  There isn't enough words to describe how horrible this place is, but taking advantage of people during a national disaster level flood is a new kind of low. Go anywhere else and use any different towing company if at all possible. Eventually you might be put in a situation where you're forced do deal with them and you'll see for yourself. If that ever happens, I'm sorry.
