I went to make two auto parts purchases today. William was excellent in customer service and sales. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me options to the differences in the parts and brands. I am happy that I O'reilly have such great associates taking care of customers.
Recently purchased a radiator for a repair. Parts counter opened the box to make sure it included hardware so I didn’t have to make another trip mid job. Appreciate taking an extra step so I didn’t have too.
O'Reilly's is my go to store. The counter personnel are always helpful. I've had rotors trued and gotten help with stuck filters that was above the expectations of counter help, I've had the manager help with the dirty work himself. I like the rewards money coupons, not sure I'm actually saving anything.
William was a great help. He made sure I had the right parts and gave me the tips I needed to make this an easy swap-out for me. People make the difference and William is one of those people.
Very ignorant to customers looked and talked to me like I was stupid they lost 800.00 order part Heavy set guy in the evenings has an attitude problem never will I go there again
While waiting for my car to be towed, the employee searched on-line, assisting me in determining what my exhaust code meant and if it was covered under my cars warranty which it was! Thanks!!
Great customer service from Chris. Helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll go to O’Reilly’s over Advanced Auto for my parts. I really appreciate the help he gave in getting me the right tools I needed to repair my engine.

It is quite obvious that the sales associates here are not familiar with basic customer service. I went in on Monday at around 8 p.m. to buy two headlamp bulbs. I approached the counter and simply asked for a part number and an aisle number. I said that I didn't need anything else, including any help. The sales associate behind the counter gave me 9003 as a part number but wouldn't tell me which aisle to go to. Then he came out from behind the counter and began walking through the store. I asked him again which aisle number, but he would not say. Eventually I followed him over to aisle four and asked him again, "Is this where it is?" He did not reply. When I walked up to the headlamp bulbs where he was standing, he began explaining all of the different kinds that were available. I looked at him and said, "I really don't need this help. This is why I asked for only a part number and an aisle number." Reluctantly I bought the bulbs for a price of $34 and was offered a rebate form to fill out in order to get $15 back. I later discovered that Walmart was selling these exact same bulbs for $19.99. I went there and bought them. The following day I went back to O'Reilly's in order to return the expensive bulbs and avoid the hassle of dealing with a rebate form which, after you do the math, would have saved me less than $0.50 over buying from Walmart - not worth it.
When I came in with the sealed, unopened package of headlamp bulbs and said that I wanted to return it, I asked a new salesperson if he needed/wanted a reason why I was returning them. He told me that he did not care why, but I could tell him anyway. He started laughing, and then another sales associate started laughing maniacally as if experiencing a mental break. I had to wonder if maybe O'Reilly's was conducting some sort of hiring program for those with special needs? I have no idea, but I just wanted to return the item, get my money back, and leave, but clearly these two people knew even less about how to conduct themselves professionally than the guy that sold me the bulbs in the first place. This is the absolute last time I ever go to O'Reilly's for anything.
It was a lot of money, a lot of hassle, and a lot of wasted time.
The staff is happy bunch. They greet you, even if they are going engaged with another customer, when you walk in and can keep focused on the task at hand while still carrying on a meaningful conversation. I like this place.
Bought a turn signal bulb there. I asked if they could put it in. They were so nice, had to take off several parts to get to it. They accomplished what I would not want to do at my retired age. Thank you sooo much.
I wish I could rate it a '0' - The guys that work here are total pigs who hit on any attractive girl that goes in. My girlfriend was asked for her phone number in such a disgusting way from the guy ringing us out while we were in here I almost lost it. I know people can't tell who's together and who's not, but she is my girlfriend so this completely pissed me off. Not only that, but them behaving like a bunch of dogs in heat and checking customers out is such an unprofessional way to behave it is ridiculous. Never going back to this store due to the immaturity and ignorance of the employees.
