Towed my vehicle out of an empty lot. Left my car for 1.5hr and found it gone when I was done with dinner. Tried calling the listed number 8 times and left a voicemail. No answer or response. That is so incredibly rude and disrespectful to take someone’s car and then not answer your phone for them to get their car back. This company should be ashamed.
Horrible experience, me and my family went to get bubble tea and took no more than 15 minutes by the time we were back the tow car was already there with everything almost done and then held my car hostage demanding $250 cash. Read the other reviews and luckily I didn’t end up paying $520 but the fact that they got there so quickly with everything ready? The guy wasn’t rude but I won’t ever be parking here again just because I compare this cost to others doesn’t mean it’s not bad or it’s not too much. It was an expensive mistake for not seeing the sign (dark and raining) but this is too much money for a simple mistake and a fast one at that.
This company definitely uses predatory towing practices. I've been towed before and has paid the price. But their prices are ridiculous. I went to pick up food to go, and upon my return, my car was shackled. The tower demanded cash $520. They held my vehicle hostage. Picking up food was fast, but how did they get to my car and hooked it up so fast? Could they have been watching and waiting? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
They were very nice and helpful with everything we needed and talked about. They had a vast amount of knowledge of the area and what all was available to us. Thank yall for everything and being as helpful and polite as you were. Definitely can and will be using their services again if needed

If you don't believe me, look at the other 1 star reviews other than my wife and myself. Also notice how they attack me below. I mean why would I want him to recommend me to his "clients" (aka people they scam money out of)
Guardian/Pro Towing are predators looking to make unwarranted tows to extort over $400 dollars in cash by stalking from in street parking adjacent to lots they patrol. Interactions are dishonest as they struggle to admit their ploy. Utilizing BB bureau, City Council, and Karma is the only hope to remove these parasites from business.
Having your car towed is a nightmare in any situation. I really appreciate how they handled my situation , and I was able to retrieve the vehicle right away. Thank you for being human with compassion.
Grave robbery is what my opinion of this company is. They tow my new car right after moving into my new place and then charge me $450.00 to get it back out of there tow yard at 1:30am Saturday Morning. We have 3 children all under the age of 5 and now have to spend part of are savings to get are car out of a tow yard that is less then 2 miles from where they did the pick up. I was also astonished to hear they hung up on my fiance when trying to get a time set up for pick up. And only accepting cash in form of payment? At this point i would not advise anyone to conduct business with this company. For they are unprofessional about any and all business along with unmarked trucks and no call backs for information on vehicle they tow or time for pick up. Thanks to Guardian Towing my family is with that much less. S.M.H. .......Just did a search on the Better Business Burrow website for Oregon and what did i find? who knew. The name they are running under is NOT registered in Oregon nor can i find any business licence on them in Oregon only Washington. Hmmmm, Do business at your own risk i guess.
