Horrible experience.. sloppy driver didn’t properly secure the vehicle didn’t stop at a red light or a stop sign flew through a parking lot filled with kids and vehicles.. no regardless for traffic laws or safety of people

My car would not start this morning, only days after a thorough inspection and service check. I called AAA and received a call from Advantage Towing within literally seconds of making the service request. Ramy arrived within the hour and replaced the battery very quickly (the battery was so old that I wanted a new one to ensure that we would not have any more issues). Ramy was great; excellent service!!
Great service!!! Tow driver Timmy really provided me with top notch customer service yesterday. My starter went in my pick up truck. And He was very knowledgeable about it and was able to get me started up & saved me whole alot of money on repairing it.showed me a video of what was going on under the truck.and I was able to fix on my own last night. I really appreciated the honesty of the driver .
Dmitri went above and beyond. He could have jumped my battery and left. I would have been happy, but he stayed and cleaned my battery of corrosion. And I mean he really went to town on it. Very impressed by the follow through, care of detail, and doing more than expected. My battery looked like a someone crushed cement on it and now it looks brand new. Thanks Dmitri!

Blew out my left front at exit 69A on 376, right on the bend. They were quick to get there from AAA, the driver was great and was so upbeat even though he hadn't had power for 2 days due to weather. Great Job guys!!!!
My experience with Advantage towing was beyond great. CJ my technician was not just on time he had to tow my car out on fist bed. He gave me details of what he saw for my reason or tow and sure enough McNeiley auto said the same as CJ. My car was blocking a busy parking lot entrance 1030 pm , CJ also worked to get my car safely on tow truck bed out of the way. Appreciative of his thorough details of needing a tow.

