This company helped us when my wife got stuck on hwy 26 when she got a flat tire, unfortunately I was not there with her and she did not have the necessary tools to put the spare tire on! So I called and they said 60 to 90 min eta which was understandable given the distance as it took me an hour to get out there! We unfortunately don’t own any of the necessary tools to change a tire at this time and all I wanted to do was get to my wife so she wasn’t alone in the dark! I arrived an hour and a half later and the driver had not shown up yet again I’m not complaining about the wait my main complaint is that when she arrived to help us out she asked why she was there is I was there and why I didn’t change the tire myself! Who does that!! I’m paying you to help me and my wife if I had the right tools I would have done it and not spent 200 dollars! She was nicer at the end of the job when it came time to pay and she recommended AAA as if it would help now, it definitely felt like a back handed advice. Anyway I’m grateful that we got your assistance but you should teach you employees to have a little more empathy.
5 stars for Darren! Today was the second time in two months I needed my old Ford towed due to an electrical issue and both times Darren was the driver. Both times he was incredibly proficient and courteous. I hate seeing my old girl on the back of a tow truck but at least I know she's in good hands on route to the shop. Jacob is beyond Rockstar status, he's a dang hero. Our 31' RV was stranded. He did a remarkable job hooking us up roadside, his skill and problem solving our units suspension was masterful. Delivery to our long, narrow, and dark driveway was pretty much Jedi level. Absurdly talented.
Five stars for Hillsboro towing and driver Kaylee. Kaylee was on time and very efficient hooking up our car. The car didn't want to go into neutral, but she exactly what to do. She was very kind hearted and knowledgeable.

The dispatcher was incredibly kind and understanding. We were quoted at several hours of waiting, which was a bummer because we were broke down on a back road in Washington county, but our driver showed up an hour after we called. He was incredibly kind and very clearly knew what he was doing. And they were very reasonable priced, compared to other companies we called. We would highly recommend this place.
Hillsboro Towing came to our rescue for car lockout and towing. At dusk, after a short walk, we returned to our car, but our car fob had been lost. Shaun, the tow truck service man, unlocked our car, and went above and beyond to quickly walk the trail, retracing our steps, to try and find our missing fob. No luck. He skillfully towed our car home. All this done with speedy service, avoiding being locked out of the parks entrance during closing hours after dusk. Excellent service! We are very grateful Highly recommended!
Leaving Hillsboro to come home, we were hit by a lady running a red light. Hillsboro towing was called to the accident. The driver was very kind in a hard time. Once we were out of the hospital and able to get to their lot to get our belongings from the car, the staff there was very helpful and kind also. Very impressed with them. Thank you.

I called for a jump after using my storage bay lights longer than usual (bus) thinking I needed it but after an hour and a half and two trucks I still had nothing at the key.
Thankfully one of the drivers suggested I double check for it being in neutral and it solved the problem. I've never made that mistake before but I was so grateful for their patience and help that I wasn't sore about the cost.

SEAN is the best tow truck driver this side of the Mississippi! Nobody wants to end up in a tow truck on a dark, rainy Sunday night, but if it happens you should be so lucky to have Sean be the man to rescue you! He picked up my 81 year old mother and myself, got us out of the rain into the warm truck, was a wonderful kind gentleman and helped calm my mother’s nerves after the experience we had just been through. We ended up laughing the whole ride to Les Schwab. It was fast, efficient and the best experience I’ve ever had calling for a tow truck. I drive for medical transport company and was picking up a client in Hillsboro for transport and ended up blowing a tire . Went to change the tire and no jack to change the flat so I called Hillsboro towing company and they were there within 15! Amazing customer service very helpful and professional! Towed my seized car 15 miles down a highway and figured 189$ for a tow was fair. Absolutely absurd and this company is a bunch of thieves. I’ve never paid more than 150$ for a tow for 47 miles and that was with a tip. Find a better tow company cause this is not the one. You can save yourself 100$ going elsewhere
We recently needed a tow after our car died on the side of the road. Hillsboro Towing and its driver,Tim, responded. Tim was great-got us out of the heat, got car loaded and to the dealer’s shop, and he and Hillsboro Towing together helped have the service paid by AAA. The guy working at 130 am on 6/15 got the car off of being high centered on a sneaker stump without damaging the undercarriage of the car . he was calm and figured it out. thank you to him, he took off before we could say thanks.

I had an awesome female tow truck driver today. I think her name was Kaylee if I remember right. She was super friendly and easy going. Today my fob decided to lock us out of our SUV. AAA dispatched Hillsboro Towing. They arrived promptly and unlocked the door. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! We’d totally recommend them!
Unfortunately my car decided to break down on me so i called my triple a and they immediately sent out hillsboro towing to come save my day! I got a call informing me they were five minutes away and they arrived promptly. Sean ended servicing me that day and he did a fantastic job. He was happy to help, professional and friendly. He was very interested in my vehicle and instead of just towing it off he looked under the hood to see if he could help locate the problem. If you’ve ever had to get your car towed two days in a row, you’ve been through something. Both days we broke down we were paired with Hillsboro Towing service and at the end of the day, both staff (shoutouts to Gary & Mike!) were so lovely to us and our dog. They were professional and kind and I just can’t thank them enough.

High pressure oil leak left our rig in a friend's driveway. Hillsboro Towing sent a driver as soon as one was available with a flatbed to get our work rig home. We were 35 miles out. The dispatcher was kind and courteous making sure we were all warm and safe. Mike, the tow driver, to say he made it look easy is certainly not praising him enough. He got in our driveway dropping our rig and getting going faster than our dogs realized he was even there. Well done sir, and thank you.
Bryan was AMAZING! We had battery problems passing through Forest Grove. Bryan (Brian?) was dispatched by AAA. He was so kind and patient and tried everything to get our car started. He made sure it was going to work before he left these 2 old ladies with another hour+ to drive at night. He’s very professional, excellent at his job, friendly and helpful.
Brian helped us lift our trailer and boat today and I have to say I’ve NEVER reviewed a towing service but I have also never had such a good experience. We were so bummed about the trailer breaking but his positive attitude and empathy at the situation just made it all easier. He was so friendly and the man treated the job like he owned the company. Nathaniel is the man!!! And the office folks are amazing! My husband was in a head on collision and I had to get the paperwork out of our car. It was easy, no hassles and the staff were completely compassionate and understanding about the whole experience. They assured us that nothing would happen to our vehicle until the insurance people and us, released it. And aside from my being worked up and a little overzealous about everything, again they were completely understanding and took care of our needs. I would definitely recommend hills road towing and we will use them again!
