They set up a time to come pick up my truck for 1pm and the driver never showed up, we then set up a time around 5-5:30 and nobody showed up, then I was told that it will for sure happen the following day and still nothing.. then I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone.
I have to say I am very impressed with the high level of professionalism and customer service I have received with Matt, Kevin and Simon. They all were extremely helpful and you can tell they actually care about their customers. They exceeded my expectations on both the offer for my car and even gave me good advice for the future. They made everything happen really quickly and offered me the best price out of everyone I called. When my tow driver, Simon arrived- he was a shining star!! Super friendly, helped me get my plates off, explained everything in detail for me and had all the paperwork and cash ready to do. Zero haggling, or changing the offer at all. Ive been struggling with school bills, and now my car breaking down, Kevin gave me great relief offering the highest price for my 2005 ford escape, in really good condition. Promising he wasnt like nearby businesses who show up and try to "low ball you" .. feeling even more secure about getting 300$ and tow pick up, i was ready to let my vehicle go. The guy shows up and offers me something different then what was agreed. Great, desperately needing the money, i let it go. Lesson learned, never trusting this business.
Do not I repeat do not try and work with these people, they won’t get the job done, won’t communicate with you. When you try and call them to work out details of the pickup they ignore you. Then text you that the office is closed. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one. 0 stars
