They will waste your time Use g and r or someone who likes loyal customers When overpaying, they (sometimes) require the card used to order present when picking up parts. They (sometimes) mention it before you drive all morning to pick up. They won't help in any way

Procing has gone way too high. Need headlights? Just buy a new cheap pair at Amazon. Thats how bad it has gotten. If you call in its absolutely awful.

If you need any paint supplies or even some touch-up paint they will put it in an aerosol can for you, just take a picture of your VIN tag

Easy to access and pick up your parts. The first desk lady is very nice and he forklift drivers are nice as well. The people extracting the the parts aren't so careful and deceiving as they broke the sensor input and was zip tied in place. The zip tie blended in well and the senor input didn't look broken. I did a quick inspection and didn't notice the senor was broken untill I took it home and started the process to install but was able to swamp it out with the old sensor. This wasn't the first time but my first transmission had a whole broken sensor (which wasn't serviceable) but that time was my fault for not doing a good inspection when I picked it up. But just imagine you deny the transmission and it have to wait 2 to 3 days more to get your part. Online/Phone service: I had a issue with communication when doing an exchange. After processing the online form I spoke to a rep and she give out miss information which lead to extended wait time to get the exchange process started. She had stated everything was processed and my new transmission would be ready for and should expect a call or email within 2 to 3 days. On day 3 I called and I spoke to a different rep and was told that the first rep was wrong and that the part needs to be returned before they can start the process for the exchange which took 2 days to receive a pick notification.

This is not a Parts Store. Do not waste your time driving to this place. This is a paint and whatever body shop you need store. I can’t believe they put that name Auto Parts.!

They can not sell parts in person, there is nobody there, just a guy selling paint. Needed a seat, they have a bunch in the office, but I couldn't look at them or buy one. Waste of my time.

>Tries to buy a replacement OEM wheel for my dad's car via phone >Sent verifcation photos and was told it would be ready to be picked up tomorrow >Tries to pick up wheels the next day and find out it wasn't the wheel they promised, instead it was a donut. >Filed a complaint with the rep that sold me the sale and was told it was a mistake, promised the next one will be correct. >Follows up a few later after promised again that this time would be the correct order. >FINDS OUT IT'S THE SAME DONUT WHEEL >Rep tells me it was their fault, and not the parts guys. They had selected THE WRONG BOX WHEN PLACING THE ORDER >Third promise that the inconvenience would be compensated and the actual wheel would be shipped to my house for free from Cali, where they have them in inventory, but it would cost more than the original price (because original price was for the donut) >See that there are a few sets of the wheels im looking for in other Oregon location. Why the hell are you shipping from Cali? Nevertheless, still cheaper than ebay, so I agreed. >Ghosted for 2 days just to finally have them reach me back and tell me that THEY HAVE NON INSTOCK

I called nine times over the span of 30 minutes. Each time someone would answer and then hang up on me. Hard to sell parts of you won't answer the phone.

On October 19th 2023 & ordered a window for my vehicle. The representative explains that this part wil be able to pick up the next day. It took me 49 minutes to get to this confusing and terrible directions to the will call area. On top of the lousy directions and especially going to the wearhouse to been told that the part is not there. So a couple of days later I called to make sure it was there the part they told me that I had to wait couple of days to pick it up. Unacceptable! I wouldn't of been able to pick it up until a couple of days? Seriously what kind of business is this? This place needs a reevaluation and serious improvements. Especially wasting the customers time,gas, and getting the misinformation.. I will not recommend anyone to this place. So after a couple of days I called which was morning and talked to a representative she was interrupting me before I finished and I asked why this was happening it seems the only thing that expresses is her apologies & I expressed my concerns which I said"please that doesn't compensate me for my time gas and bad experiences." I asked for some kind of compensation and she said that the only thing she could do is give me a refund? Wow !!Sons of well I'm not going to say it. You guys are the worst part center ever. The first time I even showed up the representative in the other side of the window wasn't even ready to help because he had to start his computer up. Why the heck do you say hi how can I help you if you are not ready? Seriously what is it going to take for you guys to improve your customer service and experiences? Please I don't want to read a response from whomever for apologizing for my experiences ... SOMEONE NEEDS TO HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE WAY THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS IS RUNNING. Update I got my part and thank God it was the right one. But I will still be not recommending anyone to this location or business. It's the back of the other side even though this project would of been done supposedly the date after I ordered my part but obviously it was not even close. Get your team together and stop devaluing the customers time.

