I had an outstanding experience at this AutoZone. Clayton was incredible- he went above and beyond to help with my battery installation. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and got a 2 for 1 special! Husband called beforehand to ask about the product and made it very easy to walk in and purchase what I needed. Very friendly and accommodating customer service. In addition, there was a gorgeous RAINBOW ? over the building.

Clayton was very awesome in helping find a good battery for my car and also helped fix it in my car. That was an excellent customer service support. I’ll recommend and rate him ?

Brake light bulb needed to be replaced on my Escape and Clayton from Aloha tv hiway location came to my rescue. I had no idea how to remove the light cover to find out what bulb I needed or how to replace it and Clayton helped me with all of it. I felt so relieved and grateful. That is the best customer service and so much appreciated. I highly recommend Auto Zone!!!!

I stopped in to get a couple batteries for my truck a few days ago and was greated by Clayton. He help me choose the right battery and then when checking out he offered to install the batteries at no cost. Installation was quick and easy and i was on my way. I just want to thank Clayton and Autozone for a job well done!

Don was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was having issues installing wiper blades and he got me the right product and helped me with the install. His level of customer service is rarely seen in this day and age.

Clayton was terrific! He exemplified great customer service as he helped us find the headlights we needed, and installed them for us! He refused to accept a tip and insisted he was just doing his job. He also went out of his way to check our fluid levels and noticed we were dangerously low on antifreeze. He helps us fill that as well and loaned us a funnel. He was friendly and fun the entire time, we will be back!

Clayton was very helpful for my grandpa today in finding the right light bulbs and changing them. My grandpa was very happy with his service and will come back to that location for help in the future!

I will absolutely never be coming back to this location as long as they keep their current staff. The "parts specialists" there have no clue how to look up simple parts and their direct mistakes have costed me alot of time and money. I went into their store 2 days ago to get a new battry for my truck and a set of windshield wiper blades. A very simple thing. Easy to accomplish. Yet I was given a battry to small causing a mess of electical issues and wiper blades that don't fit. 2 days later after finding time to return the wrong parts. The employee there makes yet another set of mistakes during the return and manages to send the returned money onto the wrong card which I no longer have. So in recap I was given the wrong parts all together, and when I went back to get a refund I was then screwed out of my money. 2 different employees making 2 different sets of mistakes that have impacted my work and time negatively 2 different times all for wiper blades and a battry. Never go to this store as long as they keep their current staff.

Went in for a battery check - confirmed I needed a new car battery. I could have gone to Mercedes dealership, but chose autozone- quality of service is outstanding!! Teddy was so kind and helpful. I appreciate the honesty and service. Don is the manager and is the best, he installed my battery and was aware to install host battery or 12 v power supply before removing old battery. This is to prevent memory from being lost. Don is serious the best. He really makes that place operate like 5 star experience. Thank you Don! Please never leave! If you do my family will follow. Thank you!!

Great store great service. I was pretty sure I needed a new battery and Kaitlyn (caitlin?) tested it for me, showed me my options for replacement without trying to upsell or influence my decision, and then she changed it for me pretty quickly! As a woman, I really like that she didn't lecture or talk down to me about what I didn't or did know during the entire interaction. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She was so great I even used the qr code on the receipt for once and did the survey.

Clayton was absolutely amazing - put my new headlights in and made sure I was set up while I watched my baby in the car! Thank you!!

On 10/31/2025, I went to this location, regarding parts for my BMW. I was helped by an employee, by the name of Jose. I have to say it was refreshing to see such a knowledgeable employee with such great customer service and patience! Because of this excellence experience with Jose and the store I will be a returning customer, and will suggest this specific location to all of my friends and family. P.S this store is well equipped with parts and accessories for German cars.

I walked in super stressed with a dead battery, drove out 20 min later with a fully installed battery at 1/3 the price I was anticipating. These guys are awesome, super sweet, knowledgeable, approachable, and just there to get you on the road. Shoutout to Jacob who took care of me, I’ll be back, cause I’m literally just a girl.

The folks there were super helpful, friendly, and customer oriented. They even helped me with putting my window wiper blades on too. That was very cool!

Go to O'Reilly. These guys clearly could not care any less about helping customers. I have never once been acknowledged by anyone, as I walked in the door, got no offer of help, and walked right out again. They're all bad, but my location at Murray Blvd. and Cornell Road is the worst.

I purchased a battery from AutoZone in July, and Clayton came out to help me replace the battery. It turned out that one of my bolts was stripped, but Clayton tried everything possible to remove it. In the end, he was unable to do so, but he tightened everything up and directed me to a mechanic who could help me. It was a hot day, and I was impressed with Clayton's patience and perseverance. I highly recommend this AutoZone! They are professional and helpful. And, they go above and beyond. They don't charge to install a battery or to do a diagnostic test. Plus, the battery was reasonably priced, which in this day and age is a huge plus! Thank you AutoZone and Clayton!

My battery in my Honda Fit died and I was able to get it jumpstarted to AutoZone. They had exactly the battery I needed. When I walked in, I was helped immediately and the service person was able to install it right away in the parking lot. Awesome service!!

Auto zone was almost $ 100 cheaper on a complete tune up and water pump pachage then anywhere else I called. Also everything was in stock and ready to go. They were even able to recommend a different more reliable brand of an item them I had ordered which saves me a bit of cash. Thanks guys , you've been more than helpful.
