My family have been going to Knox Auto, Napa for years, as a little girl, I would go with my dad to get parts and let me tell you all Knox Auto, Napa is the place to go!! Family oriented, such wonderful and kind staff, and you cant beat the prices with knowing your getting quality parts and the best service possible. The staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful. Great customer service, I called ahead and they had what I needed. Didn't have to wait for it to come in like some other parts stores. I needed a brake caliper, rotor and brakes, the price was very good and best of all there friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. If you have any questions or need parts, I highly recommend you to call them and stop in.