Had a negative experience years ago and swore I’d never go back… But I did anyways. Purchased an engine from them and was VERY clear that I needed a complete motor and listed the items I needed. I was assured I would get them. I live an hour away and work the week so I had to send my wife to pick the engine up. Sure enough, when I got it it was STRIPPED. They even went so far as to pull the plugs and coil packs. I was told anything I needed (that I stated I needed) was extra. Oh well, screw me twice. Sales representative and dock crew were at least professional and friendly *edit* company reached out and refunded a portion of the motor to help defray the costs of the replacement parts updated to 4 stars.

I ordered a part that was to arrive on Thursday, I waited Thursday and Friday. Finally called on Monday and was told the part was in but Sarah was out of the office so no one else could let me know my part was in. So I sat Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no car because no one else could let me know the part was here. Not very good business as far as I'm concerned!

I called to order a part for my SUV. They said they had one and the price was reasonable even with shipping. I received it a few days later and it was the tail light instead of the backup light. They are completely separate from one another, not sure how you confuse them. I was working with Jackie. She was very nice when she would answer the phone. Which was not very often. After numerous calls she initiated UPS to come pick up the part to return it, but did not tell me that she did. All I wanted was the return shipping label. I could stick it on and drop it at UPS myself. I gave my email address numerous time and never received a single email. I also talked to Mike once and. Ever received a call or email from him either. Overall very poor customer service. I won't try again.

Apperantly they made a new policy, and this policy didn’t allow me to take my parts which was not too nice because it took me over an hour to get there, and when I got to the place they said that my card has to match the account name, but if I payed cash I could get my parts, I didn’t have any cash on me and also the account is on my name so I completely don’t understand why they wouldn’t give me the part if they can verify that it’s me, also when I called them to pick up the parts, they didn’t say anything about the new policy and I ordered the parts when the policy was already made. Also waited a long time to get my phone answered, and when they finally picked up they always ask,”can you please hold for a minute” and then I stay there for like 10 more minutes

After seeing a part on Carparts listed for $135 (which is about the price of the new part), I asked him if he can give me a better price. He said “that’s the best I can do” which he says every time. I said but that’s literally the posted price, and he hung up on my face. The employees here need to understand that they are selling used parts off salvage vehicles which they mark up as brand new parts, there’s always room for negotiation in the car industry. Not to mention their horrible customer service, surprised they’re still open.

Needed to find a new seat for my Tundra. Called and spoke with Jalyssa a few moments ago. She asked me a few questions and had my seat on its way from California within 5 minutes, and a great price, 85 bucks. She also said that she would call and email me once the seat is ready to be picked up. This was the most pleasant experience that I have had on the phone in quite some time. I will definetely be calling you guys again; You rock Jalyssa!

If you ever want to feel really insignificant, I'd suggest standing at the counter here like a normal paying customer. It's like they go out of their way to ignore you. Their computer guy who claims he has little to no knowledge of parts was by far the most helpful and friendly person there, even though he couldn't help us. No one available to give prices or even sell the desired parts if they could. If I could give negative stars I would.

Would not recommend. Was quoted two different prices for parts, was told to go in stores instead of purchasing over the phone, and the representative purposely lied to me about the store hours, knowing it was closed. I even pleaded that it was as well, but she assured me it didn’t close until 6. Drove all the way there just to be confirmed that it was closed at 5. Once I tried to call back, the call went straight to voicemail telling me they are closed as well. Edit: After calling back today, I was quoted for an even more expensive price, again. So I decided to order through another company that charged almost $50 less. There are way better options.

Purchased a pair of axles for my Jeep. They were able to find a pair that fit my needs and shipped them from other locations quite quickly. Their service was excellent and they were happy to help source parts and answer questions.

