I will be going to this O'Reilly location for all my car part needs from here on out. The staff really went above and beyond to help me. I almost didn't make it to the store with my alternator and battery going out. They drove to another store to pick up the alternator and installed it for me (auto part stores typically will not install alternators). The customer service was 10/10 and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of the team that works at this location!
I came in to get a replacement 12 V battery for a ‘17 Prius as well as a replacement battery clamp bolt. Owen was very helpful and seemed to want to make sure I got what I needed. He made the experience great and I appreciate it!
Needed a wiper blade installed as had 1 put on at valvoline and the first time I turned on my wipers the n ladder went flying. Have never had this issue at oriellys
My check engine light popped on and my car was misfiring so I drove here right away to get the codes read. The two young gentleman working yesterday night went above and beyond to help me out! After the code reading confirmed I had a misfiring cylinder, they suggested I replace the spark plugs first and they even offered to install them for me out in the freezing cold! They were both extremely kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend stopping here for small issues like that!
I can't remember the last time I've been to an O'Reilly's Auto parts. But I tell you this time was definitely five stars. Nothing major about the visit I just needed windshield wipers. But the guy helped me immediately you got me in and out without any BS.

Friendly and helpful staff. On a rainy day I discovered my windshield wiper on the drivers side was broken. Kaiden helped me select new blades and installed them for me, in the rain! I was very thankful for his assistance.

Jamal and Joel went above and beyond to help diagnose a problem with my vehicle. I could not have been happier with their help and assistance. What I thought was going to be thousands in parts and repairs, ended up costing a little over $11 for the part. Jamal put oil in my vehicle and Joel installed a part for me at not extra cost. They were both kind and wonderful people. Thank you again to both of you.
Would have given no stars and judging by what I saw in past reviews they should probably close this store. Went in on a Saturday to grab a new battery. Was asked by "Christopher" if I had the old one with me so we didn't have to do the core charge. I said yes and got the battery, did the transaction and left. Got home and looked at the receipt, the guy charged me the core charge anyway! Now the other clerk who was there when I went to get this rectified today was very quick to help me and make that refund of the core charge for me. So I will say they must have good and bad, unfortunately it looks like the bad ones are prevailing. Oh, and O'Reilly's Corporate, you just lost my business permanently unless you are willing to comp me in some way. Maybe then I'll reconsider. I'll still be wary because you obviously can't hire the right folks (minus the guy who fixed the issue, he was polite about it so can't fault him. He even said he questioned the other clerk and the other clerk had no idea where the unaccounted battery came from!). Buyer beware here....
The most horrible O'Reilly's I've ever been to. The new manager they have there now is extremely rude. He does not care about the customers. This manager needs to be replaced. They need to hire somebody else for the position.
For years I've shopped here and bought parts for my classic car. Recently the assistant manager gave both myself and my mechanic a bad attitude, and was visibly upset because my car was "too old" and it was "too difficult" to look up parts. It's amazing that I've spent over 4 grand in 2022 and 2023 for parts for this car , yet somehow in 2024 the car is "too old", and it's "too difficult" .
I did buy the parts, but honestly won't be coming back to this store again.
Came here for a tail light. I told him the make & model of the car and what I needed..got all the way home took my headlight lens out just to find that he gave me the wrong item! I’m beyond frustrated; is your job really that hard sir?! This is my first and last time coming here especially when advance auto parts is 2 seconds up the street SMH
Very clean very helpful and patient staff . they really care about all their customers. The store manager john is a very kind soul and always goes to the extreme to make your visit as fast easy and comfortable as possible. I came in with a simple question, what size fuse do I need. The cashier refused to talk to me. They didn’t even listen to the question, she said that she knows what I want to ask and that she doesn’t know anything. How did she get this job?
Bought top end windshield wipers. The guy who installed them was horrible, didn't know what he was doing, got another guy, took them 15 minutes to put them on. On the way to work, it's raining. they flew off on the highway. I can't drive in the rain and they only offered to replace it when I asked if someone could please come to me and put it on and they said no. So let's put my life in danger. Never again.
Really cool and friendly staff. Went above and beyond to diagnose an electrical issue with my DRLs on my new headlights, which in turn allowed me to submit a claim for a replacement. Without their help, I wouldn’t have been able to get the headlight replaced under warranty. You guys are awesome and I owe you one! Will definitely be back.
Having electrical issues, I just stopped by and they tested my battery, alternator, and starter for free! Ended up being a bad battery. They gave me 3 options and I chose the middle of the road. Free installation with a smile. Much thanks to the staff here! So great! Got me back on the road with a new battery in under 15 minutes.
These people are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and if they don't know what it is you're trying to get an answer for, they seek the advice of fellow associates or look it up on the computer. Nobody knows the answer to everything and they recognize this, which makes them more efficient without letting pride get in the way. Their selection is good and prices are competitive. I only started coming here when they were the only ones to have a part I wanted and been hooked ever since.
I called O'Reilly Auto Parts after not finding an item in stock at 2 other places. O'Reilly was able to get the item I needed the same day even though it wasn't in stock when I called this morning. I will call them first next time!
Bought a battery, paid for it and had it installed in less than 10 minutes. Their competitor yelled at me that I would have to wait a half hour before they can even get to me. There was one other customer in the store! Thank you for keeping customer appreciation a standard.

Super friendly staff. They are also open on sundays. I got a free battery and alternator test here. They also gave me a price quote. They have a huge selection of auto parts and they also place the order for you at the store. You can either pick up at store or ship it directly to your home. I would really recommend this place to everyone.
I bought a battery from this store and they installed it on 13thJan . The next day, My car ran for few miles and stalled while picking up my kid from school. Not doubting the newly installed battery, I thought issue might be something else. But, when the towing guy opened the hood, the new battery was very very poorly installed, not a single bolt was tightened. The batter was moving, basically after driving for few miles, the new battery connection fell off. I took it back to the store and asked them to tighten the screws and bolts, there was not a single time they said a "sorry" or " "apologized" to what they put me through. Overall attitude was careless. Hopefully, the manager installed it right this time and it does not come off.