Over an hour wait for a battery jump, longer wait just for a technician to test my battery, no understanding of hybrid vehicles. Shame on AAA for having them as the only option. Stranded for over 3 hours and no one else available but them. Still waited and used someone else.
It's Christmas Eve, I've hit a rock that got stuck under my car and ripped out.... something. Called AAA and was lucky enough to get Advantage Towing. The driver was great! He was there in about 15 minutes, he raised the car removed the rock and towed our car back to our house. Then, he raised it again to help us secure the part of the car that was hanging down with wire. He was a own personal savior lol. Thank you Advantage Towing!
Dispatched via AAA. Was worried the wait would be long but only took about 30 mins. Driver was pleasant and very careful with my vehicle which needed a tow due to battery/electrical issue. Had to unload on a hill after the tow which required some skill and experience. This guy new what he was doing!! Definitely would call again and recommend.
My boyfriend’s car needed a tow today after the starter randomly failed 30 minutes from home. Tim called from the road to confirm his arrival time, showed up earlier than expected, verified before towing that the car couldn’t be fixed, jimmied the car out of a pretty tight spot to get it up on the flatbed quickly, was pleasant to chat with all the way home, and even helped us push the car into the garage once we arrived. Told us he has 14 yrs experience and it really showed… this job would have been a nightmare for someone without superior skills at their job. Great job, Tim! If I ever need help with a tow I hope you’re the guy they send every time.
Do not use, and if you call AAA make sure that a advantage truck is not the one coming. So I spent over an hour trying to get a tow after this company was already there and was given the ok for the tow by AAA. I was with my boss picking up materials for a job we were on at the local hardware store where the car was to be towed from. My boss called AAA and they told him I could be a stand in for him and he could leave me there so he could have materials transferred and delivered to sight with a different truck, and i could stay and have car towed to the local dealer. The truck showed up and refused because I didn't have my ID. My wife was there by that time and had hers, we also had the registration that had my name on it that my boss Marc gave to AAA. I explained to the guy with my boss on the phone that I could run up the street and get my ID, and it would only be 10 min, I also informed him my boss could meet him at the dealer as he was close by. The driver tells me he can't wait but to hold on while he calls his boss. About 10 minutes go by and I approach the driver and explain that I could have been back with my ID by now, at the same time I am in communication with my boss and AAA, and AAA is giving the drivers company permission to do the tow. So a few more minutes go by, and the driver says to call AAA back and get permission to have it towed with nobody there, and I say ok. The driver leaves. So AAA is called and they ask "why did he leave?". We get permission again to have the car picked up with no one there as AAA said this company is wrong and they dhould just pick up the truck as they gave the ok. So now the truck driver comes barreling back in the parking lot and gets into position to pick up the vehicle. He gets out and asks again for my ID he knows I do not have. I give him my wife's ID because I figured now he wants th make sure we are not trying to steel the broken car I have the keys to. He said he don't know if he can except her ID and goes back into his truck. I again contact AAA and my boss and are given the ok for the driver to tow. It's been an hour at this point and the driver says they are canceling the tow and leaves us. I call AAA and they say they can't guarantee the company that will do the tow. Having sat that long already, I called Glen's towing to get out of this mess. They had me picked up in 10 minutes, did if for a great price, and gave me advice on how to get money back from AAA. My advice if you see this company coming up, wave them by and get another.
Had to have my car towed 2 separate times. Advantage was called by AAA both times. The drivers were very careful with my vehicle and very nice. They arrived in a timely manner. They communicated with me via text as I waited. I would recommend this tow company to anyone without hesitation.
My EV suddenly would not move while in the garage and AAA dispatched Advantage to tow it. Dontay arrived before the time AAA mentioned and was extremely courteous, efficient, and careful to avoid damage. He's very strong too as the tow involved him manually pushing the car uphill to align it with the tow truck. A service is only as good as the employees who provide it and Dontay represents Advantage in the best way.
Used Advantage as part of a AAA roadside assistance claim and was very happy with their service. Driver was friendly and showed up a lot sooner than AAA estimated. Was helpful at recommending a tire shop for my flat.
I had to have a vehicle of mine towed . I called AAA & Advantage towing was the ones that showed up to tow my vehicle. The tow truck driver (Peyton) was nothing but professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end. I hope Advantage Towing knows how big an asset (Peyton) is to their company? The company was dispatched to my vehicle via AAA. They were very responsive and able to get to me in less than 30 minutes. Although I did not end up needing the tow, I really appreciated their understanding. They did not get irritated even though they had already made the drive to reach me. If I do need the service moving forward, I will request theirs, and also recommend to friends and family.
Had to pull over after realizing my tire was flat on 376E right before the Carnegie exit during rush hour which is arguably one of the worst spots to be at if you're having a car issue. Timmy was the driver assigned to me and he is/was an absolute blessing. He got my car and I off of the parkway first and dropped it at a safe spot to change out the tire. Timmy's hospitality is what we need more of in this world and I appreciate it again for him going out of his way to make sure I was safe. He put an emphasis on not just sitting in your car on the side of the parkway while you're waiting for your driver because you just never know with how people drive these days. My car wouldn't start. I had to call AAA who sent Advantage Towing. The technician, TIMMY, was awesome. He got there so fast, knew just what to do, and had it done in minutes! I needed a jump and I was surprised I didn't need to sit there for awhile afterwards before driving like in the old days. Timmy was so professional, yet very friendly and nice. He really made my day. If you need help I highly recommend Advantage Towing and I hope you get Timmy!

I've had some real horror stories with AAA providers, but advantage was really great.They communicated every step of the way, were honest about timelines, and showed up when they said they would. My driver Rizzo was friendly and skillful in loading and unloading my poor car.

My fuel pump stopped working while I was driving on the parkway. Stuck on the side of the road with hundreds of cars whooshing by, AAA told me that Advantage would be on the way. Within minutes the dispatcher had called me to pinpoint my exact location. Erico the driver was there. He strapped my van up and we were on our way. From break down to home in about an hour. That's what I call service. He was very nice and professional. I appreciated so much being helped out by "Good People". Thanks
