This place treats other tow truck drivers like garbage when they pick up cars from their lot. The drivers don’t even wave at other trucks. Stuck up snobs. Freaks out if you go to drive a tow truck up the deck at their yard, but then witness their driver, driving cars up the deck.
Could you perhaps have a conversation about your drivers visiting smoke shops in company vehicle and uniform, and blocking not just one disabled parking spot, but all of them, as well as blocking the street? It doesn't exactly set an example as a towing company.
I am in a wheelchair, I depend on these accommodations for a resemblance of independence and freedom, I have no choice.

Unbelievable experience with these people. They honestly deserve negative stars. Absolutely no compassion, no professionalism, and no accountability whatsoever exists in this company. I hope this place goes out of business
Best service ever! Thank you so much for being able to accommodate us last minute on a Monday! Unfortunately someone messed with our tire leaving us with no other option but to have to towe it to the closest tire spot. We found the best towing company after searching for a while and we were not disappointed!! They were so friendly over the phone. Lisa is super professional and helpful! From not having a great day with my car this place made it much better. The person at the front desk was super nice and got a driver to me very fast. Ragnar was super compassionate and very personable and made the process a whole lot easier. Definitely give them a call and they will take amazing care of you and your vehicle. Thank you team

G did an incredible job. I was told to call in the morning when I needed the tow but G showed up early AM. I was surprised and not ready but he was very patient as I had to find my wallet, keys etc. Very pleased with his demeanor. The car arrived safely and timely in Bend OR which is about a 3 hour drive.
I needed a tow to my mechanic. G was the driver for my tow. I called at 7 am and AutoHaus asked what time my car needed to be a mechanic. G showed up within 20 minutes and was extremely professional. I had a great experience.
I can’t remember my drivers name, but experience was great! He was very personable and made me feel safe after being stressed out stranded on the side of the road. Will def keep mind whenever I need a tow. Thanks guys!

Tawnie was great, she was super quick to us even tho we were a bit out of Sherwood. She had us hooked up super fast and unhooked super quick when she got there
Very unprofessional. The evening shift… which is 1 min after 5pm knows nothing and can tell you nothing, not even basics of how the process could look like. When you get to the day shift they also don’t know what they are talking about but don’t care. Give you multiple hoops to jump through to still not have what you need. Apparently a title to your property isn’t enough to get your children’s memories out of the car
Car died up on Ladd Hill but G from AutoHaus was able to get me picked up and towed within 30 minutes! Answered my call right away, communicated throughout the process, and was friendly and courteous. Thank you
Autohaus Towing and their employees Tawny and Casey are lifesavers!! My daughters car needed to be towed (snow storm) and they saw we needed help and stopped immediately. Casey was so helpful and caring with my teenage daughter. It was her first ever accident, she was very shaken up, and he took the time to explain options to her and assure we will get everything worked out. He was also very skilled with the tow truck and maneuvering around traffic and parking the car at our destination.
After calling one of the listing's provided by Google. We canceled the service that was suppose to show up. We called AutoHaus and within 20 mins the driver showed up. She was fast, very professional, and had our tow done well within an hour. I can not thank them enough for all of their help! I would and will definitely recommend AutoHaus Towing. Thank you so much!
My insurance company sent someone who hadn't shown up for 1 hr even though the timeframe was supposed to be 20 min, when I called, they said it is a 1.5 hour lead time.
So I called Auto Haus. I really appreciated the punctuality of the driver. He was able to get to us in order to provide a jump in less than 15 min. Big thanks for getting us out of the cold in a timely manner.
Do yourself a favor, stop, searching and call this team for any towing and recovery. This veteran Owned, local business went above and beyond to get my tractor out out of the mud on a cold dark rainy day. Special thanks to Keith, Ty, Lisa, Casey. We highly recommend and will use again in the future if/when we need a tow! We had a great experience with our tow and driver. On a crappy day for us, our tow truck driver was able to give us a smile and quick service. Best of all when he arrived to our house with our car and noticed 3 very excited children, he was sure to let them see the car coming off of the truck, and gave it a couple extra raises and lowers much to the kids excitement, AND gave them each a stuffed animal. Something that might seem little really broke the tension and stress for us, and most of all made our kids happy. Thank you to our driver, for taking the extra couple of seconds to give our kids a little show and understanding the excitement of little kids who like trucks!
Absolutely saved me tonight; I had a flat tire on the side of I-5 after hours. Nobody else would come out, or their rates were insane. I called Tigard Police Department’s non-emergency line, they recommended me Autohaus, and I’m so glad they did! I was told they’d be there in 15/20 minutes and he arrived super promptly. I think the tow driver got to me at 7:00, and by 7:30 I was home with my car in the garage. Very professional service, quick and easy, made me feel a lot more comfortable in a stressful situation. Plus, the rates are WAY better than any other service I had found. I would definitely recommend Autohaus for any towing needs!
Bob with AutoHaus Towing took great care of us when we were in need. He was professional and very careful with our 1 ton pickup and 30 foot camper, all 220 miles home when we broke down outside Portland on the way home from a camping trip. These guys are the best! After being rear ended by someone on their cellphone and totaling my Cadillac these guys were awesome! Completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to help me anyway they could! I can't say enough about these guys. During a very stressful experience to have people like that is much appreciated.
