We were stranded on the roadside in Pennsylvania on a late Friday afternoon on a hot summer day. Simon, from Happy Towing, was our hero. He towed us back to Fairmont, WV, which was about an hour and a half away. He was so nice, professional, and friendly. His truck was very clean and first rate. He was reassuring and had our car loaded within a few minutes and we were on the road back home quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about happy towing! Simon was very friendly and informed me of everything they were doing. At the time of my tow, he was training a newer driver. I don't remember his name but he did an excellent job. Both were very professional and very caring. They helped me beyond the towing of my vehicle to my mechanics by making sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a tow company

Absolutely 5 stars. Sent message late Sunday night and received a text back at 8am Monday morning. Excellent communication and a very reasonable price. Definitely knew what he was doing and made sure my car was towed safely. If I ever need a tow truck again, I will be calling Happy Towing. His truck says “We’re Unbeatable” and I agree!

I slipped a belt, and Happy Towing was there to help. A quick call, and he was on the way. Simon let me know he was finishing a job and I would be next. He was right on time per his eta. The car was loaded, and we were on our way in moments. We had a great conversation en route to my home. He even checked to see if I knew how to do the repair myself. This is the top-notch service I have never seen from other tow providers. I will only be using Happy Towing from now on. I recommend you do the same. Thank you Simon.

Terrible service!!! I put in for roadside asst. There was a 2 hour ETA @10:25am. At 11am, driver wasn’t even enroute. I called my insurance company to see what the hold up was and then I get a text with 20 min ETA. Keep in mind, driver is already 40 minutes behind original 2 hour ETA. Driver finally arrives and hour pass the original ETA of 2 hours. So we are up to 3 hours. I tell the driver when he calls me upon his arrival that a previous tow truck driver had to take the side panal off the gear control to gain access to the neutral control, apparently he didn’t know how to take the panel off. It seemed simple enough since a previous driver from another company had no problem removing it and then snapping it back on when he was finished. Happy Towing then simply cancelled the tow, but didn’t cancel it in the system. It’s noon and they are saying they are still on site! Ridiculous!!! So, needless to say, I can’t even order new roadside asst since Happy Towing didn’t cancel in the system. That’s just bad business!!! I see they have some good reviews and that’s good for them, but Happy Towing left me Sad and Angry and my car still stuck!

My car broke down earlier today and the owner of Happy Towing came to my rescue! I was so upset because I was broke down, but he managed to make me feel at ease. This is a top notch towing company and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to everyone! Thank-you for your efficency and setting my mind at ease!

I could not speak higher about a company. Simon is one of the best drivers/owners I work with and I work the whole country. He is on time, kind and knows his cars. I would work with him all day everyday.

Simon was very professional and friendly! He was accommodating and came early in the morning to make sure my car was at the shop on time. I felt that the price was fair given the travel time. He sent pictures of my car when it arrived to ensure it was sent to the right place. All of this saved me so much stress and i really appreciate it.

Outstanding, professional service! Happy Towing moves more than just cars and trucks. Our equipment trailer was out of service and we needed to have our 8000lb skid steer loader moved from one job site to another. Simon, the owner, came with his rollback tow truck and very carefully moved the machine for us so we could keep on working.

My daughter unfortunately was involved in an accident and the vehicle needed to be towed. Our insurance company sent Happy Towing and we couldn't have been more pleased. The driver who is also the owner showed up very promptly, less than 15 minutes, and was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly hitched the vehicle and delivered the car to the shop. Would absolutely recommend!

WOW. I called a couple places before them and I was put on hold and given outrageous time and price estimates. When I called Happy Towing, I was greeted warmly by Simon and he dropped everything to come and rescue us. Not only was he there in less than 30 minutes but he also charged me a very reasonable rate. If you need towing in Mckeesport, Elizabeth or any surrounding areas, make this your first call.

Fast and friendly service. Able to tow my car even while it was parallel parked. Fast and easy mobile payment done with credit card and Happy Towings mobile device. My car was handled with care, I would recommend them.

I had my car towed from downtown Portland to Tigard, and my tow truck driver was the nicest person in the world. He definitely knows what he is doing and the prices are affordable. We need more tow truck companies like this one. Forget using retriever and A&B. I've had nothing but attitude from those companies, but Happy Towing will leave you happy and not like you got jacked by some clown.

