Had a truly excellent tow by Affordable Auto Towing today. Usually these can be stressful but it went smooth. Albert transported it off of the freeway on-ramp where it was in a fast, careful and friendly manner for WAY less than i expected.
Albert was incredibly helpful. Came within 30 minutes, helped me troubleshoot the huffy battery (I tried jumping it before he got there but it worked for him and didn't for is) and had me on the road, despite being told prior it needed to be towed. Well worth every penny. Thanks Again.
I've never had favorable opinions about tow truck companies, I don't like that they seem to have a license to steal! How is modern day transportation different from transportation 200 years ago? Aside from the speed it propelled you and what fuels it, nothing. But if someone stole your horse it was a hangable offense, just saying.
However when you need a tow these kind folk did it professionally, promptly, and at the best price I could find. The only reason I don't give five Stars is because I only do if there was something they did that was above and beyond. Still I would throw these folks at least another half star if I could, so four and a half stars is what I think they earned.
I believe the name of the man who helped me was Albert but when i needed help getting my car to a mechanic due to it not starting he was insanely helpful. Despite the difficulty of getting my car to where he could attach it to the truck he was super nice and calm with the situation. Once we got to the shop and dropped off my car he offered to drive me home and was beyond amazing. I really appreciate all his help and highly recommend this company.
Albert was fantastic on a little early, which was great. He took great care loading my jeep and was excellent at communication. He even took multiple photos and text them to me which let me rest assured my jeep was delivered to the mechanic in good order.
I love this place. I had such nonsense with progressive roadside, waiting hours to get help! As a woman out with the car by myself, I take my safety seriously.
I called up affordable auto towing and I was greeted right away with sympathy and understanding and he explained helpful tips when working with progressive.
And he was FAST to arrive. I was told it would be 30 mins or less, and he was here in 20!
If you need a company who treats you like family, is on TIME, is cordial, nice, and laid back, they've got your back.

I've had to have various cars towed quite a few times in my life, and it's always been a major (and expensive) headache. Affordable Auto Towing Inc. was a totally different experience -- super fast, friendly, and very reasonable pricing.
On top of that, Albert (I believe that's who it was) was able to diagnose the issue and recommended a mechanic named Phong that could come to my home and fix the car. Sure enough, Phong came right out, replaced the alternator at a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere, and my trusty old Volvo is back on the road.
Can't recommend these guys enough! Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon, but if and when I do, it's nice to know Affordable Auto Towing, Inc. is at the ready.
I was stuck just before rush hour on my way to work - major car malfunction. Albert arrived sooner than the time frame he gave - super quick! He was absolutely hands-down fantastic! Honest, courteous, friendly, AND affordable. My car is safe. I got a lift to where I needed to be. And I can't imagine calling any other tow company ever again. Affordable Towing, Inc is where it's at!
Dead battery and so I called these guys. A good decision on my part.
Al was there in a matter of minutes and my car was running in no time
and at a little lower price than the other places I called.
The biggest plus by far was Al's sunny disposition. Friendly and happy throughout the whole thing, his attitude brightened my already un-bright mood to start the day with a dead battery and places to go.
Also, instead of me having to pay a fee for using a credit card, Al drove me over to a ATM machine to get cash and save me a little more money.
All in all, Affordable Auto Towing will be my goto company for roadside assistance.
Son's car died in SE Portland during rush hour; they arrived exactly when they said they would (30 minutes), was super friendly and FAST, and arrived at the destination at the estimated time. Gave me several discounts, quickly processed payment and emailed me a receipt and we were on our way - great job, definitely recommend!

After the pressure plate on my clutch prematurely collapsed, I was stranded. Roadside Assistance through my insurance let me down and wasn't calling me back with a dispatch. After waiting in the heat, I decided to call for my own tow truck. Al, the driver, came very quickly and was thorough, good-natured, humorous, and extremely careful with my car. He had me smiling and laughing, even after a stressful adventure. I really, really appreciate the service he provided, and would call back in a heartbeat!

Last night my car broke down and I called to get a tow, unfortunately I didn't realize they had closed. Still I talked to Al and he still came and gave me a tow, and even gave me a ride home. He literally saved my whole night. Fantastic service and prices, very friendly!!! He came to my house and picked me up (because he needed the key to keep from damaging my transmission) and brought me and my car home, swiped the card on the spot...I can't imagine it being any easier. This guy treats your car as he would treat his own car, very professional.
