had the police tow my car cause i didnt have my insurance card in my car the cop was a noobie and gung ho about her job anyways im seeing sooooo many bad reviews about this place. i have accurate pictures of what was in my car from just two hours before the tow im very courious to see what happens today when i go down there. look for the change of rating to come!
Called them last night to get a car towed, no tow truck showed up, just called again today and got hung up on by the boss, I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I was not told that they don’t impound cars from apartments, the lady on the phone that i spoke to last night said she was sending a tow truck. Interesting company, if our call got ended in the middle of our conversation how did you tell me that twice? What a joke. And if I wasn’t hung up on, they would’ve heard that the car is in the cul-de-sac, which is not part of the apartments.
Fast, reliable, and decent pricing. Victor went above and beyond by helping us change out a very corroded battery that we couldn't get out ourselves, saving us hundreds more dollars having to call out a mobile mechanic. Will 1000% call them again if I ever need a tow or roadside assistance.
I asked if they happened to have a flatbed truck and boy did they. It was huge and took care of my Toyota Tundra extended quite well. Victor was also able to insert my truck in a pretty difficult location with involved a strange little curve. Did a great job. I like leaving reviews like this. Thanks guys!
Great towing services. Gave my parents and cousin a ride home towing his car when it got stuck at winco and no charge at all when the destination was not far from winco to our place. Really nice people and great service.

Horrible. They towed the car and left it partially blocking the gate of the dealership and the sidewalk. It was cited ($80) and the police had it towed away that night. The people on the phone were completely rude and disrespectful when I called them and immediately raised their voices at me. They hung up on me.
There was a clear miscommunication between their driver and a young driver who needed a tow. The young driver was not with them when the car was dropped off. It's only obvious that the person who called them for help, didn't want them to place the car somewhere it would be towed away and cited. They were not apologetic about it at all.
Prior to hanging up on me, they made the claim that they would drop off a car "in the middle of the street" if that's what the customer told them to do. Not to mention they completely took advantage of a young driver and charged them over $200 to tow the car from Sandy to Troutdale. They should be embarrassed.
I’m from out of town. They got to me within the hour, the driver was super nice and accommodating. He even grabbed my daughters car seat out for me out of the truck! He was great, did everything quick and efficiently and made sure to also take care of the vehicle. I definitely recommend them for all your towing needs!
I gave been trying to find my car that was towed and I called repeatedly and never an answer or call back. I drove to the address provided and suprise no towing company in sight. So dude where's my car?
Asked for a jump start across the street from them, they informed me it would be a 100$ service fee. I was in a pinch and accepted. My insurance allows reimbursement so i wasnt too upset about it. Two guys showed up in a shady looking van, did not know how to jump start. I thankfully got the vehicle running with their cables. They wanted cash, i said no. They wanted to follow me to an ATM, i said no. I agreed to venmo since they did not have a credit card machine, claiming "it was broken". The venmo went to someone i did not know and never heard of. Been trying to get a receipt for 10 days now, they cant even give me that, and my number may be blocked now. Very shady business. At the end of the day, customer service and experience are more than half of the rating, but my vehicle was able to get me home from their charge.
This guy is not only rude but he charges double what most other tow companies charge for the same job. He quoted me 185$ for a job that another company, that was further away from me than this guy, quoted me 65$ for. He is ripping people off dont go to him!! Some tow companies are scam artists and this is one of them. DO NOT USE THIS PERSONS SERVICE THEY OVERCHARGE AND ARE DISRESPECTFUL!
A few weeks ago, I locked my keys out of my car after driving nearly 2,000 miles straight. My cats were locked in my car as well, so I was very panicked. I still had 2 hours to go and I had no idea where I was. I am so glad that the girls at the gas station/ convenience store I had stopped at gave me this number.
