They didn't help me at all and the cars i wanted to test drive they didn't even pull them out for me to drive and one wasn't even there so I left...terrible service

I purchased a 2009 Town and Country from 2010 Auto in April of 2024. I took it for a test drive, and my mechanic, he found about $600 worth of work it needed. The owners lowered the price $600 and gave me $300 for my rusted out caravan. The price of the T&C was very reasonable and came with a warranty which I extended to a year. I'm glad I did, it ended up needing a Altonator and a Starter, anyhow the T&C runs great, the price was right, the owners were really easy to work with, and I highly recommend them.
found the car on autotrader, drove up to check it out and everything was perfect. owners were very nice. they let us go on a test drive for a while and the process only took a little over an hour. really recommend it here.
I was in the market for a beater to drive to work. I drive an hour and a half each way. Came across a 2007 toyota corolla with 113,000 miles that they had. Bought the car. I'm extremely happy with it. Definitely nice people to deal with.
We just bought a chevy equinox from 2010 Auto Sales on 6/28/23. Our experience with Liana and Mike was really great. Though they have limited business hours they worked with us to schedule an appointment after we got done with work. That appointment had to be rescheduled because they called us and said they found a crack in the tail pipe and wanted to get it replaced before we came and saw the car. This increased my trust of them, cause I'm sure not a lot of lots would do that. The paperwork was simple, and I appreciated that they give you the plate and do the notary right on site. The car was clean and nicely detailed, we are very satisfied with our purchase. I also appreciate the included 3 month warranty, which we chose to extend knowing that this is a used car and things can happen at any moment. Thank you 2010 Auto Sales!
Sold me a Kia Soul not even 3 weeks later the check engine light came on took it to my mechanic and was told it was 2 quarts of oil low has a bad oil leak and bad struts and shocks keep calling and they NEVER answer the phone or return phone calls
The guy whom my friend and I were supposed to meet wasn't there on time (9am was the agreed upon appointment time). The hours on the door said they wouldn't open for another hour. He had gone to the convenience store across the street, yelled over to us when he saw us waiting, and set us both on edge.
He dismissed every concern we had about the car we were interested in as either a result of it being "15 years old" or for it "having sat for 3 months." He insisted we wouldn't find another car that old with less rust underneath or for that low of a price. (We did. Same make and model.) We had concerns it might have had an accident history because the hood didn't line up properly with the bumper or quarter panels. He insisted it had a clean record, but couldn't get us a carfax report because they cost money.
He also claimed it had new tires, brakes, and rotors. The tires checked out (wear indicators and treads were what I based this off of.) The test drive revealed a metal squeaking on the driver's side rear wheel. He tried to push that was some rubber gasket or something wearing out. Pardon me for knowing what rubber on metal sounds like and that not being it. Braking gave a vibrating feedback that I could only assume was, at best, uneven wear on those "new" brakes and rotors.
We went on a long course where he both advised us that cops were picky about stop signs and turn signals but also advised us to go 60 in a 40mph zone. (We didn't oblige him.)
We asked for a moment to discuss the car. He said he'd oblige us, and didn't move anywhere. So I voiced my opinion aloud as that seemed to be what he wanted. Wasn't interested. He called somebody and came back saying he could take 200 off for the wheel squeak, or 500 off to negate the warranty option. (Didn't much care for the option by this point. )
The man didn't take hints, didn't wear a seat belt during the test drive, and was far too pushy.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. My mother and I purchased a Jeep Compass from there in February 2017. The sign on the car stated that it was “extra clean”. More like “extra rusted”. They had covered all of the rust under the car with puddy and paint to cover it up. When the alternator died in the car, my father, who is a mechanic at our family business, put the car on the rack and saw that the paint wore off and all the rust was shown. The whole sub frame was rusted and if I would have drove any more I could have been killed. Anyone in my car could have been killed, or anyone around me on the road could have been killed. They sold us a car that could NOT have legally passed inspection. I bought the car in February of 2017 and this all happened around September of 2017. I didn’t have the car in the winter, so all of that rust couldn’t have acquired over that period of time I owned the car. We recentally also found out that they changed the wheel size on my Jeep and put the incorrect tires on my car which is why the car doesn’t run correctly and my transmission is slipping. Do NOT buy from here. They act all nice and caring, but they only care for the money. I could have been killed. I spent $6,000 of my hard earned money for a rust bucket, piece of junk that I only was about to drive for about 4 months. I am a college student who works 3 jobs. I worked my butt off to save up for a car to get me to my job. Yes, buying a used car, it’s not going to be perfect. But this car has been nothing both problems for us. So many lies. Do NOT trust these people. Go to a real dealership where they offer warranties to cover the car. These cars are unsafe and I would never want anyone to have to go through what I did for this car. I put so much more money into the car than what I paid.
We bought a used car from here last year, and although we've had to put money into this car since we purchased it, its still a really decent car, the staff took care of us promptly and the whole process of buying a car from here was quick and easy and the car came with a 90 day warranty which was nice considering that most used car lots usually won't offer warranties on used vehicles. I would buy another car from here.
I brought a 2004 impala from them on the 8th of June. And I had to get a new windshield, it had a crack. Didn't know until I washed the car. Took it back too them 2 days after purchasing the car too let them know it was making a noise. told me it was a good car. false And on the 1st of July why I was driving, the break line went. Their refusing to pay for it, to get fixed. Never buy I car from these guys there really nice until you have a problem and their warranty sucks go else where and i only had the car 30days and been stressed out.
I recently bought a 2006 kia Sorento from this place 4,200, worst mistake ever, after purchasing the car,my gas tank leaked,the owners were nice enough to fix the problem, since then and i bought it on NOVEMBER three bad belts, emergency brake doesn't work ,gas cap is loose making my gas seep out,check engine is on,(thinking thats the gas cap ),my owners card never came,but i did receive a letter from penn dot,saying i owe 15 nucks ,that's wrong i shouldn't owe nothing, terrible experience
