Had company show up for towing for AAA and the driver was very rude. Bent rear bumper of my jeep yanking it side ways. When I politely asked if he could reposition chains he said put a claim in I'm not dealing with it. Jumped in his truck and sped off. Most unprofessional in every way possible. Beware!
They responded to a AAA dead battery issue AAA took 45 minutes to answer the phone. And the towing company took 5 hours to respond. And even though they realized the battery was 100% dead, said oh just running up and down the highway after we jump it, for 20-30 minutes and then let it idle for 30 minutes and you'll be good. Next morning battery is still dead. Didn't replace the battery that was under AAA warranty. And the driver was not informed, he said bye AAA, where the vehicle was and he didn't think to call my cell phone. So I had to pray that by calling their phone number they would come back.
Guy had a very generous and great attitude just that in my opinion it could just be the AAA part made it a unpleasant event and I'm having to jump the vehicle and pay a local garage to swap out the battery since AAA didn't.
Using this charger to try and get it to start tomorrow.
Chad came out today via AAA to assist with my Dodge charger that broke down. He did everything he possibly could to try to see what the issue could be before towing it. He is amazing and I am very grateful he was who was dispatched to help me in an already upsetting situation. Thank you so much!
Last weekend, the alternator in my car died. The problem was that I needed to have it towed almost 100 miles, and I needed to ride with the driver. AAA said they had no way to convey the message to the driver and they couldn't guarantee he would be able to take me. Sure enough, when Biz got to my car, he knew nothing about it. Even though he really didn't have room, he moved things around so I could ride in the truck comfortably. My car and I were treated great for the 2 hour drive. Biz was very pleasant and stopped frequently on the highway to make sure the car straps were secure. He navigated the backroads to the shop like a pro. My car was in good hands. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the driver (Biz) and the tow company.
Got stuck in the road and our call was expedited due to where we stopped in the road. Chad did an amazing job towing our vehicle. Really knows his stuff and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend
McCrae is the man!!! I was driving down 140 in Westminster with a flat tire. Drove in to the Wawa parking lot and he rolled up, asked if I needed a hand, come to find out I had TWO flats. He was able to change one out and put air in the other one! Thanks again, McCrae!!
Outstanding! We are here from WA state for my daughter’s wedding. I was not familiar with our rental car and accidentally left the lights on and killed battery. Called AAA they sent out Expedited Towing they got it started right away. Saved the day!
DO NOT use these guys. AAA sent them out to jumpstart my car and the tow driver couldn’t get it started. Later found out his jump box was dead after the driver did over $600 in damage to the interior and the garage is refusing to pay. If you like your car don’t let these guys touch it.
Edit to reply: Yes, we just talked 2 days ago. You said there’s no proof your driver did it so it’s just a he said situation.
This business has become my "go to" place for all of my auto repairs. The work they do is consistently good. Their prices are reasonable and they always do the work quickly and efficiently. Eric, the manager there is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and always goes above and beyond with his fantastic service. This place is a definite recommend with 5 stars!
Was stuck on the side of the road and AAA sent them to come rescue me. Richard was so helpful and went out of his to make sure we were given the best experience. I am so grateful for all of his help!
Today I got a starter replace today amazing job the staff is nice and friendly I will be back when my truck need to be fix highly recommend them instead 5 star i will give a 10 star ranking awesome and amazing job fri I got a wheel bearing fix they did a amazing job again they go beyond getting work done I give them a 10 star again

Expedited was Super friendly and great people to work with!…..AAA on the other hand is something less to be desired… we hit a major pothole on 83 northbound in York county on our way to pick our daughter up from school, we were stranded on the side of the busy highway while it was raining and AAA told us that they would put us in as a priority because of our location being extremely dangerous! Over two hours later and after our four road flares burn out that the state police had put up for us they finally dispatched expedited to come help us, I don’t feel that this was in any way expedited‘s fault but more so AAA… We have been premier members for over 10 years and in the past it would take no more than 30 to 45 minutes to receive service ….nowadays you’re looking at 3 to 4 hours minimum just to get a tire changed… AAA service has gone extremely downhill and it makes me question the value for the top-tier service membership with them ….. The state trooper offered to call another tow company for us because he knew how terrible AAA‘s response time is…. Ultimately it was our decision to wait so we wouldn’t have additional out-of-pocket expenses.
My mom and I got stranded on the side of the road and AAA sent Expedited Towing to get us off the road. Their driver was so wonderful. It was dark, cold, the road is a busy one, and there were no businesses around for us to go, so she wanted to make sure we were safe before she was going to load the car and leave. I was so appreciative of of her and not wanting to leave us alone. That's always a huge fear as a woman...being stranded along side the road when it's dark. Thank you for towing our car and especially for making sure we were safe.
These guys are awesome. Locked my keys in the vehicle at 10pm on a Wednesday night, called AAA and McCray was here in about 15 minutes. Exactly when he estimated he'd be out. Took him all of three minutes to get my vehicle open. Heck of a nice fella, too.
