Ordered a part the 19th Jan sat pending no updates nothing for 8 days.only when I sent a hello weres my stuff email all of a sudden couple hours later maybe get a confirmation fed ex pick it up.what a coincidence!now fed ex has it.no update since the 26th sitting in Memphis. Again no word.there working on it.we are the 30th.never again buying shit in the US.anywere but there.
Ordered my bolts for my mk4 lower control arms. Local dealership tried charging me over 100$! For six bolts? Unreal. Ordered them here and paid for next day air less than 60$ total. Not only did I receive the hardware but also some chocolate. Huge W. They also gave me the torque specs with the bolts. My new go to for all my German shit box needs.
Ordered some MK4 taillight bulbholders as mine were corroded. They were not cheap but pretty sure they are the last remaining new stock left in the country. Got some free Skittles too for Halloween, tropical not sour but non the less.

Excellent experience! Couldn't be happier with Cascade German Parts. They had some of the last Euro Spec Sport rear brake upgrade kits (maybe in existence) I couldn't find anywhere else. Amazing business and prices, and an outstanding owner! My husband and I needed a part while they were closed on a Saturday. The owner saw a post my husband made asking if anyone knew of any shops open, the owner personally messaged him asking him what he was needing. This was the only place in the US I could find a fuel pump for my V10 TDI. They responded quickly and shipped right away. Even though it was new old stock there wasn’t a spec of dust on the box. Cascade is the only reason I was able to fix my 04’ Touareg.
So ive ordered lots of parts for my mk4 vw. I’ve asked the staff numerous questions and they are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! I always try to look at cascade before any other website because I know they have great OEM parts or similar in stock and they don’t charge an arm and a leg so I’ll support them all day!
After taking a risk on a non running 2011 jetta sportwagen I figured out the cp4 had unfortunately failed lucky for me I had stumbled across Cascade Germans cp4 disaster kit making it super easy to find everything I needed.
After placing the order I got a phone call the next day to confirm a few things I ended up buying a timing belt kit and a few tools to make the job easier. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me understand what tools and parts make the job easier and what not to waste my money on. I’ve know Aaron for a long time through mutual VW and TDI groups and have met him several times at various get togethers over the years. When I started to look into getting a little performance upgrade for my TDI Touareg I contacted Aaron and made arrangements to drive down from Victoria BC Canada to have my vehicle tuned at Cascade.
