Originally went to AutoZone across the street but the manager refused to put a battery in my car due to the temps, even though they were still doing battery readings. Went to Advanced Auto and had a new battery in my car within minutes. Thank you!

Mike S was exceptional! I came in for windshield wipers and he helped me find the correct ones and put them on my vehicle. I noticed that he offered the same service to the person in line before me. I needed additional assistance with the fob for my car, I had been trying for weeks. He was able to open my fob and replaced the battery for me. Thank you very much Mike! Your help was appreciated!
I needed wipers put on. The lady employee went to put the wipers I brought and was unable because of a missing part. She suggested to get them there and she put them on for me. She was very helpful. She really did her best to get the ones I brought on. She was outstanding.

I tell the clerk I have a 92 caprice and she tries to say i have a 93 but other than that it is a good place to shop and get everything you need for your car

This advanced auto didnt seem to know much about cars plus they didnt have an obd II machine. As I was told "we haven't had a scanner in 2 years, no one does!" I know that 4 other advance locations do. I used to be a fan of advanced auto parts but i think I'm probably going to start using autozone.
Jennifer and Jeremy were working non stop in a store filled with customers worried about the cold weather. Despite all the chaos and demands Jennifer kept calm, made excellent recommendations, and answered endless phone calls. Jeremy braved the elements changing countless batteries and my wiper blades in freezing weather. Neither one complained and worked diligently till the crowds were under control. Excellent service
Very helpful guys here. I walked in and said what I wanted and they got it. Gave me some really good advice about my vehicle and what is better to buy for it. No pressure on buying other stuff than what I wanted.
Completely unhelpful. I had to return two items I bought online, and upon returning home I saw they only refunded me for one item. I went back to the store and the employees refused to help me, only saying I'll need to call corporate to dispute it. The one lady even gave a sarcastic "good luck with that" comment. I'll be going across the street to auto zone from now on.
I love that you can order your parts online and pick them up a 1/2 hour later. Plus you automatically get an online discount of 20%.

Top notch group of workers here. For the multiple times I've been they've always been friendly helpful, and to the point. While doing an oil change on a new car today I needed a socket that I didn't have size for. Well when I went to advance rather than making me pay the $3 for the socket the guy behind the counter let me borrow theirs. It's small things like that that make me come back each time knowing these guys got my back. They're willing to go the extra yard. On top I payed $25 for an oil catch pan at NAPA, which Advanced sold in better quality for $11. All in and all I'm a loyal advanced auto parts customer. Less expensive products, and good staff. I would highly suggest.
Although I accidentally messed up my online order that I picked up in store, I can't help but think that they could have corrected the mistake considering they had the part in stock. Instead I had to go to another store on the other side of the city.
This is a hidden gem of car parts. It's not close to Robinson Township where the stores are far busier. Walk in, tell them what you need. They get it and you leave. Simple. The staff know what they are talking about and are quite helpful.
