  I would give these guys no stars, but I dont think I have the option for that. They called me to come pick up a vehicle and said they would be at my house within the hour. About an hour an a half later, I realized I had just missed their call. When I immediately called them back, they said that they were going to head to me, but since I didnt answer, they decided to go help another customer. Like, what? You never told me to wait by my phone for your call. You said you would BE at my house within the hour. I didnt know you needed to speak to me again before that. So they tell me they can come in about an hour and a half. I said fine. 2 and a half hours go by and they still haven't arrived nor have I heard anything from them. I text the number that I had called back earlier and asked if they were planning on coming tonight still as they told me they were. All I got back was, "no, sorry." Thats it. Like, what kind of business is this? I'll go elsewhere. Thanks anyway.

  Talked to them this morning about a pick up for a car that no longer runs. They quoted me $200 for it, and said they would be here to pick it up in an hour and a half. That would have been at 3 pm today. We spent hours waiting for them, calling here and there to check in. Most calls ended up in voicemails, or being put on hold indefinitely. The only “update” we got was that the driver got a flat tire at some point in the day and they were running behind. After calling about every hour and a half, nothing. Finally, 10 pm rolls around, (the time in which Google says they close) and I call yet again hoping someone answers. I get someone on the other line, then get put on hold, then to voicemail after almost 15 minutes of waiting. We finally get a call back at almost 11 pm, saying they can’t get the car until after 9 am. Due to our apartment’s pavement having maintenance in the morning, we need it gone by 7 am. We talked and tried to find a solution, but it really just ended in trying to find another company. The person on the phone said they were going to look into other places for me and give me a call back. I honestly thought it was mostly a tactic to get me off the phone, but they did end up calling back. While I waited however, I really looked into the reviews of this place, and my goodness. Even though my car doesn’t run, I don’t want to deal with a title not getting transferred, and getting traffic violations sent to my name, or this hand written bill of sale thing, or anything to do with them. Sounds like they pull this, “our driver got a flat” thing often. The last review for one was a month ago. Either fix your tires or stop lying to customers. And after all this, the person got mad at us over the phone when we told them we were going with another company. Apparently they recruited their neighbor for help to come get the car tonight anyways. For HALF the price I was originally quoted! I’m sorry, but I’m not going to sit around ALL DAY waiting for someone to come get my car, with no updates whatsoever, then have to convince you to do your job, AND get HALF the price you originally told me. Nope. If I have to go through all that, you are paying me double, not half. Not risking anything for you, no thank you.

  I highly recommend Tony’s. I had an old junk car and they picked it up same day. Ashley was wonderful and very communicative, she was incredibly helpful in getting the paperwork sorted and getting a tow time scheduled.

  Got a confirmation to sell them a vehicle. They said they would be there at 9pm to get it, and their driver would call when they were on their way. Knowing they close at 10pm I begin to wonder as it's now 9:45 pm and I still haven't heard from them. I call in and ask, the lady says she'll call me right back after she talks to the driver. I call them again at 9:58 pm for her to tell me that the driver was on the side of the road somewhere with a flat. Okay, why was I not called to at least be kept in the loop as promised. Reschedule for 9am. 10 am comes around and again I haven't heard a word. I call in and they say they need to change it to 7 pm. Why couldn't they call and discuss this with me instead of just assuming I'd wait around all day. I ended up calling another company who sent someone out within half an hour. Tony's was a communication nightmare by a group of people who don't understand customer service and clearly don't appreciate their customer's.

  Great business! Gave me a decent price and I don’t have to look at the thing everyday.. great communication, was on time within 15/20 minutes. ( traffic now days is super crazy so I wasn’t disappointed at all.) definitely recommend this business and will use them again. Thank you Tony’s auto removal.

  I contacted several cash for cars people trying to sell my vehicle since I can no longer keep up on the maintenance and Tony's Auto Removal was the only one that got back to me in a timely manner and offered a decent price. They were quick to communicate and get back to me on when they'd come by and the whole process once they got here took five minutes tops. There was some confusion on when it would happen, the time kept changing, but they were always good at talking to me about it and working with me and their busy schedule so it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend them!

  They came and took my jeep away. I was worried it would take a lot of time. But I signed it over and gave him the key and went back in the house to get out of the cold. Will definitely call them again if I have another broken-down vehicle!

  They bought my vehicle for next to nothing, told me to sign a hand written bill of sale.. left the vehicle and took the key then proceeded to wait almost a week to take the vehicle, when they should have removed it the same day. I have now received a toll bill and traffic infraction for this vehicle in a town I have never been to.. why are they selling a vehicle and not transferring the title information? Attempted to talk to a manager and the receptionist said she could help then told me she would have somebody call me back tomorrow without even asking for my contact information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. they just want your car for cheap so they can make money. STAY AWAY.

