Driver garis I think that was his name showed up earlier than said which was good he got me a good mechanic with years of experience someone he knew personally took truck there which was a heavy work truck,he knew what was wrong and ordered ,payed for part so we got to mechanic it was all ready to replace the starter I feel he went beyond being a tow guy he really put me at ease by all he did well worth all doing I'll recommend him and use his expertise next time if needed his mechanic and him both were easy to talk with and knowleable on engines,well worth money,time,no stress experince,thank you Garis and KID Towing
I had a really positive experience with this towing service! They showed up super quickly—within about 40 minutes—which was impressive, especially since it was 9 p.m. on a Sunday and most other services were hard to reach or simply not available.
The driver was friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. The price was really fair too!
Overall, just a really warm and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!
My car wasn’t starting and the repair shop wasn’t able to fix it so I had called kid towing company to tow my car to the dealership to have it looked at. He was able to find the problem that the mechanic and first tow truck guy wasn’t able to find and replaced the part for me the same day! He is very kind, knowledgeable, and doesn’t overcharge and is transparent about pricing. Highly recommend :)

I was wondering how it's possible for a towing company to have a 5 star rating when every other company on the map seems to struggle to get past 3 stars, but after doing business with these guys, I can see how.
Immediate pick up when I called, immediate dispatch (though I know this might not always be the case based upon how busy they are), smooth loading and unloading, and their rates beat the other quotes I got.
I'll definitely be calling them the next time I need a tow.
Had my car breakdown on highway 26. Kid towing was there within 30 minutes of my call. They went one step further to give an initial diagnosis on what could be wrong with the car as they had mechanical shop expertise. Would highly recommend in times of emergency!

Absolutely saved me when my tire blew off coming back from the coast on a Sunday. I scraped down a forested hill on metal for a half mile before I could pull over, and thought my car was ready for the junkyard. The part that you bolt a tire to was missing... He happened to have my same car in his lot for parts, so he was able to fix mine for a pretty reasonable price considering everything! I feel lucky it, could have been way worse without his help
Used Kid Towing today and they were fantastic. Cheaper than other companies I called and quicker too! I hope I won't need them again but if I do they will be my first call.

Absolute Garbage company. Was driving my family to my eldest son’s Tee-Ball game on Monday at about 5:20 pm, and had one of these Bright Green Kid Towing trucks almost wipe me and my family off the road. I was driving my mother in law, my wife, my five year old, two year old, and 1 week old newborn to my sons teeball game out in Carlton, this truck was heading North Bound on North Valley Road at about 65 MPH, he came around a curve completely in my lane and I had to react and put my right two wheels in the ditch and almost drove off into the water on the West side.
I called Kid Towing because they pride themselves on safe driving, and the manger told me to screw off because “I didn’t have proof.” I actually do have a dash cam, and going to see if I can press charges now, as well as hopefully steer anyone away from this garbage company if you happen to read this. Stay far away from them, management is terrible and they don’t care about people.
Highly recommend this towing company. Gerson was very communicative. He was very gentle with the vehicles and provided information to where he parked the vehicles. If I could rate 10 stars I would!!! And they are bilingual English and Spanish!!! That's a plus!

Kid Towing was our Knight in shining armor today. Had 2 flats on our vehicle and could not drive it. Came across Kid Towing on line and reached out for assistance. Answered their phone quickly and told us that a driver would be there within 30 minutes. The driver was there in 20! He was friendly, understanding and quite helpful. Made us feel very comfortable under the circumstance. Delivered our vehicle to the tire shop just as rapidly. Based upon our experience I would not hesitate to recommend Kid Towing!!!

I have a hard time letting people touch my car, its my baby. But this guy? I 100% trust him with my car now. This is by far the best towing company around! I needed my car towed to a shop and I called and was able to schedule it in advance which was nice, and something the other companies I had called weren't willing to do. We planned for noon and I needed him to come a little later than that because I needed to get a new battery and he had no issue accommodating that. He arrived right at the time we set, and took very good care of my car. Even though I grabbed my tools to install the new battery, he installed it for me which was so nice. Not a lot of people know how to, or are good at, getting a lowered car onto a flat bed without scraping the front and back bumpers. He was able to quickly get my car up without scraping at all. Super affordable (most companies charge you $150 just to bring a flatbed out) extremely professional, punctual, handles vehicles with the utmost care, and on top of it he is SO kind.
If I need towing in the future, this is the only person I will be calling.
