We found so many good parts that we needed here. Everyone was kind, helpful, and the prices are really fair which is rare these days. This is a great place to find what you need… Frankie/Junior and Herb are really great guys! We will always come here!
My boyfriend called and set up an appointment to have a car picked up to be junked. They never called to let us know they didn’t have a rollback, so we had to call them to find out where they were, as they hadn’t shown up at the appointment time. My dad called later and was told that they’d have everything straightened out by the next morning, and the guy said they’d be out between 8:30-9:00. Surprise surprise, when my dad called at 8:30, he was told they weren’t ready yet. I called at 8:45, and the guy told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes. 6 hours later, and I never got a call. This place is unreliable and unorganized, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Two years ago, I had nothing but great things to say about this company and the people who worked here. They took my 2001 Ford Focus with the friendliness and promptness others commented on before me. I have received no-call/no-shows in towing another car to scrap for parts for 3 days in a row. The worst part is that I am still stuck with this vehicle and have a deadline to work with. Lost my business, respect, and will now recommend people to look elsewhere than this untruthful, unreliable business.
Purchased a 5.3 LS engine that supposedly “ran”, got home and looked through the cylinders to see 4/8 cylinders to be scored. Called them and told them, they swore it ran. Told me to call them the next morning and they never responded. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Called before hand to see if they had the engine in stock and they were really rude, wish I had trusted my gut before hand.
Things started out OK with Frankie starting in August of 2024 and went down hill from there. I have been dealing with his bad service and lies for 8 months now. I received the wrong part and was promised a replacement. The replacement was on its way numerous times so I was told. But somehow never made it to me.That went on until November when I then asked for a refund. My check has been sent out at least 6 times , so I was told, but somehow has never made it has never made it to me. This has been a 450 dollar mistake. I know now I will never see my part or my refund check.

Junior called me Darlin several times as he continuously told me that the 302 v8 Ford motor outta Ford F150 4×4 XLT manual 5 SPEED OUT OF THE SAME YEAR 1991 truck I had & the ECM engine control module was already pulled out & on the shelf waiting to be delivered to my mechanic, Nxt day he said it would be on the truck & delivered & that the driver would take the payment when he delivered it He assured me of this event for over 2 weeks over & over THAT HIS DRIVER WAS DELIVERING IT THE NXT DAY & AGAIN 2DAYS LATER THE DRIVER WAS DELIVERING IT & AGAIN DARLING & AGAIN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS WITH NO RESULTS NO MOTOR EVER WAS DELIVERED NOT WHY THE RUN AROUND WHY OUT ME ON HOLD TO GET MY TRUCK MOTOR IN MY TRUCK:I EVEN ASKED A CPL TIMES DONT YOU WANT TGE DOWN PAYMENT ,ARE YOU SURE YOU REALLY HAVE THE MOTOR """"MY GUESS IS ITS ALL ON WHO YA KNOW & WHO H D KNOWS IF THE FAVOR GETZ DONE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED & UNEXPLAINABLE WHY HE WAS JUST KEEP CALLING ME DARLING & KEEP PLAYING ME
GREAT PLACE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had an issue with an engine that we found broken timing guides. Told him and he said he would make it right, apologized and delivered another engine 3 hours away for our inconvenience! Top notch guy! Highly recommend! You don’t find businesses like this anymore!
2 days in a row they were a no show to tow a vehicle my buddy was selling to them for scrap/parts. Several calls were responded to with lies that they were on their way. What a shiz show. Terrible operation. Would look elsewhere if I were you.
Frankie’s is by far the very best used auto parts place that I have been too in many years. Not only did they have both engines I needed, but the price, quality of the parts, delivery convenience, and great customer service from Jr will forever make me a loyal customer. Everyone there is wonderful :-) Thank you guys- I will be back for the next motor and transmission soon!!
I’ve been buying parts from these guys for 20 years, I’ve literally never had a bad experience. They remember my face, ask me how I am doing, and their prices are always fair. Hard to find a business like that these days.
MIght be good at the scrapyard, but they won't even take your info before they hang up with you on the phone. They got what I was looking for told me to call back and hung up. Called back after an hr was told no luck with the car I asked about and he didn't want the comparison vehicle, said he already knew and hung up again.
