Pick N' Pull has anything you could want for your car. They refresh their inventory periodically, so check back later if you don't see what you need. Also, staff are friendly and courteous.
Thos place has a bunch of busted up cars, and you can go in and take the not busted up parts to replaced the busted up parts on your own car.
It is a lot of fun.
I visited your location today and I was caught off guard when asked for a photo without any prior explanation. I tried to stay calm, but was met with unnecessary comments from staff, which made the experience uncomfortable. I understand the need for safety procedures, but better communication would go a long way. I'm giving this 2 starts because if the staff were better people this experience would have been 5 star Worthy. Or perhaps the staff were all having a bad day I hope they see this and improve on being better people and AT LEAST have decent communication.
Sometimes you find real treasures here that help fix your vehicle the way you want it to look and run, just remember you are the one retrieving your own parts so have gloves, clothes that you can get dirtier ripped and have your own tools. I fixed my dash!!!
Terrible new policy, buying a part at one of there locations but if it doesn't work, you have to go back to try and find it in the same place and if they don't have it, they don't give money back, only store credit, what a joke.
You guys really should put down that you close at 5pm. When it says you close at 6pm and I come in at 5:40pm to be told "nope" it's kind of ridiculous. Just saying...
You have to watch what you buy because some prices seem to be high but then again it beats waiting for ordered parts and parts that are no longer available.
Staff not willing to help customers.getting paid to say only hi.better save money by putting a machine so customer can choose pick and pay in the machine and go.. Very bad experience
Nice organized yard with great prices on used parts. A bone yard just speaks to something deep in my soul. Found almost everything I needed in one trip. Thanks Pick n Pull for saving me money and helping recycle parts.
I called Pick-n-Pull this morning about a vent window for my GMC and they quoted me $21 and change for the glass only. I drove all the way down to Sherwood from Vancouver to pick the part up and they told me the price was almost double what they quoted me. The gal at the desk refused to honor their quote. Total crooks.
I drove 7 hours one way to get parts for my Honda Del Sol not only was everything there that I needed but the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Coming from California I was very surprised how clean the yard is. I highly recommend this location. Be nice to the staff they are great people.
The people are very rude and do not respond to speaking in a good manner. I tried to speak to them, but I could not because I cannot reach this bad level. I asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, he was worse than the workers, as if they came from the same place. I had to go to another location, and it was Vancouver. They were very respectful people.
Lady on the phone was very rude and told me she wouldn't answer questions because "they were under staffed and she didn't have time" even though she's paid by the hour. Definitely could have went without all the additude when I only had a question I'd rather drive the hour to dallas than 20 minutes and go here.
Had me on hold for 10 min. When she answered the phone she claimed she couldn’t hear me even tho I kept saying hello and pressing buttons so she wouldn’t hang up. If you can’t hear someone talk, that’s one thing. You can’t claim you didn’t hear me press buttons. Horrible customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere and warn all others.
Terrible. Very rude front desk workers. Paid their admission fee and was promptly kicked out for being in a “restricted area” No obvious sign and gates were wide open.
Rude overweight woman mentioned how we should’ve known that the cars weren’t available for parts because they still had tires and didn’t have writing on them (a majority in this lot DID have writing). Maybe don’t have a wide open lot with 100+ cars right by the entrance if you don’t want people to pick parts off of them.
For now, I will take my money elsewhere. I will consider returning if the overweight woman is fired.
A few months ago, I bought something from this place that didn’t fit my truck and when I returned it, I got store credit. When I went in, they refused to accept their own store credit and said that they just don’t accept that anymore. The employees and the manager have been nothing but rude as I’ve tried to resolve this and have no interest in doing anything. If you can, go something else.
There were more of my car here than was stated on their inventory, so I was happy about that. I found the parts that I needed at 80% less than if I were to order new.

My husband was in an accident, so we towed the car to the nearest junkyard- which was this place here. I spoke to a representative of their company, and asked them if it was OK to take off the tires once we got it there, and was told that was fine and given a quote. They are now saying it's policy NOT to allow this to happen. I tried to explain that this was going to really hurt us, and and that I would have done it differently had I been told differently by their representative, and tried to look for another solution besides towing it off property again, but she couldn't do it. They also won't give you more than $350 for your car in most cases.
the order of the cars according to the intentions, nr wasted in search of the car, but there was nothing and all the electrician was in the water. $ 2 fee per person regardless of whether you found something or not. I spent 45 minutes one way, they told me the car was just brought, but it was completely disassembled. I'm very disappointed
I needed a starter for my car, they gave me a list of the cars that would match mine. They made it real easy for me to go right to the car I needed. With as many cars as they have I would have been there most of the day. They even have me a warranty on my starter thank you
Lots of inventory that changes pretty quickly. $2 cover charge to get in. Prices are more expensive than a few years ago before they were bought out by a chain but still decent. Wait for the half price weekends to really score.