  Thank you Ashley! My experience with this company was fantastic. I was worried after reading the negative reviews. Ashley arrived a little later than initially agreed however she communicated well with me when I called to check. There's distance and traffic that caused the delay. I did end up getting a little less money due to the condition of my car. I believe my offer was fair and better than other business I reached out to. Ashley did take a picture however, explained the reason for it and it's for a their companies customer profile. Ashley was honest, friendly and would definitely recommend conducting business with her. If you are concerned about anything just reach out and talk to her . THANK YOU!!!

  Scammers!! After standing us up twice and making us wait for countless hours, and after we got the documents they requested, they finally showed up only to suddenly pretend they needed some other document to take the car, otherwise they could offer less money and still take it right away. I had already read about that scam in the reviews so there was no way I was going for that. Either you have the right documents to take the car, or you don't. That's how it works, unless you are operating illegally.

  Called to get a quote to have them buy a vehicle from me. Got and agreed to their offer. Was told they would be by at 11am. 3 hours later no call and they did not show. Called them back was told it would be another hour and a half. Again no call, no show. It is the next day and I have not heard from them to make arrangements or to apologize for the extremely poor service.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everything screamed 'red flag'. Hours late. Show up at 8pm in the dark. Offer $200 for a 2011 car. Quick sign over. Snap my picture real quick with no warning and deal done. Now have an insurance claim that someone crashed the car I sold them 3 months ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  The quickest and easiest tow service I have ever worked with. I can't remember the woman's name but she was so helpful. I mean she went above and beyond to make sure that my car was removed that very day and within 30 minutes of receiving the information she needed from me. Not just five stars but 10 out of 10 would always recommend so grateful for Tony's!

  The white lady who came to sign papers and give us money took a photo of my boyfriend in front of his face without asking & when we called to confront about it they avoided answering why & laughed at him saying it was in case they got caught driving his car... makes no sense since they had his lien, photo of license and car would be towed....... DONT use this company they are sketchy and customer service sucks. All these other negative reviews about them being rude and laughing at you is true.

  They showed up to take the car, was 2 hours late, and changed the initial price they gave us. Called the number, some guy answered, and i explained what was going on. I asked if it was normal for them to change a price that was already given, and he threw a massive attitude at me saying " i dont know whats going on so i dont know what you want me to do about it". Very unprofessional and rude.

  I honestly believe this business is a scam. I scheduled a pick up of my vehicle several days in advance, at 10:00am, on a day that I had to take off of work. Day of, I called at 9:00 am just to double check everything was in order. They said they would come at 1:00 pm instead because they were running late. At 1:30 pm I called to check on the status of pick up because I had heard nothing from them. They said they had to check with their driver and would call me back ASAP. At 2:45 pm, after hearing nothing from them, I called again and it went straight to voicemail. I then called again and it rang and rang until voicemail. This company is not to be trusted and does not deserve even 1 star but I wanted to warn people.

  Rude, uncommunicative, no-show and lowball offers. All around terrible experience. Was left waiting for 4 hours until 10:30pm, multiple phone calls (I made all calls, they weren’t calling back at all) and they never showed. Managed to schedule with another business who paid double what this place had offered

  WARNING: complete scam of a business. Called and scheduled an appointment with these people just for them to wildly underball the value of my vehicle, which due to my situation I desperately agreed to, only to have them not show up for the appointment and ghost my phone calls after I asked for simple confirmation they were coming. Not even able to tell me their predatory deal was off - rude, disgraceful people.

  Told us they would be there at 11am. We called at 11 asking if they were coming. Constant disconnecting or hanging up on us. Then told us that we were not written in the schedule. Just to set up for later in the day at 9pm for then to not answer there phones. Mind you we live in Washington so we couldn't go back home. Wish there was a button for 0 stars. We waited 10-13 hours. You could have just told us you didn't want our car and that would have been fine.

  These people are very unprofessional they have no common courtesy and if you call their 800 number they have some child answer the phone and you can hear the dad in the background coaching her how to disrespect people who are calling about their drivers to inform them on the unprofessionalism. Their driver blocked my car in made me late to work so I called about it and was disrespected for a second time, not to mention the white man driving the truck dropped the "N" bomb like it was nothing not once but twice at me. If I didn't need my job this would have been a totally different conversation, I promise you that.

  Called them as they were opening and was told they would call me back around 3 and meet me shortly afterwards. Called them again at 5 after I had received no call back. It was unknown to the person I contacted that an appointment was set up at all. They again told me they would meet me at my car at 6. At 7 I was still waiting so I called them once more. At this point they told me it would not happen today. The whole experience was handled very unprofessionally. There was no contact or updates on their end which is all I'd ask.
