This company is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. I broke down in Lostine, they pulled me to a pullout so I wasn't stuck in the middle of the road, without a charge. They ended up towing me to their shop to see if it was an easy fix. Unfortunately, it was not, but they let me store the vehicle there until I could come back and tow it home, 500 miles away. I highly recommend them. The staff, Leonard, and of course the dogs are truly the best!
Told me he would work on my truck and gave me the run around for 4 months, gave him over half down. Very rude, makes rude comments. I was overly nice and never could get them to do any work on my truck after he told me " no problem". Thanks for making me walk for 4 months

My wife and I pulled our fifth wheel to Wallowa Lake Oregon from Albany Oregon. We blew a exhaust gasket going up Cabbage hill just out of Pendelton. We lost pulling power with our 5.9 Cummins diesel. After getting to the rv park, we was reccomended to SPS of Oregon in Wallowa to get our 5.9 diesel repaired. I can't say enough about their service, efficiency and courtesy. Leanard looked under the hood, and right away saw that the exhaust gasket had blown out in the back of the engine. Even being from out of town, Leonard took our pickup in to repair it promptly. He even supplied us with a loaner vehicle to drive. The next day, Leonard called and told us our truck was ready for pick up. He did find that the exhaust manifold had warped, and replaced it as well. His prices were more than reasonable. We thank you very much Leonard. So much appreciated.

This place was awesome. While in the area elk hunting we discovered that my truck was leaking fluids. We went to enterprise and Les Schwab turned us away. We went to the local mechanic and he said that they were backed up for at least a week. We went to the gas station and the attendant working there recommended that i call SPS. I contacted them and was told to bring it right over. They met me in the parking lot and within a minute were under my truck diagnosing the problem. A quick parts order from Lagrande and my truck was back on the road. cant thank them enough
I broke down just down the road from SPS, seized my water pump. Leonard and his crew did me a huge solid, had his flatbed there in 10 minutes. Had my rig back on the road in 3.5 hours! Thank you sir, well done. Nice to know there are folks like you in this world.
Lost our truck keys while camping at Wallowa Lake, SPS came out and towed it back to their shop to help after we had spent hours trying to get a hold of someone. They aren't even a locksmith company but they did whatever they had to do to get us back on the road quickly and with two new keys!! We couldn't have been more happy with the friendly and quick service. Leonard was a gem, and had some great stories for us!!! Great company, great service, would highly recommend SPS of Oregon!!!
My sons truck broke down on the way to work last night. Leonard was very helpful and towed the truck back to the shop. Figured out there was a leak that lead to the intergalactic splash of fluids. Very pleased! Thank you Leonard! From one happy momma. To be honest I’ve heard around town of nothing but good things about this place.
The SPS customer service is exceptional, something that is very hard to find in today’s market. We have bought a few pickups from them and have always had a great experience. The vehicles we have purchased have served us well, and we have never had too big of a problem with them. The problems that we have had the crew was always able to fix without much issue, they are friendly and always willing to help. They are always able to get our vehicles in to service them regularly without a problem. I plan to buy from them in the future.
Stranded in Wallowa with fuel issues - immediately came out and helped me towed me back to their shop. They fixed the fuel system and change filters and got me on road in two hours. Very fair with prices and very friendly. Leonard was a fantastic help. The employees that helped knew there stuff. They know auto and truck work. Helped reassured me. Checked with my valley mechanic on the work they were performing and he said they were doing all the right steps and gave them his blessing. I am very very happy I chose them. I was camping in the Wallow’s and they got me back to camp very fast.
I have taken my diesel to them twice for completely different problems and have been very satisfied. Before the work was started they gave me a idea what the costs would be.

Great people, honest service. Don’t believe the bad reviews, some people can’t be happy no matter what. SPS will do anything in their power to insure your project is done right.
WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, destroyed someones hood with paint thinner and belt sander because he was unhappy with the botched job and smashed his hood latch with a hammer(when he didnt ask for any work to be done on it) there is a pending police investigation(as i leave this info).
I have bought 3 vehicles from this company and have had wonderful experiences with each and every one. There is a warm small town family run feeling when you deal with these folks and I will absolutely buy from them again in the future.
