When I got my online evaluation for a fair condition vehicle, I knew that the offer would go down when it was reviewed in person. Not because I wasn’t honest my evaluation, but because that is how this “game” works. What I didn’t intend to happen was to be told that the car was “junk” and wasn’t worth anything except scrap. I spoke with Dan on the phone twice and explained to him that my parent’s car had been garage kept, but that it hasn’t been driven very much the last 4 years, with the exception of 3 weeks of daily driving (42 miles daily) several months ago and the car ran great with no issues. Dan initially said that he hasn’t seen a PT with such a clean exterior. It started right up and he took it for a drive and then came back and started his evaluation. After the car was idling for a while, there was a noticeable “missing”. Quite common for a car that sits for a while, needs new plugs, or fresh gas. It did not stall out or anything, but I was told the car was junk and was offered $201. I said no thank you, the battery that was put in last week cost more than that. He said he would continue to go through the process and then he offered $500 minus a $99 fee, so he raised his offer by $200. I told him I would ask my mother if she would take that, but it would probably be a no go. He said that the car is scrap and this was a good offer. When I said I could take it to the scrap yard myself, he told me they would only give me $300. Why on earth would he then offer me $500 for something he would take to the scrapyard for $300? Not only was he condescending throughout the process, but he really thought I was that stupid. Needless to say, I told him we were not interested. I put the car in the front yard the next night and sold it, to a mechanic, within 2 days. The mechanic stated that the $1,300 I was asking was more than a fair price and never asked to reduce the price. I received the money and transferred title the day after that. So a car that was junk on Thursday was happily transferred to a mechanic on Monday. I do not recommend this process, even for convenience.
Terry was so great to work with! He made the process so easy and straightforward. He didn’t even get mad after I screwed up a form for a third time lol. It was simple to set up an appointment, come in, and wait a few minutes while he checked out the vehicle. Our lienholder was a pain, but he was patient and helpful. I would absolutely recommend seeing Terry if you’re looking to sell your used vehicle. As a female, it can be intimidated and you worry about getting a bad deal—but Terry is a stand-up guy who will do right by you. Highly recommend!

Very Professional and a Fair Price. I didn't anticipate I selling my vehicle on the spot. I had estimates of value from Kelly Blue Book and some local dealers. However, the price I was given was fair. I had to clean out my vehicle because I hadn't removed any of my personal items and there were a lot of personal items. They gave me a check on the spot and bags for my personal items. In addition, they provided an Uber to get back home with my personal items. Their Manger Terry was very professional and knowledgeable. I have never done this before and was very happy with the experience.
Quick and easy process. I recieved $1000 more than the dealership offered on trade in. Terry took the time to explain each step and the paperwork that was required. I would take any vehicle to Terry before selling through classified adds!
Selling my car was incredibly painless with Dan. He's friendly, professional, and can spell! The valuation of my vehicle was made fairly. He was open and honest about it. I didn't feel like I was getting cheated. Dan's great.

We were very surprised to learn once we got here to sell our car that this organization charged a fee of almost $400 to process the sale. It was never disclosed in our emails or when we made the appointment. In addition the price went down from when we made the appointment to the sale date. The rep got a little defensive when we raised these issues. We dealt with Carvana in 2021 and there was no fee. It was not a pleasant experience but then again any car transaction these days is fraught with hidden pitfalls.
Update- we received a service recovery call from Kevin the are manager in response to our review. He acknowledged the breakdowns in their process/system that contributed to our experience and did offer us a partial refund on the fee and we were grateful for his kindness. We appreciate his responsiveness and his willingness to analyze the situation and he promised he would make some changes to prevent this from happening in the future.

The offer was a lot better than what we were offered as trade-in at a dealer and from competitors. The entire process was quick and easy and I highly recommend this business.
