Mian was excellent and quickly arrived to tow my vehicle to my home. Friendly, communicative and towing at a fair reasonable price. If you need a tow, call Mian Towing, I highly recommend.
My battery died after my workout, thought I could just have my husband come and jump the car but the clips he had weren’t wanting to connect to the car well. Called Mian Towing and he was there in 15 min and had my car jumped and back in business less than 5 min later. Said to call him again if it died on our way home and he’d jump it again at no cost and that he’d take care of the battery replacement for a minimal fee if we sourced the battery. While I didn’t need that cause my husband was going to be able to do it it was great to know that I wouldn’t have to pay whatever price an autoshop would have charged to do the replacement. Highly recommend calling Main Towing for any issues you have come up. We’ll be keeping his number for any future issues

Thank you Mian!!! Mian did a terrific job of towing our car. Awesome customer service. I first filled out the questionnaire on his website to explain the job scope and then he both emailed and called me within the next few hours to align in the job and was transparent about the cost. The day before service, Mian and I texted about the job and he was very good at the communication. He gave me the heads up when he was heading my way and shared a time stamp of when he would get there.
The job ended up being a bit more complicated than we thought. My battery was dead and so he helped restarted it to get things going (to move the car out of the tiny garage) and then start towing. Again, super transparent and kept me in the loop to explain what it was that he was doing.
The car made it to the shop for work and Mian was so professional, friendly, and 100% amazing on transparency and communication. I can’t thank him enough for helping me with this stressful car recovery. He made it easier for me. Thank you Mian!!!

I got a punctured tire all of a sudden from a rogue nail due to all the road construction, but he was able to come quickly. He was quick, efficient, patient, and kind when he changed it to the spare tire then let me know my next steps and got back to me to find out if I was all good way after he initially helped out. I was going to cancel work thinking I wouldn't be able to make it, but he was so efficient, I was able to get to work. Definitely will call him back and recommend him to everyone needing assistance.

We’re doing a home exchange(which includes swapping cars) with a Spanish family that knows very little English and on their first day in country the car wouldn’t start while they were at the local Freddy’s. They had just bought a bunch of ice cream and were in a near panic.
After AAA turned me down ( membership ties to the person, not the car-go figure) I just randomly picked Mian’s name out of the book. That guy dropped what he was doing, sped to them in 10 minutes (!), diagnosed a dead battery (as a gas monkey was there telling the family it wasn’t the battery it was the car that was dead!!!), jumped them and then had them follow him to an auto parts store, where he changed out the battery and tested the alternator. Charged a super reasonable rate and TOTALLY saved my bacon!!!! This dude absolutely rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! Super service, great prices and outstanding positive attitude.

Amazing service! I called on a Saturday and one he he came out right away out picked up keys from me. He went the extra mile to get my car on his dolly in A tough situation and towed it to the dealership for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone:)
