They had the belt that we needed for ours Walker mower and it was very polite and the price was reasonable

I bought a 48 inch Exmark turf master basically all over the phone with Pat. He came out the next day and delivered it, and showed me how to operate it safely. A couple weeks later I ended up needing a chainsaw so I swung by their shop to see what they had. Ended up going with a Husqvarna 245. Both machines have worked perfectly. Being in the shop is a nice experience. Everyone is friendly and treats you like an old friend. Not to mention, their prices are better than any big box store. I’ll be going here for all my equipment needs in future. Thanks guys!

This place is not good. They do not communicate when they take your equipment. They had a piece of equipment from me for three months and i was basically told they were too busy to get around to it and they give priority to equipment purchased there. So because my weed trimmer was purchased somewhere else they never did it. (At least this was their reasoning). Bad bad business.

I was told the team here was very good and reasonable for pricing. Loaded my Toro lawn mower to get tune up, and since AWD needs fixed, I will have that done as well. (Mind you, I know a repair place less than 3 minutes from me, but I figured if it saves a few dollars, then ok). Dropped off guys at the counter very nice. 3-4 weeks later, mower ready. Picked it up. Definitely was not any cheaper to be repaired. it actually was more than i expected. But ok, it's fixed, right? Brought it home and decided to cut my grass and could not get the mower to start at all. Finally started ran a bit and died ( I never had an issue running or starting) did a bit more mower would run but as soon as it was off it took 6-7 pulls to start and keeping it running was tuff. Finally, I called the repair shop to explain what was going on. To be fair, they apologized and asked to bring it back. Finally, I just decided it wasn't worth packing all up and trucking out to Jefferson again. My experience was not a good one, and I do not recommend it. For others, they could be good. I just decided to use my local place. They ended up taking in the mower, fixing the plugs, and now running great. Hope this helps someone. If you're happy someplace, don't try saving a buck stick with them.

I had a very disappointing experience with a repair service for my equipment. I needed to replace the turn-on switch, but they held onto my machine for five weeks without providing any updates through calls or text messages. When I went to pick it up today, there was no explanation or apology for the delay; they simply told me that my equipment was still not ready. I urge you not to waste your time with this service, especially if you don't own a landscaping company. By the time they return your equipment, summer will be over.

I would give 6 stars, if I was able!!!! Every person I spoke with, was friendly and professional. Tom was so knowledgeable and friendly - he listened to my concerns, and did not try to oversell me on any riding mower/lawn equipment. He was patient, and explained all of the options and pricing. I ended up ordering a riding mower, weed whacker, and leaf blower; then I had an offer from a lawn service that I couldn't refuse. When I called back to cancel the order, Tom was so cordial and understanding. This company truly puts their customers' needs first! Kudos to Jefferson Hills Lawn & Equipment!!!! Their integrity and hospitality is amazing... I only wish more companies were this stellar. Thank you Jefferson Hills (and Tom in particular).

It’s the greatest thing when you go to cut your grass for the first time and your lawn mower starts right up!!! The team at Jefferson Hills Lawn and Equipment were so awesome to work with. They made buying so simple and they are so knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in need of new equipment.

I just bought a toro recycler max here a couple weeks ago. It was painless. I was in and out in 20 min. The people are always friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. This is my place for outdoor power equipment. A great local small business.

The place is full of friendly folks. They were helpful to find a mower part I needed, but I decided to just buy a new one instead. Plenty of mowers were in stock and the price was lower than online big box stores. They had it assembled, oil filled and gassed up for me and helped load it into my car. I can’t say much about the mower yet, but the store is great.

Just got my tractor back from this company. And they did an excellent job to deliver. Driver is very polite excellent and he knows a lot of stuff and he knows what he's talking about. And they've taken care of me very well and I recommend them to a lot of other people. They are very polite respectful and honest. And a lot of places are not like that but these people are and I will recommend anyone to go there might take some time for parts to come in but you do get your stuff but they are very excellent people

Pat and Tom have been great, helping set me up with a chainsaw and riding mower that have been a great asset on my land. Ronnie was especially helpful in showing me the ins and outs of the new tractor, walking me through things that will help me keep it in great condition for years to come!

Just bought my first new Cub Cadet zero turn riding mower with steering wheel from your company and I love it!! Thanks to Ronnie who delivered it and showed me how to work it! I couldn’t have done it without him being my 2 sons were not able to be there to help me at that time. I sent some pictures to show you how beautiful my lawn looked after using it. I have marks in my lawn from my last cut from my other Riding mower which dug up the yard, but this tractor did not do that. My lawn has never looked so good.

First Jefferson hills was the only place that had the exact mower I wanted in stock cub cadet zero turn zt1 54 inch deck. Tom took care of me he gave me a run down of how the mower operates awesome buying experience!! The mower quit running one day I called Tom he told me what to check to hopefully get me up and running without having to take it in but it wasn't the problem. I called Tom back and he sent an employee Ron Gifford out to pick the mower up the same day they fixed it and returned it free of charge. When Ron picked up the mower he was very nice and helpful gave me a few tips on how maintain a good mower. Thanks to Tom and Ron they got my mower running in tip top shape. Highly recommend Jefferson Hills Lawn equipment for all your mower needs!!!!

