I was in town from Bedford, Pa. I had a problem with me steering and they got my truck right in and checked it out. They are super friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.
10/10 would always recommend. Pleasant desk staff that is always kind and caring, knowledgeable techs, repairs taken seriously, and easy process. Most of all, fair pricing for the amount of work. I always choose here.
I won’t trust any other place with my automotive needs. Everyone is so nice there and they explain everything that they have to do in a way that I understand. Great service. If you have automotive needs, this is the way you wanna go?
I take all my vehicles to Lenzi's service station for all my state inspections. They are quick thorough and reasonably priced. Owners and staff are very friendly. Recommend highly.
The service tech responded quickly after I called AAA. He was very professional, knowledgeable about his duties. The cold weather was not an issue to him. He took care of my tire immediately. Excellent customer service!
Lenzi's was able to squeeze me in with short notice. I had been quoted by another auto shop for $345 for two front tires earlier in the day, and no one else could get me in in such short notice. When i arrived, I was in and out in 25 minutes, and I was gobsmacked when the total was only $217. Not my first time using Lenzi's, but every time im so shocked by the service and the price!
Great service. They found a bunch of stuff that the van needed (no surprises) and got it all done the same day. It was a very long day for one or more of their mechanics, that's for sure.
I got new tires, a alignment and suspension work at a good price.It only took them a couple hour's.Now I can drive my Jeep anywhere, lady in the office is very good at her job.
Words cannot describe how great this service station is. They are a trusted business in the valley and we are thankful for their many years of servicing our vehicles. They have always treated myself, my wife and the rest of my family with respect and can accommodate our busy schedule. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

My puppy locked herself in my car with my keys inside. The gentleman was professional and understood the urgency of the situation and had all the tools necessary to get the job done.
Do not recommend especially if your a women, close friend took car for inspection they failed said she needed new brakes that she had done a few months back. My husband took all tires off to check and all breaks were brand new . When called and confronted the shop about scamming her the lady who stated she was the "owner" started cussing at my husband and hung up! If you weren't scamming why would you get defensive and why wouldn't you make it right?! And based off the responses to all the negative reviews they lack accountability. Please take a moment and read thru all reviews and see how they talk to customers before spending money here. They go in monthly and update their respones to my review which I sadly cannot reply to their unprofessional and disgraceful respones I get an update every month they edit their response to something trashy and unprofessional even more proves my point of your poor business practices, your unprofessional and lack for accountability if that's what they do in respones to reviews how do you think they will treat you as a customer. Just run
Always great service and great people. I just had my brakes done. The next day I heard some noise coming from the brakes. I contacted Lenzi's and they had me come down and fixed it immediately. They stand behind their work and they explained to me, in simple to understand language, what happened. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Lenzi's!!
Called and made an appointment to get two brake hoses done and a caliper on right side. Had to tell them 2 times what I wanted done. I also said to please make sure the problem with my pedal was fixed. After 3 1/2 hours of sitting there all that got done was my brake hose. And the other side not even touched. Was told the problem was fixed, which the caliper doesn't hang up anymore but my brake pedal still sinks nearly to the floor. Brakes weren't bled at all. Poor job all the way around. Last time I bring it here. Sorry, you guys were my go to for vehicle problems but making an appointment and sitting there for 3 1/2 hours and the problem still not fixed is unacceptable. Absolutely phenomenal! Lenzi’s Has been working on my vehicle for years. I broke On Thursday night, they had my vehicle towed and repaired back to me Friday morning.
Fire🔥🔥🔥 I'm very silly and left my car on the side of the road when it overheated. It was getting towed and the guy towing it was super nice, gave me the card and said they'd take care of it. I called and the receptionist was able to update me on what was up and she was also super nice. I feel bad because my car was also a horrible tragic mess. Thank you! I nearly shat because I was so worried about my car
Compassionate tow driver. Hit road debris on the turnpike, leaving my truck undrivable. We were far away from home and with my family and pets on the way to celebrate the holiday out of state.
The driver and tow service was outstanding, he made transferring our items out of the vehicle easy and safe going out of his way to make sure we had an understanding of the process ahead of me, as well as, giving me a card with the tow and yard information. Lenzi worked well releasing the vehicle to the repair shop tow driver, giving me an update when the truck was picked up.
During the chaos of the event, late at night, on the side of the road, with my family, the compassion shown by the driver made a bad situation better and was very much appreciated.

I've been to Lenzi's Service Station for different services on my vehicle, including oil change, tire rotation, brakes & more. I have been impressed by their level of professionalism and care in their customer service and communication throughout the repair process. The work performed has been absolutely fantastic and at a reasonable price. I will always recommend Lenzi's Service Station to everyone in need of maintenance or repair. I will continue to return for all future needs. Highly recommended!!
Stay away from this place!!! I brought my car here to get work done. I paid over $2000 for the job. I came from out of town based on their word saying that my car was ready to go. When I arrived to pick it up I noticed it would not crank so I asked for a jump and they did it but my car wouldn’t stay running and they saw that. So I went to the office to try to get them to come back out and look at it and they act like they didn’t here me and as soon as I walked away they all came out scattering like roaches and ignored my presence and left me stuck in their parking lot. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS PLACE!!! They showed me their true colors. I advise you to go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being!!!
I can't give this place enough stars. I've used them for years. I remember being an 18 year old girl taking my truck there and the mechinac actually taking me out in the shop to show me what was wrong with my truck. Recently had 2 trucks serviced there. The lady on the phone was always super nice, they are quick to get you in and out and keep you updated. They also worked with me with dropping off/picking up and made the whole process very convenient. I will deffinitely recommend them to anyone i know.
