I ordered a fluidampr harmonic balancer kit for my 335d from them, there were some complications with the order and they went above and beyond to make it right, i had bought 2 day shipping, and when the two day shipping wasn't met they refunded me the shipping cost and shipped it overnight on them! I am more than satisfied with the product and the customer/ communication is stellar, i look forward to making another purchase from them.
Customer service is non existent, I have been trying to contact this company for 24 hours now. Ordered some parts for my X5 and all were fine except for the large coolant cap they sent me the wrong one. I paid for overnight shipping because I have a deadline to get this vehicle back on the road. They have not responded so I had to order the coolant cap from their website again! I also had to pay for overnight shipping again since they have not responded to my original complaint about the wrong part being sent. I will not be using this company for my BMW needs again after the lack of urgency and communication on their part.

So ive ordered lots of parts for my mk4 vw. I’ve asked the staff numerous questions and they are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! I always try to look at cascade before any other website because I know they have great OEM parts or similar in stock and they don’t charge an arm and a leg so I’ll support them all day!
Cascade German Parts company is a legit company who answered my questions quickly. I just bought a turbo and it was sent within a few days to Central Valley in California. I asked for a shipping label to return core and they sent it to email. I had no hassles whatsoever I’ll be ordering again.
After taking a risk on a non running 2011 jetta sportwagen I figured out the cp4 had unfortunately failed lucky for me I had stumbled across Cascade Germans cp4 disaster kit making it super easy to find everything I needed.
After placing the order I got a phone call the next day to confirm a few things I ended up buying a timing belt kit and a few tools to make the job easier. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me understand what tools and parts make the job easier and what not to waste my money on. Plus all the parts and tools I got where oem quality and a fraction of the dealers price.

I’ve know Aaron for a long time through mutual VW and TDI groups and have met him several times at various get togethers over the years. When I started to look into getting a little performance upgrade for my TDI Touareg I contacted Aaron and made arrangements to drive down from Victoria BC Canada to have my vehicle tuned at Cascade. It was an excuse to make a trip down and make a mini vacation out of it since it had been over 10 years since I’d been to Portland.
The level of customer service Aaron and his crew put out is unmatched! As he was showing me around their facilities, and setting up my tune, he was fielding calls and solving problems and dealing with customer and the entire time his demeanor remained professional and calm and he never missed a step! And this happened to be while he was preparing for Cascade’s traditional summer bbq event the next day!
