the next day and I was dragging something. I pulled off the road to find the undercover protecting the engine was dragging and fell off on one side. I had to take the whole thing off. I immediately called the property where my car was towed from and they gave me the insurance carrier for Elite. I called the insurance carrier and notified them that their was some damage to my vehicle which was minor and can happen but was part of the tow and they said that I cannot file a claim because the owner of Elite automotive denied doing any damage. No one even came out to look at my car or considered that they could have certainly cause the damage that I have pictures of. Very sad that they treat their customers in the fashion they do. I didn't get a choice in the tow company in this case because again I was wrong where I parked but.......if you do get a choice in a company for your towing and automotive needs, I encourage you to steer away from this company and pick somebody else. They don't care about their customers having a good experience and coming back.

Great service, friendly staff, let's you know what it costs before.

A family member had to have a vehicle towed following an accident last week. She had a car load of groceries at the time of the accident. She went to the hospital to be checked out. She was very concerned about her groceries. At 4:55, I called Elite from the hospital to see how late someone would be there so I could leave and pick them up. I found out they were closing at 5. Jan volunteered to stay (on her own time) till I got there from the hospital. I wasn't able to get there until almost 5:20. It was so kind of her to stay and wait on me to get there to alleviate that concern from my family member. Thank you Jan, we really appreciated your kindness that day. She is the type of person that helps to make a bad day a little better.

very dishonest business, too expensive, ripoff, avoid

I bought a vehicle off of the head mechanic four months ago. Five tows later it still is the same issue. The alternator which was suppose to be warranted. First the bracket..then bracket again...then the bolts were loose..then the alternator had a huge dent that he never noticed and belt shredded. Now every thing is loose again. I would never trust this mechanic again!!!!