Owning a lawn care company isn’t easy! Without the knowledge, support, and service of Jefferson Hills Lawn and Equipment my company would not be where it is today. I can count on them in all aspects from sales when purchasing equipment as well as service when a machine is down! I know that they will do their best to meet the needs of ALL of their customers which is why I chose them over competitors. Great family owned and operated company!!

The new mower I just got is working out great. Went in looking for a certain one, after the Shop rep asked a few questions, he suggested a cheaper option that is way more user friendly and exaclty what was needed. Thank you again!! Great place and Awesome people. I will be more than happy to shop here again for any landscaping equipment.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience buying a riding lawn mower for my grandfather here. After shopping around a bit I called here and Tom gave me the best price out of everywhere we shopped! When we stopped in to pick it up everyone was friendly and nice. I know I would not have received that level of good service at a big box store. Tom went over the lawn mower from top to bottom with my grandfather and was so patient with him. Tom’s wife even took a picture of my grandfather on the mower to send to cub cadet! I highly recommend purchasing here!

Friendly and Knowledgeable staff who can fix what they sell. Fixed my chainsaw in like 6 minutes. Then they were nice enough to tell me what the actual problem was and how to prevent it from reoccurring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Good people here!

This is a long review, but please bear with me. ? My husband has a small lawn care business, and only one zero turn mower. After cutting 11 yards on a Saturday and onto his 12th yard, his mower wouldn’t start and he had to hand push it. He figured it was probably the starter, so the the next day, which was Sunday, he started to look for one. All of the online stores would’ve taken a week to 10 days for delivery. He need it much sooner than that and started looking locally. So I messaged Jefferson Hills Lawn Equipment on FB just see if they would happen to be open the next day, which was the 4th of July, and he quickly replied and said they were not, but asked if we were looking for a certain part. He looked up the part, found that they had a used one in stock and offered it to me. I accepted — and not only did he go out of his way on a Sunday while the store was closed to look for a part, he also offered to meet me in Uniontown (where we live) because he would be passing through that afternoon! That type of customer service is absolutely UNHEARD of these days, especially considering we were never customers before this! Needless to say, they made a customer for life—my husband has already ordered some additional parts from this business and told his friends with lawn care businesses about them. Plus, the used part worked perfectly and saved the day. Thanks again Pat!!??

Look NO FURTHER for any lawn equipment needs. This has become the go-to place for myself and everyone in my family. Excellent customer service, you can tell that Pat truly cares for his customers. He turns frustrating equipment issues into solutions. Do not bother reading and researching online for other places, just go to Jefferson Hills Lawn Equipment!! Can’t recommend enough!!

We all have lots of choices when it comes to lawn care & equipment in our area. Pat and his team are simply way above & beyond the others. They are all about customer service and are pleasant and professional. Do yourself a favor and stop in and experience the way things are supposed to be. Great people!

Stopped by to purchase a part for a push mower. Since I had the mower with me the salesman took a look and realized it wasn’t beyond repair. He fixed the part and even gave me a couple bolts to sure up the handle. No charge. Honest when he didn’t need to be. I’m now a customer and won’t go anywhere else. ...this is my first review I’ve ever taken the time to write....good stuff by them.

I have been a customer at a lawn equipment dealer near my home for 13 years. Today I had to drive 45 minutes to get to JEFFERSON HILLS LAWN EQUIPMENT because they were the nearest Husqvarna dealer that had the product that I needed to purchase. It was the ABSOLUTE greatest experience I’ve had at a lawn equipment company Ever. I’ll go as far as to say the nicest retail experience in quite some time. For starters, as mentioned, they actually keep the newest equipment IN STOCK. Secondly they treated me like a life-long customer. They had a better PRICE on the equipment I purchased than 4 other dealers for the same product, plus told me about a promotion that Husqvarna was offering. I left the shop feeling like I made some new friends. If you have not yet visited this shop, I highly recommend that you do. You may not go back to your lawn equipment store that you were accustomed to.

Wonderful, helpful, low pressure staff; took lots of time to explain; prompt delivery. Honest, patient, courteous, and very fair prices. Doesn't get better than that! Highly recommended.

Tremendous Service and very friendly. The entire team is great to work with and will always recommend them to do any type of work for me. They are extremely knowledge and fair priced. If you are looking to buy new mowing equipment, chainsaws, etc. Jefferson Hills is the place to go. Their service after the sale is event better and they have great turn around times if something does need fixed.

I ordered parts from them over the phone. I asked the representative to double check on a part. She asked her husband (the so-called expert) who verified the correct part. I was told the parts would be in the store in a day or two. A week went by, finally the parts came into the store. I was called to be informed that the parts had arrived. Again I asked them to double check the part before I drove into the store. I couldn't pick the parts up that day before the store closed so I called the next day and again asked them to be certain the parts were correct. I arrived at the store to find out due to the fact that every single employee that works there is incompetent, they in fact did not order the correct parts. I told them, I wanted to cancel the part order since they had already wasted a week of my time. The representative told me he would put my name on a list and I could never order parts there again. It was hard for me not to laugh in his face, but that is like telling a health nut he can't eat at McDonald's any more. This place is the epitome of the saying "you get what you pay for". I tried to save a few dollars by getting the parts I need from this shop. What a mistake. If you are smart you will avoid this place.