LKQ Foster is a Premier parts supplier, every time we order a part it is the right one and in great shape. Ordered a transmission just last week and it worked perfectly upon installing it. The price was much less than other wrecking yards and it was delivered within a day. This is great because we are in Washington nearly 200 miles away. Nothing but good praise for this company

Awful customer service, NEVER COMING BACK! they messed up the shipping address the first time, I was lucky I checked the receipt before they shipped it to the shop I was repairing my car. I paid cash for my part and when arrived to the shop they wanted to collect payment from them as well and obviously they send it back. It was really important to fix my car and now there’s another day delay (hopefully) thanks to their incompetence. I don’t really know how can you maintain a business this way. I would never come back, you’d do the same if you’re smart. Update: They never sent the part again. If you want to deal with the worst business in Portland please be my guess, but this guys are the worst. They don’t even know where the part is now. Can you believe that! They got to be kidding! Update: 3 days after and after many calls and back and forth they FINALLY delivered the part. SERIOUSLY AWFUL SERVICE. Avoid the headache and never deal with LKQ. You can thank me later.

They've always been very helpful and have delivered good parts and mostly on time to my shop. Sometimes I have to followup on a part but the mistakes have all been minor. Also, they are very clear about what they do and what they don't warranty. For example, on a used engine they don't typically warranty labor. For parts compatibility it is up to the purchaser to inspect and verify compatibility prior to signing for it. My driver makes that clear to me.

UPDATE: My service manager found a new rep and things have been going great ever since. My mechanic shop received a quote for a low mileage used engine. We asked multiple times if the quote included core charge. They said yes. Engine showed up and the bill says additional $275 more than we were quoted. Called our rep who rudely said "what do you want me to do about it?". Delivery driver was rude as well. No one seemed to care about making the situation right or even apologize so we told the driver to keep the motor. We talked with a manager who didn't seem to care either. They still owe us a $275 from a core they received March 10th and we cannot get anyone to take care of us. Fortunately there are plenty of other wrecking yards to get parts from so we simply won't be doing business with them anymore.

How it works: you order the parts from the 800 call center and the warehouse on Cameron pulls it, which may take up to 6 hours or next bus. day. Customer service was polite to me, both call center and warehouse, but the part that was pulled did not match the system description. They tried to resolve this but did not have another matching part. I had to do the follow up calls, thus the 3 stars and not 4. Other customers picking up parts seemed satisfied and the parts looked to be well packed and good quality.

Sold me a torn up transmission. Have to drive the 1.5 hours back there to replace it. Metal filings and pieces of gear surface down in the pan. Very dirty inside. The warranty is not enough. What about all of my wasted time back and forth? Instead of warranty, how about getting it right the first time? Will never use them again.

I cannot recommend this place. Total nightmare! I purchased two used rims and paid for them and they were having them shipped directly to my house. When UPS arrived, UPS informed me that they were sent COD (Cash on delivery). I called LKQ and they told me that if I wanted them I would have to pay for them again and then they could reimburse me. Honestly, this sounded like a scam. They told me that they would look into it and I never got a call back. Several weeks later I demanded to speak with the manager who resolved the issue, but it should not have taken this long or required this much work to get something I already paid for. Horrible experience here and I will not be using them again and I advise others not to use them.

These people... I called them to pick up and recycle my car. We agreed on a price. I was to sign over my title to the driver and they would mail me my check. Supposedly, after picking up my car and title on Friday, the check would be cut and mailed on Monday. Didn't happen. I called, they gave me a fake check number, then told me it had already been mailed. Never came. I called again. This time I told them I was coming in the morning and I was going to stand there until they cut me a check. Of course, this brought out hostility from Jenn the title girl I worked with on this and she was obviously very rude and rolled her eyes at me because "we are a legitimate business and we wouldn't just not pay you." So the bookkeeper confirmed that the fake check had not been cashed then cut me a check. And guess what? I was told I couldn't cash it until the next day. Also, two weeks later and the check they supposedly mailed never came. Liars. They had no intention of paying me, that was clear.
