  They sell me untested trasnmission Both of us wee know that I took that risk ,after installing it trasnmission was bad, after spending 1000, for the trasnmission they don't wanna refund my money unless i take my vehicle with a certified mechanic, Don't waste you time or money with this younk yard

  I was looking for a part for my truck. They were the only one that had it . Even threw the wire harness and another piece in for free . They also took pictures of the parts before they shipped it to ensure I had the right parts. Would definitely recommend. Very good customer service

  I live in the U.K. and sent money for a radio 8 track ..120 dollars including post .. he then said he wants more money .. he ask to pay by friends and family pay. PayPal he is a scammer and untrusting human being .. he takes money then asks for more … be careful.. he’s a scammer ….   Thanks to Cody and crew for a job well done. I bought that axle sight unseen and had it freighted to me. It was in despicable condition but with a lot of elbow grease I will make it work. I know you guys can't inspect every aspect of a rear axle assembly so I let you know it was less than perfect. You gave an appropriate partial refund.   Customer service extremely unhelpful! Didnt want to take the time to get us the part we desperately needed, told us they didnt have any vehicles in the yard that would work despite the fact we could clearly see from the road that they had several. We are on a road trip from Kansas to Washington pulling a trailer. Without this part we cant finish our trip. I would have given negative rating if it was an option... Get better employees,With compassion motivation and better work ethic

  Nearby if you live in La Grande, might be able to find what you need here and not wait for online orders lol decent prices and a little cheaper if you do the work yourself if you have time otherwise these guys a great at helping you get the parts you need for your vehicle

  B&K are the ONLY sizeable Auto Wrecking yard in the area, and they know it. The selection is pretty good, but in my experience the service is a coin flip... either Awesome or Horrible depending on who you get and whether they had a good day so far. You can walk around the yard all you like if you check in at the front desk first... it's a lot of fun if you are a gear-head (like I am). Prices are pretty normal except for Engines and Major components... they are about 33% higher than found almost anywhere else.

  Horrible customer service! Poor communication, rude on the phone, doesn't return calls, and doesn't back their products. If u receive it and it's broken ur s.o.l bc they don't care, they already got ur money

  OUTRAGEOUS pricing. They quoted me more than 3x what yards in Boise did. Even with time and fuel, you'd be way ahead to call around and travel.
