I have to say that these guys are amazing! Warranty work for Jerr-dan, installing wrecker beds or fixing something we need fixed. They are on top of it. Easy to work with it and the communication is on point. I can not thank them enough for all the work they have done for us....

5 hours Stuck in the ice with my baby I called crying the other night they were my last resort after my insurance failed me getting someone out to wench me out when they SHOULD BE THE FIRST PEOPLE TO CALL AMAZING PEOPLE David got me and my baby out and back on the road within 45 minutes I have never felt so valued and cared for this is now a company I keep in my emergency call list if this happens again thank you so much
Hardly any communication between the office lady and the tow trucks, but nevertheless we got the job done in the long haul. So all is well that ends well.

My sons truck was on its side after going off the road and Charles was there 10 minutes after I called.. he assessed the situation and called in the big wrecker tow truck to wench it off its side. Chuck the owner helped us navigate the situation with professionalism and kindness. Tim at the office was knowledgeable and patient with me as I had many questions about insurance. Great and fast service! I got my car stuck on a curb another company wanted pictures of our card when we refused we called this company. David was really nice and even gave me a discount. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow!
It was a simple over the phone transaction. We made plans to meet up in the morning to have the car towed. I live an hour from where the car was so they offered to pick it up without me present. The car needed to be towed across the state line and most other tow companies said they won't do that.
Very very thankful for the driver David. He was outstanding in every aspect of his job and was VERY helpful, 6 stars honestly even when it was an unfortunate time for me the team here helped so much. Definitely would recommend to anyone need tow assistance.
Expensive. $295 for a tow. 5 mile tow. Guess the can charge what ever they want.
When it's not your choice. Customer service wasn't that good. Like they where trying to find more fees to make it cost more. Last time I needed a tow. I paid $120. For a 10 mile tow.
Your day never starts out well when you have to have your vehicle towed to the repair shop first thing, but that is the situation I found myself in. I called Loop Hi-Way and they showed up (pretty much) on time, loaded my truck onto their flatbed, and took it down to the dealership. They were professional, timely, friendly and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to people who find themselves in my position, and will use them again in the future if need be.
They were awesome my car broke down in middle of the street off 181st and division the receptionist stayed on the phone with me until tow truck got their. It was a sunday morning so I was lucky. The tow truck driver was very helpful I give them 5*s

My husband and I purchased a used motorhome to refurbish that recently stopped running. We needed to get it from Point A to Point B. Tim and Harold were GREAT! I was 20 mins early to the pick up site and the motorhome was already loaded and ready to go! The friendly down-to-earth customer service and professionalism was fantastic! The motorhome was parked perfectly, the first time. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I would. :)
These guys were amazing and totally made my day. After my car was stolen, they picked it up. I was dreading the cost and upset. They are very inexpensive and didn't charge me a daily rate four the extra day I had it there because I had to work all day. They were so friendly and kind to me. Understanding of the issue. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Will always use their service!
I had just returned from camping with my RV 5th Wheel, was taking it back to storage and as I pulled onto 181st my Emergency brake engaged and my trailer stopped in the middle of traffic blocking the left lane. It would not re-set Loop Hi-Way came, two tow trucks mind you, spent 30 minutes trying to re-set the E-Brake and figure out why it engaged in the first place so I could move it. While none of us ever could, they helped me get it off onto a side street. All of this without charge. They were amazing. It ended up being the electrical e-brake component fried internally, we just needed to cut one of the wires to disengage it. I drove it to a RV mechanic. Still do not know why that happen, no one ever saw that happen before. THANK YOU Loop for coming out and trying so hard as well as getting me out of traffic (and not charging me) knowing the rest of the services did end up costing me quite a bit. You went above and beyond. As well as Gresham PD who stayed for over an hour directing traffic.
I was in a bit of an emergency situation (staying in Troutdale from out of state, car got broken into and steering wheel/ignition were vandalized to the point of me being unable to start the car) and Loop Hi-Way Towing really helped me out. The original wait estimate was a couple hours, but they showed up in around 45 minutes and towed my car to a nearby garage. Price was reasonable and the tow-truck driver stayed with me until everything was properly set-up with the mechanics. He made a very stressful day instantly better and I'm very appreciative! Highly recommend this company.
My van was towed from my driveway today because I had some of my car blocking the sidewalk. I saw the tow truck pull up and I assumed it was for the car with flat tires in front of my house that the neighbors have left there. So my question is, why didn't your driver tow the car that's been there for 6 months with flat tires rather than my car out of my driveway? Oh wait, I know, because the car that was in front of my house no one would want to get it out of your impound lot. The driver of your truck just wanted to make money. So she chose my car instead. You've got screwed up priorities and Questionable work ethics. And it would be nice if your driver would have knocked on my door and told me. I would suggest that you guys get your priorities straight while doing your job. I am filing a claim on you, which was suggested to me by the Troutdale police department, they even thought it was ridiculous. I'm planning on getting my money back one way or another even if it takes a while. Shame on your company. When are you going to pick up the car with flat tires in front of my house?
They towed & stored my motorcycle for almost a week. Triple A didn’t cover my motorcycle so I used Loop again for the tow home. I was gone when they returned it to my house, they had placed it far into my driveway so it was safe & even put a wood block under the stand. They worked with me on the price of storage & towing it home. Some seriously awesome people and the best tow company I’ve ever crossed paths with. They care about people and are not just after your wallet. If you live in the area use them. Thank you !!
I had my car towed back in July and paid $92 with another company in Gresham! I tried this same company when I broke down recently and the phone rang and rang. Called Loop and they had someone to us as quickly as they could. Towed me to the auto repair place and only charged me $72, which was much more reasonable. Friendly driver. Recommend this company if you need towing.
I had an accident and my car was towed by them to their lot. They were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. My experience was very positive and made my situation seem a little less traumatic. I would highly recommend them and give them 5 stars.
I have no AAA, so the shop that was going to fix my car recommend theses folks. Absolutely incredible service from Tim and Aaron. The price was extremely reasonable. They were the cheapest service I found in the area gave me a great quote. They were very timey. Driver was really nice made sure the car was ok before he left. Most tow drivers drop the car get payment and leave. Highly recommend
My car was stolen and the Gresham police recovered it and dispatched loop highway towing to pick it up. They were really friendly on the phone when I called. When I arrived go pick up my car the rate wasn't too unreasonable. When I got to my car the thief had left drugs and needles and a huge mess in my car and my battery was dead.They gave me a jump and let me dispose of all that hazardous stuff in their dumpster. Great service and very helpful staff.
Great guys, nice service. per mile price isn't to bad
but even if they are cheaper then competitors i still think the 60 dollar hookup fee is a little excessive. especially sense i drove my car on and off the flat bed for the driver.
