I stopped in while on a motorcycle ride. What a great and helpful staff! Thanks so much for helping to make my ride through northeastern Oregon more pleasurable. Gives me hope that there are still many great Americans in my former home area!
Bill went above and beyond to help me this week. He checked my car to make sure i needed to replace both air filters in my car. He ordered the filters and they were ready for installation the next day. He replaced both filters in my car and i was back on the road in about 15 or 20 minutes.
In my opinion, this is incredible service for an auto parts store. I was visiting in the area and this store was recommended to me for not only the knowledge of the staff, but also their cheerful, helpful service. Thanks again Bill. You are outstanding!

Great staff. So far I haven't come out of there empty handed. These folks have always been polite, grateful for my business, and VERY helpful. They hold the door for me, and even once offered to help me install something. Best auto parts place in the county.
