This business is the real deal. Highest integrity. We had a stranded vehicle in a remote rural area in July 2024. Babb's Towing engaged in the problem solving exercise of how to recover the car (we had lost the key), including suggestions that didn't involve a tow (and using their service). And this was on a Sunday afternoon. We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend this business to everyone!
We cannot say enough good things about Babb's Towing! They were so helpful, kind, and professional, and were very affordable. They actually made a few calls to other mechanics to make sure we were getting sound advice from the dealership. Would absolutely recommend.
I had such a seamless, perfect and professional experience with Babbs Towing! After waiting for another company to fulfill a scheduled tow (they never showed up) I called Babbs to schedule a tow for the next day. The driver called to offer to meet me there a little earlier than scheduled (this worked out perfectly for me) and was so kind and helpful. Babbs office also called a little bit after the tow to make sure everything went well and not experience was positive. Ten out of ten recommend!!!! The tow was also $40 cheaper than the other company that never showed up. Excellent service!