I went here today to get a spare tire for my truck apparently not a lot of junk yards have eight lug rims. I was able to get what I needed at Frankie's used auto parts very friendly help they take you out in the yard and drive you around till you find what you want and get it for you and bring it to the front where you are parked
I Called every salvage yard in a 30 mile radius and no one had the “clip” I needed for the fuel line for our Jeep. Frankie’s had it. I spoke to Junior on the phone. He went above and beyond to make sure they had the exact clip I needed. Great service and happy to support local businesses!
First time coming here today with my fiancé, came looking for Volkswagen parts and they had everything you can think of. People were nice as hell, definitely coming back!
My daughter was in an accident on a sunday evening. Andrew showed to tow her car. I was completely at a loss with what to do given my daughters car has liability insurance given insurance rates are so high for young drivers. Andrew was nothing short of amazing. He stayed in contact with me and made a bad situation not so terrible. I am so grateful he showed to that accident and was able to help get her back on the road within a few days without taking my life savings. I am happy to have a new contact for car repairs. The ladies in the office had a rude attitude with my mother and I the very moment we walked in the door. Bad enough I was in a car accident, but my vehicle was towed here by the police without my say. One person I spoke to the day after the accident told me they would cut me a break means I was disabled and living on a small fixed income. He said if I signed the title and gave them $50 that they would call it even. When we actually went there, the two grouchy& rude females in the office told us it would be close to $500 just to be able to get my items out of the vehicle. Winx planes repeatedly that we didn't have that kind of money but we're willing to sign the title over. She then told us we could give them $88 administrative fee to get the items out but the deal was to also sign the title over. We specifically asked them if we paid the $88 and gave them the title if we could get my belongings out of the vehicle. They said yes but after signing the title over and giving them the $88 they then turned around and said we could only get medical items out of the vehicle and the tag. Not only were they so rude and so nasty to us the woman escorted me to the vehicle and wouldn't even let me get items out of my car that were sitting right on the front seat that I had just purchased the day of the accident. I picked up a pair of my glasses from the vehicle she told me to put them back in there that I had no right to any of the items. They completely took advantage of a disabled person got me to sign my vehicle over under false pretenses.
If I had a choice I would never do business with these people! Through all the years of my life I have never had anyone in customer service be so nasty and ignorant to me. Women in the office literally acted mad at me for wrecking my own vehicle made me feel like I owed them something personally. Beware of this place! Broccoli for me I recorded her saying that we could get my belongings out and then changing the story once I gave them my vehicle and money!
Great auto parts yard. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I thought the price I paid for the engine I bought was very fair. I would definitely use them again.

Frankie has always had the right parts for any vehicle period, prices are awesome, and all the people working there are cool as can be and helpful no matter the work involved getting that part for the customer. Many years of parts I have bought there and will always point people in his direction when they need things
The guy pulled the wrong thing first. The other guys went to solve the problem though. (My car is a pain model) ... Waited for a long time but there's a lot of hot guys that work there so no big deal. Friendly staff. Variety of parts. Nice view while ya wait.
We called them to pick up an old vehicle of ours. They were very friendly and prompt. And they paid us fairly for it. We will definitely use Frankie's again in the future. Their customer service was wonderful! Thank you!
Over the many years of purchasing parts and tires from Frankie's I was always given the fairest prices out of all the yards in south central PA. The young man behind the counter is a real gentleman and works with the customer. Keep up the good work Franky!!
Easily the most dishonest salvage yard I've ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot. Between lying about what he sent, not sending what he said he would and repeatedly claiming to be taking care of things he never once told the truth. The motor they sent was a dud with a broken piston, but I only found that out after I had located computer to run it (to replace the one he didn't send me). There is absolutely no reason to shop here, even the positive reviews are fake.
Very helpful guy in the office he came out and looked at my car. Identified the damage then had another employee help me remove parts from a car in the back. Prices were decent to!
We had nothing but problems with this gentleman. First off, he delivered the wrong engine to us. Second, we had a difficult time reaching him to tell him it was wrong. Lastly, he promised that he'd have the right engine to us on several occasions and NEVER delivered. Thank goodness the vehicle needing the engine wasn't a customer's car, or we probably would have lost that customer because this guy can't do what he promises. Dealing with him is a very bad idea, you're better off going elsewhere.