Called Happy Towing when my car died in an intersection. The driver, who later told me his name was Simon, knew exactly where I was and quoted me a price over the phone. He arrived when he estimated he would and was very kind and patient as we got the car onto the truck. It wasn't a long drive to my shop, but Simon was a great conversationalist and easy to get along with. He even gave me some pointers on working with my insurance company for tow reimbursement. Overall, excellent experience! Will definitely be using Happy Towing for all of my future needs.

Last Thursday, I bought an old truck that needed a transmission so I had it towed to my house. I called Happy Towing based on the reviews and was not disappointed. I called ahead of time to see what it would cost and was told the price and that he was essentially always available. Once I bought the truck I called to arrange for towing. He showed up in less than 20 minutes, was fast and efficient but treated an old truck like it was his own. Once I gave him the address of the destination, he confirmed the price before he left. Met me at my house and dropped the truck off in my driveway right were I wanted it. I have never had a good experience with towing companies until now but I would definitely recommend and would go out of my way to use them if I need to get a tow in the future.

My daughter had a tread separation on her tire coming back from California at 2:30 in the morning on I-5 near Tigard, Oregon due to family situations. She's never had something like that happen to her before and was tired, scared and worried about how much it would cost. My husband and I drove out to meet her but fortunately we have roadside assistance with our insurance company and they called Happy Towing. What a god-send!! He showed up promptly, was kind and eased our and my daughter's concerns, followed us home (which was 14 miles away) and handled her car like a dream. Not to mention the concerns about the virus right now and the added stress everyone is feeling. I called my insurance company next day to search him down and let him know how thankful we were. He said that in 3 years, I was the first to call him and let him know how appreciative we were. Upon looking him up here, I can see I am far from alone in that sentiment! Please, give this man your business, he deserves it. He's definitely going into my contacts list for future use. Also, if you get a chance, give him a call and say thank you, in fact, do that for anyone who goes above and beyond. They might not be the only person whose day is made by the call, you might find your heart and spirit lightened too. Good travels to you Sir and please be safe, we need you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My car insurance road side assistance had to call over 12 companies to come get me in Salem to tow my car back up to Portland and finally Happy Towing came through! Can't thank Radcliffe (sorry if I'm getting the spelling wrong!) enough for making that long drive late at night. I appreciate you, sir! And you give great hugs! As for the tow itself, he was quick to hookup, very careful, knew what he was doing and handled my little Smart car like it was his own. 10/10 would recommend and will personally request in the future if I'm stranded in the area.

Great service. Prompt, honest, and kind! I've had the misfortune of needed a tow twice in one year. First when my alternator when out at a bust intersection in Portland and then most recently to get my older car towed to get work done. It's rare these days to find someone in business that is so hard-working, honest and genuinely does what's right by the customer. Happy Towing and the owner is one of the few left. Can't say enough good things about my experience with him.

I was stuck on I5 and called my insurance company for a tow, the first company did not show and when I called after 2 hours they said they had another call. when the insurance company called this company and they said 30 min I was skeptical, Happy Towing showed up on time and with a "happy attitude" super friendly and even helped to tell me what was wrong with my car. in life I only want to give good reviews and only when deserved.

Had to tow a motorcycle tonight, Happy Towing was great, there was a miscommunication from the insurance company on my address and I did not have my cell. He was working with my wife to track me down after two other services gave up. The first thing he said as he handed me his phone was " your wife asked you to call her" Very friendly, a great personal story ( he gave me a lift ), and he is an entrepreneur ! I had the best experience possible in my situation all because of Radcliffe. I had called my insurance company to use my road side assistance and get a tow for my motorcycle, which left me stranded with a broken clutch cable. Another tow company was dispatched and were supposed to be 45 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later, after they had called saying they were on their way, the tow company cancelled the call. My insurance then had to get another company dispatched. I was SO LUCKY to get Radcliffe with Happy Towing. This guy was all smiles and very professional. We shared some hearty laughs in our time together! He got to me fast and was very concerned with getting my possessions in his truck and CAREFULLY getting my motorcycle securely on his truck. I will recommend him to EVERYONE I know and ESPECIALLY if you have a motorcycle that needs a tow. Radcliffe knows what he is doing and he cares!!

One word. AMAZING!!!! I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The professionalism Radcliffe had shown was undoubtedly one of the best I have seen. He was all smiles and charged a really amazing fee compared to many other towing companies in my area. I wanted to review Happy Towing yesterday because I am so thrilled with their service, but life got in the way. Which is exactly what Happy Towing so gracefully helped me through late Saturday night. Not only did they show up earlier than their estimated 25 minute ETA, but they showed up early at 1:20am to rescue me from side of very busy highway. Couldn't be happier with their service!
